Background
A special sheet for heating and non-combustion by rolling method is an improved technological process based on the rolling method, and is prepared through mixing tobacco raw material with adhesive, pulverizing, mixing with additional softwood fiber, atomizing agent and water, high-speed stirring, eight-stage rolling for shaping, low-temp drying and cutting. In order to ensure the strength of the sheet, the conventional roller pressing method for heating the special non-combustible sheet adopts additional softwood fiber, more wood pulp fiber needs to be dissociated and dispersed for a long time, the special non-combustible sheet is heated to have wood miscellaneous gas, and the special non-combustible sheet is easy to agglomerate in production to cause white spots of the product; reducing the amount of fiber often results in problems of easy breakage, high breakage, low filling value, discontinuous production, etc.
The sepiolite fiber is a natural mineral fiber, is a fibrous variant of sepiolite mineral, in the structural unit of the sepiolite fiber, silicon-oxygen tetrahedron and magnesium-oxygen octahedron are mutually alternated, and has the transition characteristics of layer and chain, and the sepiolite has unique physical and chemical properties, and has high specific surface area (up to 800 ~ 900 m)2The coating has the advantages of high porosity, strong adsorption capacity, good heat resistance, natural decomposition without pollution, and the coating is called as green mineral fiber.

Example 1 ~ the physical properties of the electrically heated low temperature cigarettes prepared in example 5 and comparative example 1 are shown in table 1, and the sensory comparative smoking results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 1 comparison of physical Properties of electrically heated Low temperature cigarettes prepared by different preparation methods
Sample (I) | Tensile Strength/KN. m-1 | Filling value/cm3·g-1 | White point/m-2 |
L1 | 1.24 | 2.71 | 4 |
