the tobacco raw material is a mixture of tobacco leaves, tobacco stems and tobacco scraps, the mixing ratio is any ratio, the atomizing agent is a mixture of ethylene glycol and sorbitol, the mass ratio of the atomizing agent to the tobacco raw material is 1:1, the solid adhesive is a mixture of konjac glucomannan and sodium polyacrylate, the mass ratio of the solid adhesive to the tobacco raw material is 1:1, the tobacco flavor is a commercially available mint flavor, the graphene nano material is graphene nano-cellulose acetate, and the fiber tobacco fibers are prepared by mixing the solid adhesive and the tobacco raw material.
S2, mixing and crushing dry materials: putting the tobacco raw material and the solid adhesive into a low-temperature pulverizer according to the proportion, uniformly pulverizing at high speed to obtain dry material powder, wherein the low-temperature pulverization temperature is 0-4 ℃, and sieving by a 400-mesh sieve and a 300-mesh sieve;
s3, uniformly mixing and dispersing wet materials: pouring fibers and water into a material barrel according to the proportion of S1 raw materials, preparing the proportion of adding an atomizing agent and a tobacco flavor according to the S1 raw materials while stirring at a high speed, slowly adding the dry material powder of S2 while continuously stirring at a high speed, and uniformly stirring at a high speed, wherein the stirring speed is 100-900 r/min;
s4 rolling: rolling the mixture obtained in the step S3 for 2-10 times to obtain atomized reconstituted tobacco with the thickness of 0.35 mm;
s5, spraying: mixing the graphene nano material, the solid adhesive, the atomizing agent and the water in the S1 according to a ratio, and uniformly spraying the mixture on one surface of the atomized reconstituted tobacco leaf obtained in the step 4 at room temperature, wherein the concentration of the mixed solution of the tobacco additive, the solid adhesive, the atomizing agent and the water is 0.1%;
s6, primary heating and drying: heating the atomized reconstituted tobacco leaves of S5 in an oven at 80-120 ℃, and drying until the water content is 8% to obtain semi-dry non-combustible reconstituted tobacco leaves;
s7, shredding: the semi-dry heating non-combustion reconstituted tobacco obtained in the step S6 is subjected to a shredding process to obtain semi-wet heating non-combustion reconstituted tobacco cut tobacco with the length of 50-80 mm;
s8, rolling and packaging: and (4) performing a rolling and connecting process on the reconstituted tobacco shreds which are obtained in the step (S7) and are not burnt to obtain the heated cigarette with the curled structure.
Example 6
Physical property detection was performed on examples 1 to 5, and the form of tobacco shreds was observed from the appearance;
testing the tobacco shred filling capacity by using a tobacco shred filling value tester according to YC/T152-2001 YC/T163-2003 execution standard;
measuring the dropping condition of the end part of the cut tobacco by using a cut tobacco dropping measuring instrument according to GB/T22838.17-2009 execution standard, and simulating the dropping condition of the cut tobacco in the processing field, transportation, consumption and other processes by continuously and repeatedly vibrating a certain amount of samples to measure the dropping condition of the end part of the cut tobacco;
the results are shown in table 1, which shows that the cigarette manufactured by the scheme has uniform shape, larger filling value and small tobacco shred dropping amount at the end part of the cigarette.

Example 7
The method comprises the following steps of (1) rolling and forming the reconstituted tobacco with high atomization amount, wherein the strength is an important index, and the strength is detected according to a detection method for measuring the tensile strength of GB/T12914-; the detection principle is that under the condition of constant speed stretching, a sample with specified size is stretched to break, and the tensile strength is measured; the instrument comprises the following steps: TTM-30 computer tensile tester; clamping a head: two, in order to clamp a sample of a given width, each chuck should firmly clamp the full width of the sample along a straight line without damaging or sliding the sample, and the chuck should be equipped with a means for adjusting the clamping force.
The testing steps are as follows:
1. the cut tobacco pieces were cut into pieces 15mm wide and 200mm long.
2. Measurements were made according to GB/T12914.
3. And test samples which are not firmly adhered, fall off and are not integrally broken are removed from the measurement results.
The test results are shown in the following table 2, which shows that the cut tobacco prepared by the method has high tensile strength.

The sensory evaluation experiments of examples 1 to 5 were carried out, and 30 men and women aged 20 to 50 were sampled averagely, and the sensory evaluation of the smoking and atomizing effect, the smoke amount, the smoke intensity and the like was carried out, and the results are shown in Table 3, which shows that the smoking and atomizing effect is improved, the smoke amount is large, the smoke is rich, and the sensory effect is excellent.

The basic principle of measuring the heat conductivity of tobacco by using a thermal probe method is that a metal probe with the radius of r0 and the length of L (L > r0) is inserted into the tobacco, the probe is regarded as a centralized heat capacitor body and is heated by a heating wire in the probe, the temperature rise of the probe is related to the heating power borne by the probe, the self heat capacity of the probe, the heat conductivity coefficient, specific heat and other thermal properties of the tobacco around the probe, and after a certain heating power is fixed, the thermal properties of the tobacco can be determined by measuring the temperature rise rule of the probe, and the result is shown in Table 4, which shows that the heat conductivity of the tobacco obtained by the invention is large.

Claims (10)

1. A processing method of a heating non-combustion cigarette with a curling structure is characterized by comprising the following steps:
rolling the dry and wet material mixture to obtain atomized reconstituted tobacco;
dispersing a mixture of the graphene nano material, the solid adhesive and the atomizing agent in water, and uniformly spraying the mixture to one surface of the atomized reconstituted tobacco;
heating and drying for the first time to obtain semi-dry heating non-combustion reconstituted tobacco;
shredding to obtain semi-wet heating non-combustible reconstituted tobacco shreds;
heating and drying for the second time to obtain the reconstituted tobacco shreds which are not combusted by heating;
rolling and packaging to obtain the cigarette with a curling structure and without burning;
the graphene nano material comprises one or more of graphene, graphene nano-cellulose acetate and graphene oxide, and the solid adhesive comprises one or more of xanthan gum, konjac glucomannan, sodium polyacrylate, chitin and sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
2. The method for processing the cigarette with the heating and non-burning structure according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the primary heating and drying is 80-120 ℃, and the moisture content of the semi-dry reconstituted tobacco with the heating and non-burning structure is 12-15%.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the secondary heating, drying and heating temperature is 90-150 ℃, and the moisture content of the cut tobacco of the reconstituted tobacco with a non-combustible heating effect is 1-8%.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the reconstituted tobacco is atomized to a thickness of 0.18 to 0.35 mm.
5. The method for processing the cigarette with the curling structure and the non-combustion function by heating according to claim 1, wherein the solid concentration of the graphene nano material, the solid adhesive and the atomizing agent mixture in water is 0.1-1%.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the mixture of dry and wet materials comprises a dry material and a wet material, and the dry material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-75 parts of tobacco raw materials and 1-10 parts of solid adhesive, wherein the wet material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1-8 parts of fiber, 6-45 parts of water, 10-40 parts of atomizing agent and 1-8 parts of tobacco flavor.
7. The method for processing the cigarette with the curling structure and the non-combustion heating cigarette as claimed in claim 6, wherein the tobacco raw material is one or a mixture of several of tobacco leaves, tobacco stems and tobacco scraps.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the adhesive of the dry material comprises one or more of xanthan gum, konjac gum, sodium polyacrylate, chitin, and sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the atomizing agent for the wet mass comprises one or more of propylene glycol, glycerin, ethylene glycol, sorbitol, and sorbitol.
10. A method of manufacture of a heated non-combustible cigarette having a crimped construction according to claim 6, wherein the fibres of the wet mass include one or more of wood pulp fibres, tobacco fibres.
