Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for preparing cut tobacco suitable for novel cigarettes based on the actual application requirements of the novel cigarettes.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of cut tobacco suitable for novel cigarettes comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a tobacco extract: extracting tobacco leaves with a nonpolar solvent, wherein the mass ratio of the tobacco leaves to the nonpolar solvent is 1:5-1:25, the extraction temperature is 30-50 ℃, the extraction time is 1-5 hours, solid-liquid separation is carried out after the extraction is finished, the solvent recovery is carried out on the liquid under the concentration conditions of 40-80 ℃ and 0.02-0.06MPa vacuum degree, and a concentrated tobacco extract is obtained;
(2) preparing tobacco fiber: drying the tobacco leaves separated in the step (1) at low temperature, and then ball-milling and crushing the tobacco leaves into 80-150 meshes of tobacco powder; taking tobacco stems, carrying out fiber dissociation on the tobacco stems by using a disc grinder, and drying the tobacco stem fibers after the dissociation at the temperature of 80-120 ℃;
(3) preparing cut tobacco: mixing 1-10 parts of tobacco stem fiber shreds prepared in the step (2) with 1-10 parts of tobacco powder according to the mass ratio, adding the tobacco stem fiber shreds and plant fibers accounting for 5-20% of the total mass of the tobacco powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed fiber shreds; mixing 30-50 parts of tobacco extract, 20-50 parts of adhesive and 5-15 parts of polyol at normal temperature, and stirring uniformly to form feed liquid; stacking the mixed fiber filaments on a forming net by adopting a layered stacking method, and synchronously adding feed liquid to form the fibers to obtain wet tobacco sheets with the water content of 20-30%; feeding the wet tobacco flakes into a microwave dryer to be dried at the temperature of 60-100 ℃ to obtain tobacco flakes with the water content of 13-15%; cutting tobacco flakes into 0.8-1.0mm wide, and drying until the moisture content is 9-11% to obtain the tobacco shreds.
According to the invention, 1-5 parts of natural essence, 1-10 parts of reducing sugar and 1-10 parts of natural spice reactant are mixed, and the mixture is added into the cut tobacco according to the proportion of 1-5% of the cut tobacco by mass, so that the quality of the cut tobacco is improved and the tobacco fragrance is enriched. And then putting the prepared tobacco shreds into a storage cabinet for balancing for 2 hours, and then vacuumizing and packaging.
The nonpolar solvent in the method is one or more of ethanol, petroleum ether, dimethyl ether, No. 6 solvent and dichloromethane. The low-temperature drying method of the tobacco leaves is vacuum drying or freeze drying. The adhesive used for preparing the feed liquid is one or more of starch polysaccharide, modified starch, fibrous polysaccharide, algal polysaccharide and pectin. The polyol is one or more of sorbitol, propylene glycol, glycerol, diethylene glycol and plant polysaccharide. The plant fiber is one or more of flax fiber, cotton fiber, acetate fiber, wood pulp fiber and herbal fiber. The layered stacking method of the mixed fiber yarn is one of an electrostatic lamination method, a vacuum lamination method and a natural lamination method. The natural essence is one or more of vanillin, ethyl maltol, megastigmatrienone, solanesone, furanone, furfural, strawberry essence, nectarine essence, melon essence and plum essence, and the natural spice reactant is one or more of cocoa reactant, flue-cured tobacco Maillard reactant, burley tobacco reactant, licorice reactant and vanilla reactant.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the preparation method is a new method which is obviously different from the traditional tobacco shred preparation method, can effectively overcome the defect that the traditional tobacco shred can not be subjected to internal quality adjustment, can selectively enrich and apply aroma components according to the aroma characteristics of tobacco leaves, and effectively improves the internal quality of the tobacco shred.
2. The tobacco shred product formed by the invention can improve the state that the existing cigarette which is not heated and burnt has single aroma and unsatisfactory intrinsic smoking taste, and can reform the aroma quality, thereby greatly improving the use value of the tobacco shred product.
3. The microwave heating and the subsequent flavoring and moistening treatment process are adopted, so that the quality and richness of the tobacco fragrance are improved, and raw materials with higher quality and richer fragrance are provided for cigarettes and heating non-combustible tobacco products.
4. The tobacco shreds prepared by the method have wide application range, are particularly suitable for heating non-burning cigarettes, and can be used as a tobacco shred raw material with unique style to be added into the tobacco shreds of the existing traditional burning and smoking type cigarettes, thereby effectively improving the filling value of the cigarettes, reducing harmful ingredients and improving the smoking quality of the cigarettes. Meanwhile, the cut tobacco prepared by the method in the traditional cigarette can effectively reduce the addition of common cut tobacco due to the direct shredding, thereby achieving the purposes of reducing the consumption of tobacco leaves and improving the production efficiency.
Detailed Description
Example 1
A preparation method of cut tobacco suitable for novel cigarettes comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a tobacco extract: extracting tobacco leaves (any one or more of flue-cured tobacco, burley tobacco, sun-cured tobacco and aromatic tobacco) by using dimethyl ether and a No. 6 solvent, wherein the mass ratio of the tobacco leaves to the non-polar solvent is 1:5, the extraction temperature is 40 ℃, the extraction time is 5 hours, solid-liquid separation is carried out after the extraction is finished, and the solvent recovery is carried out on the liquid under the concentration condition of 80 ℃ and 0.02MPa vacuum degree to obtain a concentrated tobacco extract;
(2) preparing tobacco fiber: drying the tobacco leaves separated in the step (1) at a low temperature of 10 ℃, and then ball-milling and crushing the tobacco leaves into tobacco powder of 150 meshes; taking tobacco stems, carrying out fiber dissociation on the tobacco stems by using a disc grinder, and drying the tobacco stem fibers after the dissociation at the temperature of 80-120 ℃;
(3) preparing cut tobacco: mixing 1-10 parts of tobacco stem fiber filaments prepared in the step (2) with 1-10 parts of tobacco powder according to the mass ratio, in the embodiment, mixing 1 part of tobacco stem fiber filaments with 10 parts of tobacco powder, adding cotton fibers and acetate fibers accounting for 20% of the total mass of the tobacco stem fiber filaments and the tobacco powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed fiber filaments; mixing and stirring 50 parts of tobacco extract, 10 parts of starch polysaccharide, 10 parts of modified starch, 20 parts of algal polysaccharide, 10 parts of pectin, 5 parts of sorbitol and 5 parts of diethylene glycol uniformly at normal temperature to form feed liquid; stacking the mixed fiber filaments on a forming net by adopting an electrostatic lamination method in the prior art, and synchronously adding feed liquid to form fibers to obtain wet tobacco sheets with the water content of 30%; the wet tobacco flakes are sent into a microwave dryer to be dried at 70 ℃, the tobacco fragrance is more intense by utilizing a microwave heating mode, the satisfaction of the fragrance is enhanced, and the tobacco flakes with the water content of 15 percent are obtained; cutting tobacco flakes into 0.8-1.0mm wide, and drying until the moisture content is 9% to obtain tobacco shreds;
(4) 1 part of vanillin, 1 part of megastigmatrienone, 3 parts of plum essence, 10 parts of reducing sugar and 3 parts of cocoa reactant are mixed, and the mixture is added into tobacco shreds according to the proportion of 5% of the mass of the tobacco shreds, so that the quality of the tobacco shreds is improved, and the tobacco flavor is enriched.
(5) And (4) balancing the prepared tobacco shreds in a storage cabinet for 2 hours, and vacuumizing and packaging.
Example 2
A preparation method of cut tobacco suitable for novel cigarettes comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a tobacco extract: extracting sun-cured tobacco leaves with ethanol, wherein the mass ratio of the tobacco leaves to the ethanol is 1:15, the extraction temperature is 45 ℃, the extraction time is 4 hours, solid-liquid separation is carried out after the extraction is finished, and the solvent recovery is carried out on the liquid under the concentration conditions of 60 ℃ and 0.05MPa vacuum degree to obtain a concentrated tobacco extract;
(2) preparing tobacco fiber: freeze-drying the tobacco leaves separated in the step (1), and then ball-milling and crushing the tobacco leaves into 100-mesh tobacco powder; taking tobacco stems, carrying out fiber dissociation on the tobacco stems by using a disc grinder, and drying the tobacco stem fibers after the dissociation at the temperature of 80-120 ℃;
(3) preparing cut tobacco: mixing 1 part of tobacco stalk fiber shreds prepared in the step (2) with 6 parts of tobacco powder according to the mass ratio, adding 16% of herbaceous fiber by the total mass of the tobacco stalk fiber shreds and the tobacco powder, and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed fiber shreds; mixing and stirring 40 parts of tobacco extract, 25 parts of algal polysaccharide, 2 parts of sorbitol and 5 parts of plant polysaccharide uniformly at normal temperature to form feed liquid; stacking the mixed fiber filaments on a forming net by adopting a vacuum lamination method, and synchronously adding feed liquid to form fibers to obtain wet tobacco sheets with the water content of 28%; the wet tobacco flakes are sent into a microwave dryer to be dried at the temperature of 80 ℃, the tobacco fragrance is more intense by utilizing a microwave heating mode, the satisfaction of the fragrance is enhanced, and the tobacco flakes with the water content of 14 percent are obtained; cutting tobacco flakes into 0.8-1.0mm wide, and drying until the water content is 10% to obtain tobacco shreds;
(4) mixing 1 part of ethyl maltol, 1 part of furfural, 1 part of solanesone, 1 part of strawberry essence or melon essence, 6 parts of reducing sugar and 5 parts of burley tobacco reactant, and adding the mixture into tobacco shreds according to the proportion of 5% of the mass of the tobacco shreds, thereby improving the quality of the tobacco shreds and enriching the tobacco fragrance.
(5) And (4) balancing the prepared tobacco shreds in a storage cabinet for 2 hours, and vacuumizing and packaging.
Example 3
A preparation method of cut tobacco suitable for novel cigarettes comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a tobacco extract: putting 1 part of Chinese flue-cured tobacco C3F into an extraction container, adding 15 parts of petroleum ether or 95% ethanol solvent, extracting for 2 hours at 30 ℃ under a closed condition, collecting the solvent and concentrating the extracting solution by adopting a low-temperature evaporator at 60 ℃ and 0.04mpa, and evaporating to remove the solvent to obtain a concentrated tobacco extract;
(2) preparing tobacco fiber: carrying out vacuum drying on the tobacco leaves separated in the step (1) at a low temperature of 30 ℃, and then carrying out ball milling on the tobacco leaves to obtain 100-mesh tobacco powder; taking 1 part of roasted tobacco stems, performing fiber dissociation on the tobacco stems by using a disc mill to form fiber slurry, and drying the tobacco stem fibers after the dissociation at the temperature of 80-120 ℃ by adopting a drying and dehydration process to obtain tobacco stem fiber filaments;
(3) preparing cut tobacco:
A. mixing 1 part of tobacco stem fiber shreds prepared in the step (2) with 1 part of tobacco powder according to the mass ratio, adding the tobacco stem fiber shreds and flax fibers accounting for 10% of the total mass of the tobacco powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed fiber shreds;
B. according to the weight ratio, 45 parts of tobacco extract, 20 parts of modified starch, 10 parts of guar gum, 5 parts of propylene glycol and 10 parts of glycerol are fully mixed and stirred uniformly at normal temperature to form feed liquid;
C. stacking fibers on a forming net by using a vacuum lamination method in the prior art, and synchronously adding feed liquid to form the fibers to obtain wet tobacco flakes with the water content of 25%;
D. conveying the wet tobacco flakes into a microwave dryer through a conveyor belt, and drying at 60-70 ℃ to obtain tobacco flakes with the water content of 14.5%;
E. cutting tobacco flakes into 0.8-1.0mm wide, and drying until the water content is 10% to obtain tobacco shreds;
(4) 1 part of peach essence, 5 parts of reducing sugar and 10 parts of flue-cured tobacco Maillard reactant are mixed, and the mixture is added into tobacco shreds according to the proportion of 1% of the tobacco shreds by mass, so that the quality of the tobacco shreds is further improved and the tobacco fragrance is enriched.
(5) And (4) balancing the prepared cut tobacco in a storage cabinet for 2 hours, and then packaging in a vacuumizing mode.
Example 4
A preparation method of cut tobacco suitable for novel cigarettes comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a tobacco extract: 3 parts of flue-cured tobacco leaves C3F produced in China, 1 part of burley tobacco leaves produced in the United states and 1 part of aromatic tobacco leaves produced by Turkey are taken and put into an extraction container, and then the solid-to-liquid ratio is 1:25 adding dichloromethane solvent, extracting at 50 deg.C for 1 hr under sealed condition, collecting solvent and concentrating extractive solution with low temperature evaporator of 40 deg.C and 0.06mpa, and evaporating to remove solvent to obtain concentrated tobacco extract;
(2) preparing tobacco fiber: drying the tobacco leaves separated in the step (1) in a freeze drying mode, volatilizing a solvent, and grinding into 80-mesh tobacco powder by using a ball mill; and 3 parts of roasted tobacco stems and 2 parts of burley tobacco stems are taken, fiber dissociation is carried out on the tobacco stems by a disc mill, and the tobacco stem fibers after the dissociation are dried by a drying and dehydrating process at the temperature of 80-120 ℃ to obtain the tobacco stem fiber shreds.
(3) Preparing cut tobacco:
A. mixing 3 parts of tobacco stem fiber filaments prepared in the step (2) with 1 part of tobacco powder according to the mass ratio, adding the tobacco stem fiber filaments and softwood pulp fibers accounting for 5% of the total mass of the tobacco powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed fiber filaments;
B. according to the weight ratio, 30 parts of tobacco extract, 10 parts of starch polysaccharide, 5 parts of algal polysaccharide, 5 parts of fibrous polysaccharide, 3 parts of glycerol and 2 parts of honey are fully mixed and stirred uniformly at normal temperature to form feed liquid;
C. stacking the fibers of the mixed fiber filaments on a forming net by using a natural laminating method, and synchronously adding feed liquid to form the fibers to obtain wet tobacco sheets with the water content of 20%;
D. conveying the wet tobacco flakes into a microwave dryer through a conveyor belt, and drying at 80-100 ℃ to obtain tobacco flakes with the water content of 13%;
E. cutting tobacco flakes into 0.8-1.0mm wide by a tobacco cutter, and drying until the water content is 11% to obtain tobacco shreds;
(4) mixing 1 part of furanone, 2 parts of reducing sugar, 1 part of vanilla reactant or licorice reactant, and adding the mixture into tobacco shreds according to the proportion of 2% of the tobacco shreds by mass, thereby further improving the quality of the tobacco shreds and enriching the tobacco fragrance.
(5) And (4) balancing the flavored cut tobaccos in a storage cabinet for 2 hours, and then vacuumizing and packaging.
