(4) Cooling the primary cut tobacco processed in the step (3), and processing the primary cut tobacco by adopting compressed air with the pressure of 0.4MPa to enable the water content of the primary cut tobacco to be 12%;
(5) Crushing the primary cut tobacco processed in the step (4) to obtain tobacco powder, wherein the particle size of the tobacco powder is 280-300 meshes, mixing the tobacco powder, an atomizing agent, an adhesive, additional fibers and water to obtain mixed slurry, wherein the mass ratio of the tobacco powder to the atomizing agent to the adhesive to the additional fibers is 100:20:1.5:16, the additional fiber is bleached kraft pulp of softwood and asparagus pulp, and the adhesive can be polyvinyl alcohol;
(6) And pouring, drying and forming and shredding for the second time to obtain the heated non-combustible cigarette slices, wherein the drying and forming is hot air drying and forming, the temperature of hot air is 100 ℃, and the width, the length and the thickness of the tobacco shreds obtained by shredding for the second time are 1mm, 30mm and 0.3mm.

Claims (8)
1. A method for preparing a cigarette sheet without burning by heating by taking tobacco leftover materials as raw materials is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Loosening and dampening the tobacco leftover materials, removing hemp and impurities, and removing iron, wherein the moisture content of the tobacco leftover materials after loosening and dampening is 15-25%;
(2) Storing the tobacco leftover materials subjected to the operation in the step (1) for 5-24h, and shredding for the first time to obtain primary tobacco shreds;
(3) Carrying out high-temperature high-humidity treatment on primary cut tobacco, and then carrying out drying and deodorizing treatment, wherein the high-temperature high-humidity outlet temperature is 75-85 ℃, and the water content of the primary cut tobacco after high-temperature high-humidity treatment is 20% -30%; wherein the deodorization treatment is hot air treatment at a hot air temperature of 75-85 ℃;
(4) Cooling the primary cut tobacco processed in the step (3), and processing the primary cut tobacco by adopting compressed air to ensure that the moisture content of the primary cut tobacco is 9-13%;
(5) Crushing the primary cut tobacco processed in the step (4) to obtain tobacco powder, wherein the particle size of the tobacco powder is 280-300 meshes, and mixing the tobacco powder, an atomizing agent, an adhesive, additional fibers and water to obtain mixed slurry;
(6) Pouring, drying and forming the mixed slurry, and shredding for the second time to obtain the cigarette slices which are not burned by heating, wherein the drying and forming are hot air drying and forming, and the temperature of the hot air is 90-110 ℃.
2. The method for preparing a heated non-combustible cigarette sheet from tobacco scraps as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature of the loose moisture regain in the step (1) is 60-90 ℃.
3. The method for preparing the non-combustible heated cigarette sheet by using the tobacco scraps as the raw materials according to claim 1, wherein the width of the primary cut tobacco in the step (2) is 1-1.2mm.
4. The method for preparing the non-combustible heated cigarette sheet by using the tobacco scraps as the raw materials according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the hot air in the drying in the step (3) is 100-110 ℃.
5. The method for preparing the non-combustible heated cigarette sheet by using the tobacco scraps as the raw materials according to claim 1, wherein the moisture content of the primary cut tobacco subjected to the drying treatment in the step (3) is 10-14%.
6. The method for preparing a non-combustible heated cigarette sheet from tobacco scraps as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the pressure of the compressed air in the step (4) is 0.3 to 0.5MPa.
7. The method for preparing the cigarette sheet without burning by heating by taking the tobacco leftover material as the raw material according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the tobacco powder, the atomizing agent, the adhesive and the additional fiber in the step (5) is 100:15-25:1-2:15-18.
8. The method for preparing a non-combustible heated cigarette sheet from tobacco scraps as claimed in claim 1, wherein the additional fibers are two or more of hardwood bleached kraft pulp, softwood bleached kraft pulp, and alpine rush pulp.
