As can be seen from the table 1, the mode of physically ironing the semi-dry reconstituted tobacco with certain moisture can effectively improve the filling value of the subsequent cigarette preparation process and reduce the cut tobacco rate, so that the semi-dry reconstituted tobacco has higher smoking mist amount under the condition of the same amount of the atomizing agent.

Claims (10)
1. A processing method for a cigarette which is not combusted by secondary heating physical bending heating is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: (1) rolling the dry and wet material mixture to obtain atomized reconstituted tobacco; drying until the water content is 12-15% to obtain semi-dry reconstituted tobacco;
(2) sequentially carrying out horizontal cutter shredding, physical ironing and rolling and longitudinal cutter shredding on the semi-dry reconstituted tobacco;
(3) and (6) rolling and packaging.
2. The processing method of the secondary heating physical bending heating non-combustible cigarette according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method is characterized in that a hot rolling drum arranged between a horizontal knife and a vertical knife of a filament cutter is used for physically hot rolling, the diameter of the hot rolling drum is 10-1000 cm, the number of the hot rolling drums is 2-10, the rotating speed is 20-100 r/min, and the temperature is 90-150 ℃.
