The cigarette which is heated and does not burn is a cigarette made of tobacco substances which are not combusted by electronic equipment, and no open fire or ash is used in the smoking process, so the cigarette is an environment-friendly cigarette. When the cigarette is smoked by adopting the electronic heating equipment, a consumer can feel the fragrance of the tobacco, and meanwhile, harmful substances generated by high-temperature pyrolysis in combustion of the conventional cigarette are obviously reduced, so that an effective healthy smoking mode is provided for the consumer, and the smoking mode is more and more popular at home and abroad and forms a certain consumer group.
The heating non-combustion cigarette sold on the market at present mainly adopts a mode of inserting a needle-shaped or sheet-shaped heater into the middle of a cigarette to heat, is a local heating mode, is partially carbonized, has short aroma production section, generates less smoke quantity, has high smoke temperature, thermally shrinks a filter tip, is not suitable for an annular heating non-combustion device, and is difficult to meet the requirements of consumers.
Therefore, the present inventors have completed the present invention by extensive experiments and analyses aiming at various technical defects of the prior art.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
The invention relates to a cigarette which is used for an annular heating non-combustion device and is heated without combustion.
The cigarette without burning during heating is formed by connecting a fragrance producing section (1), a special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), a condensing section (3) and a filtering section (4) in sequence;
the outer surfaces of the incense producing section (1), the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), the condensing section (3) and the filtering section (4) are respectively provided with incense producing section roll paper (11), special-shaped hollow pipe section roll paper (21), condensing section roll paper (31) and filtering section roll paper (41);
a first connecting roll paper (6) is arranged outside the filtering section (4) and the condensing section (3); second connecting roll paper (7) is arranged outside the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), the condensing section (3) and the filtering section (4); a third connecting roll paper (8) is arranged outside the fragrance producing section (1), the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), the condensing section (3) and the filtering section (4);
a bursting bead (5) is arranged in the filter segment (4).
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fragrance-producing section (1) is formed by rolling a formed paper base material coated with a coating liquid, and has a length of 30 to 45 mm.
According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the coating solution comprises 1 to 7 parts by weight of a smoke agent and 93 to 99 parts by weight of a natural extract;
the smoke agent is one or more smoke agents selected from propylene glycol, glycerol triacetate or glycerol diacetate;
the natural extract is one or more natural extracts selected from tobacco extract, red date extract, plum extract, tree moss extract or licorice extract.
According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the coating rate of the coating liquid is 31 to 50%.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the shaped hollow pipe section (2) is a spiral shaped hollow pipe (22) or a shaped hollow pipe (23) with a space between an upper cavity and a lower cavity.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the length of the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2) is 5-10 mm.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the condensation section (3) is formed by rolling a hydrogel-coated nonwoven fabric.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the length of the condensation section (3) is 5 to 10 mm.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the filter segment (4) contains shot beads, the length of which is 25 to 30 mm.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the circumference of the non-burning tobacco rod is 16.0-24.2 mm, the total length is less than or equal to 84mm, and the suction resistance is 600-1400 pa.
The present invention will be described in more detail below.
The invention relates to a cigarette which is used for an annular heating non-combustion device and is heated without combustion.
The cigarette without burning during heating is formed by connecting a fragrance producing section (1), a special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), a condensing section (3) and a filtering section (4) in sequence, and the specific structure is shown in attached figure 1;
according to the invention, the main function of the aroma-producing section (1) in the inventive heated non-burning tobacco rod is to provide the aroma and the smoke quantity of the tobacco material.
In the invention, the fragrance-producing section (1) is formed by rolling a formed paper base material coated with a coating liquid, and the length of the fragrance-producing section is 30-45 mm.
The formed paper substrate used in the present invention is a product currently on the market, for example, a product sold under the trade name of high-transparency formed paper by the technical development ltd of engenchen, yunnan. The equipment used for the wrapping of the formed paper substrate is filter rod equipment commonly used in the art and well known to those skilled in the art, such as the wrapping equipment sold under the trade name paper filter rod making machine by Hauni, Germany.
According to the invention, the coating liquid consists of 1-7 parts by weight of smoke agent and 93-99 parts by weight of natural extract. The smoke agent has the basic function of improving the smoke quantity in the heating non-burning cigarette; the basic function of the natural extraction in the invention is to increase the cigarette fragrance and improve the smoke texture.
In the present invention, when the amount of the natural extract is 93 to 99 parts by weight, if the amount of the fuming agent is less than 1 part by weight, the fuming amount is small; if the amount of the smoke agent is more than 7 parts by weight, the smoke amount is too large, and the smoking experience is influenced; therefore, the amount of the fuming agent is reasonable to be 1 to 7 parts by weight.
When the amount of the fuming agent is 1-7 parts by weight, if the natural extract is less than 93 parts by weight, the smoke texture is poor; if the weight of the natural extract is more than 99 parts, the viscosity of the paper is increased, and the machine performance is poor; therefore, 93 to 99 parts by weight of the natural extract is suitable.
In the present invention, the smoking agent is one or more selected from propylene glycol, glycerin, triacetin or diacetin, and they are currently commercially available products such as triacetin sold under the trade name GT by Jinan Zi Ancheng chemical Co., Ltd, and diacetin sold under the trade name diacetin by Binxhao chemical Co., Ltd, Guangzhou.
In the present invention, the natural extract is one or more natural extracts selected from the group consisting of tobacco extract, red date extract, plum extract, moss extract and licorice extract, which are currently commercially available products, such as tobacco extract sold under the trade name of tobacco alcohol extract by kauri spring essence perfumery ltd, red date extract sold under the trade name of red date alcohol extract by kauri spring essence perfumery ltd, plum extract sold under the trade name of plum alcohol extract by kauri spring essence perfumery ltd, moss extract sold under the trade name of moss essence extract by kauri spring essence ltd, licorice extract sold under the trade name of licorice alcohol extract by kauri spring essence ltd.
According to the present invention, the coating rate of the coating liquid is understood to be the difference between the total weight of the substrate after coating and the weight of the substrate before coating divided by the total weight of the substrate after coating. In the invention, the coating rate of the coating liquid is 31-50%, and if the coating rate exceeds the range, the coiled aroma-producing material can be adhered due to high viscosity of paper, and the smoke quantity generated by heating non-combustible smoke is not influenced because of incomplete carbonization.
According to the invention, the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2) plays a role in dredging and delaying the flow of smoke in the heating non-burning cigarette, and can be matched with the condensing section (3) to cool the smoke doubly, increase the moisture in the smoke moderately and make the smoke moist and soft.
The special-shaped hollow pipe section (2) is a spiral special-shaped hollow pipe (22) or a special-shaped hollow pipe (23) with an upper cavity and a lower cavity at intervals, and the specific structure is shown in an attached figure 2. In the invention, the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2) is made of kraft paper, anti-scald paper or corrugated paper materials sold in the market at present.
According to the invention, the length of the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2) is 5-10 mm. If the length of the special hollow pipe section (2) exceeds the range, the smoke delay time is prolonged, so that the smoke quantity of the smoke generated by heating the non-combustible cigarette through the filter tip is reduced, and the suction is adversely affected.
The main function of the condensation section (3) in the heating of the non-burning cigarette is to condense some components in the smoke, adsorb harmful substances and increase the moisture of the smoke. In the present invention, the condensation section (3) is formed by rolling the hydrogel-coated nonwoven fabric using the rolling device as described above.
The hydrogel used in the invention is a product sold in the current market, and the amount of the hydrogel coated on the non-woven fabric is usually 40-50 g/m2。
According to the invention, the length of the condensation section (3) is 5-10 mm, and if the length of the condensation section (3) exceeds the range, the smoking effect of the non-burning cigarette heated by the invention is less adversely affected by the reduced Brownian motion due to the lower smoke temperature.
According to the invention, the filter segment (4) contains bursting beads (5). The filter segment (4) is arranged in the filter segment of the heating non-combustion cigarette and aims to filter smoke basically. The filtering section (4) containing the popping beads (5) has the functions of filtering smoke and changing the taste of the smoke so as to meet the psychological and physiological requirements of consumers. The filter section (4) is made of acetate fiber tows, polylactic acid tows or paper materials. The puffed bead (5) contains tobacco essence such as mint, Hami melon and the like, and is a puffed bead sold by Balanophora fimbriata biotechnology limited company in Yunnan under the trade name of cool or honeydew melon.
The length of the filter section (4) is 25-30 mm. If the length of the filter segment (4) exceeds the above range, the smoking effect of the invention for heating non-combustible smoke is less adversely affected.
In the invention, in the cigarette which is not burnt by heating, the cigarette paper (11) for producing the incense, the paper (21) for the special-shaped hollow pipe section, the paper (31) for the condensing section and the paper (41) for the filtering section are respectively arranged outside the cigarette producing section (1), the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), the condensing section (3) and the filtering section (4); in the present invention, the main purpose of providing the roll paper in the four stages respectively is to form the four stages separately from the roll paper.
Furthermore, a first connection wrap (6) is arranged outside the filter section (4) and the condenser section (3), which is arranged in such a way that it connects the filter section (4) and the condenser section (3);
a second connecting roll paper (7) is arranged outside the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), the condensing section (3) and the filtering section (4) and aims at connecting the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), the condensing section (3) and the filtering section (4) together;
the third connecting roll paper (8) is arranged outside the incense producing section (1), the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), the condensing section (3) and the filtering section (4), and the purpose is that the incense producing section (1) is connected with the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2), the condensing section (3) and the filtering section (4).
The paper web used in the present invention is a product currently marketed, for example, by Yunnan Hongta blue eagle paper industry Co.
The four sections of materials can be processed into the non-burning cigarette by a filter rod machine by adopting a conventional method. The filter rod machines used in the present invention are currently marketed products, such as the filter rod machine sold under the trade name multifunctional composite filter rod machine by Hauni, hamni, germany.
The circumference of the cigarette which is not burnt is 16.0-24.2 mm, the total length is less than or equal to 84mm, and the suction resistance is 600-1400 pa. In the present invention, the resistance to draw is determined using the YC/T446-2012 standard test method.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cigarette with the function of heating and non-combustion is suitable for the annular heating and non-combustion heating device sold in the market at present, the cigarette with the function of heating and non-combustion has the advantages of large smoke quantity, low smoke temperature entering an oral cavity, diversified taste, no pollution to a heater, capability of adsorbing certain harmful substances and the like, particularly, the special-shaped hollow pipe section (2) has the function of guiding and delaying smoke, can play a double-effect of cooling by matching with the condensation section, reduces the smoke temperature, moderately increases the smoke moisture, and moistens the smoke. The cigarette which is not burnt is heated by the method and the processing technology of the filter stick machine is simple, convenient and quick.

The results in table 1 show that the non-combustible cigarette samples heated in examples 1-4 have a larger amount of smoke, a certain increase in moisture, soft smoke, strong satisfaction and a higher degree of carbonization than those of the conventional purple cloud cigarette and the IQOS cartridge heating method.
