Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paper-making reconstituted tobacco, in particular to a method for improving the bulk and aroma components of the reconstituted tobacco.
Background
The reconstituted tobacco, also called as tobacco sheet, is prepared by using waste tobacco stems, tobacco fragments, tobacco powder and the like as raw materials through the processes of leaching, concentration, separation, pulping, papermaking, coating, drying and the like, and is prepared into the reconstituted tobacco sheet with a shape similar to a tobacco sheet, can be used for a cigarette processing production line, is one of the filler components of a cigarette formula, and can effectively recycle wastes and reduce the cigarette cost.
The bulk is one of important indexes for evaluating the quality of the reconstituted tobacco by the paper-making process, and directly influences the liquid absorption amount of the reconstituted tobacco substrate during dipping and coating and the release amount of harmful components of the reconstituted tobacco. The higher bulk of the reconstituted tobacco can improve the filling property of the reconstituted tobacco in cigarettes and the combustion performance of the cigarettes, and can reduce the release amount of harmful substances such as carbon monoxide and the like.
Expansion technology and processing technology are widely applied in cigarette industry enterprises, especially dry ice (CO)2) The expansion is realized by processing the cut tobacco into the expanded cut tobacco with high filling value, so that the usability of the tobacco raw material can be obviously improved, the miscellaneous gas is reduced, and the smoke comfort is improved. After expansion, the internal cell tissue structure of the tobacco shreds obviously expands, the pores are enlarged, and the tobacco shreds have an obvious sparse porous structure and extremely high filling property, absorptivity and high-efficiency combustibility. But the expansion treatment process belongs to high-strength processing and is very easy to produce crumbs, about 8% -12% of crumbs can form production line wastes through a screening process, and the wastes can be well recycled and added into the reconstituted tobacco formula.
The microwave expansion/superheated steam expansion/steam explosion technology is a kind of technology for processing tobacco stems, has certain commonality, and is characterized in that internal cell tissues are expanded through a specific process, and the volume of the tobacco stems is obviously expanded by multiple times to form a sparse porous structure. The filling value is greatly improved. Meanwhile, in the process of heating and expanding, the degradation of harmful components such as lignin in the tobacco stems is promoted, and meanwhile, the carbohydrate is subjected to a browning reaction, so that more tobacco aroma substances are generated, and the miscellaneous gas is reduced. The tobacco stem processed by expansion can remarkably improve the sensory quality and the formula usability of the tobacco stem after being shredded or granulated.
In recent years, each cigarette enterprise actively responds to the industry policy of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and adopts a technology for improving the filling performance of leaf groups in the aspect of application of leaf group raw materials. The bulk of the reconstituted tobacco is improved, so that the filling property of the tobacco group is improved, the significance of cost reduction and efficiency improvement of cigarette enterprises is great, and the bulk of the reconstituted tobacco can be improved by adding loose and porous carrier particles.
The carrier particles are widely applied in the tobacco industry, but most of the particles for cigarettes are natural porous materials such as silicate rock, active carbon, sepiolite, bentonite, medical stone, zeolite and some synthetic molecular sieves, and the particles for cigarettes do have a porous structure, but cannot participate in cigarette combustion, so that the particles for cigarettes are not as good as natural plant expanded particles in the aspect of improving the smoke richness of cigarettes.
