By adopting a high-pressure homogenization treatment mode, solid particles of the liquid material are subjected to ultramicro refinement, the particle size of each component is obviously reduced, and the uniformity and the stability of the mixed solution are improved.
2. The preparation method of the special slice for the cigarette by homogenizing and heating is different from common extrusion forming, and the extrusion puffing technology is taken as a high-temperature short-time processing technology integrating heating, mixing, shearing, particle size reduction, melting and forming. Through the double-screw extruder, under the pushing action of the screw and the screw, the materials are strongly extruded, stirred and sheared due to the mutual friction action between the screw and the materials, between the materials and the machine barrel and between the materials and the interior of the machine barrel, so that the materials are continuously refined and homogenized. At the die head, the instantaneous reduction in pressure and temperature causes the material moisture to flash and the material is expanded into a semi-product with a loose and porous structure. The sheet uniformity is improved, the sensory quality of the product is improved, the internal surface area is increased, and the filling capacity and the atomization effect are improved.

According to the preparation method of the special slice for the homogenized heating cigarette, the filling performance of the homogenized material treated by nitrogen is obviously improved, the internal structure of the homogenized material is slightly changed, and the elastic retraction structure is damaged while the elastic expansion structure is kept, so that the expansion stems are rich in elasticity and are not easy to retract. The application performance after nitrogen treatment is superior to that of storage treatment, the storage time can be saved by 1-3 months, and the transportation, storage and labor cost can be greatly saved.
4. The invention provides a preparation method of a special slice for homogenizing and heating cigarettes, wherein the added mineral element enhancer has the effects of improving sensory quality and preservation performance. Meanwhile, the main factors influencing the mixing uniformity of the powder and the granule are the differences of the particle size, shape, density and surface moisture content, and the particle size of the particles is the most important factor among the differences. The addition of the mineral element enhancer can further ensure that the powder particles are uniformly dispersed, thereby enhancing the uniformity of the slice.

In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention and the technical solutions in the prior art, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort. The designation of the design orientation merely indicates the relative positional relationship between the respective members, not the absolute positional relationship.
The specific embodiment of the invention is as follows:
example 1
A preparation method of a special slice for homogenizing and heating cigarettes comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing tobacco leaves and tobacco powder according to a weight ratio of 6;
s2, mixing the tobacco material and CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) accounting for 5 percent of the weight of the tobacco material, then crushing the mixture at a low temperature to 120 meshes to obtain powder, adding a mineral element enhancer accounting for 0.001 percent of the weight of the tobacco material into the powder for reinforcement, and controlling the temperature by adopting a low-temperature circulating device taking liquid nitrogen as a medium during crushing, and keeping the temperature at 15 ℃;
s3, preparing water, softwood fiber, essence, spice and glycerol into a solution according to the mass part ratio of 100 to 10, stirring at the speed of 300r/min for 30min at normal temperature, transferring into a feed port of a high-pressure homogenizer, adjusting a pressure valve to ensure that the homogenizing pressure is 80MPa, adjusting the feeding temperature to be 30 ℃, homogenizing for 3 times, and obtaining a liquid material after homogenizing is completed;
s4, heating the powder obtained in the step S2 and the liquid obtained in the step S3 in a reaction kettle according to the mass ratio of 1;
and S5, treating the extruded and puffed homogeneous material in the step S4 by nitrogen, tanning for 5 times, rolling and forming, drying at 80 ℃, shredding, and cooling to prepare the special sheet for the heated cigarette.
The surface of the special slice prepared in the embodiment 1 has no white spots, 8 samples with the cross width of the slice are taken through sampling equipment, the glycerol content of each sample is detected, the variation coefficient of the glycerol content is greatly reduced compared with that of the glycerol content in the original process, the variation coefficient is reduced from 15% to 3%, and the uniformity degree of the slice is obviously improved; and the novel slice has uniform taste, excellent smoke quantity and excellent smoke aroma in sensory evaluation.
Example 2
A preparation method of a special slice for homogenizing and heating cigarettes comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing tobacco leaves and tobacco powder according to a weight ratio of 5;
s2, mixing the tobacco material with an adhesive which accounts for 8% of the weight of the tobacco material, then crushing the mixture at a low temperature to 180 meshes to obtain powder, adding a mineral element enhancer which accounts for 0.001% of the weight of the tobacco material into the powder for reinforcement, wherein the adhesive is a compound prepared by mixing CMC and sodium alginate according to a mass ratio of 1;
s3, preparing water, softwood fiber, essence, spice and glycerol into a solution according to the mass part ratio of 100;
s4, heating the powder obtained in the step S2 and the liquid obtained in the step S3 in a reaction kettle according to the mass ratio of 1;
and S5, carrying out nitrogen treatment on the extruded and expanded homogeneous material in the step S4, tanning for 8 times, rolling and forming, drying at 80 ℃, shredding, and cooling to prepare the special sheet for the heated cigarette.

s1, mixing tobacco leaves and tobacco powder according to a weight ratio of 4;
s2, mixing the tobacco material with an adhesive which accounts for 10% of the weight of the tobacco material, then crushing the mixture at a low temperature to 200 meshes to obtain powder, adding a mineral element enhancer which accounts for 0.001% of the weight of the tobacco material into the powder for reinforcement, wherein the adhesive is a compound prepared by mixing CMC and sodium alginate according to a mass ratio of 1;
s3, preparing water, the softwood fiber, the essence, the spice and the glycerol into a solution according to the mass part ratio of 100;
s4, heating the powder obtained in the step S2 and the liquid obtained in the step S3 in a reaction kettle according to the mass ratio of 1;
and S5, performing nitrogen treatment on the extruded and puffed homogeneous material in the step S4, tanning for 8 times, rolling and forming, drying at 80 ℃, shredding, and cooling to prepare the special sheet for the heated cigarette.

Claims (8)
1. The preparation method of the special sheet for the homogenized heating cigarette is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, drying tobacco materials at a low temperature until the moisture mass percentage is 5-10%, wherein the low-temperature drying temperature is 40-60 ℃;
s2, mixing the tobacco material and the adhesive, then crushing the mixture at low temperature to 120-400 meshes to obtain powder, adding 0.001-0.0015% of a mineral element enhancer into the powder for reinforcement, and controlling the temperature by using a low-temperature circulating device taking liquid nitrogen as a medium during crushing;
s3, preparing a solution from water, additional fibers, essence, spice and an atomizing agent according to a certain proportion, stirring at the normal temperature for 20-30min at the stirring speed of 200-400 r/min, then transferring the solution into a feed inlet of a high-pressure homogenizer for homogenization, adjusting a pressure valve to ensure that the homogenization pressure is 60-100 MPa, adjusting the feeding temperature to be 10-30 ℃, homogenizing for 2-5 times, and obtaining a liquid material after homogenization is finished;
s4, heating the powder obtained in the step S2 and the liquid material obtained in the step S3 in a reaction kettle according to a certain mass ratio to 50-60 ℃ for mixing, stirring and mixing at a high speed, introducing into a double-screw extruder, feeding at a speed of 3kg/h from a feeding hole for extrusion and expansion, controlling the water content of the material to be 20-25%, controlling the rotating speed of a screw to be 180-300 r/min, and controlling the extrusion temperature to be 80-120 ℃, thus obtaining a homogeneous material;
s5, treating the extruded and puffed homogeneous material in the step S4 by nitrogen, tanning, rolling and forming for 4-8 times, drying at low temperature, shredding, and cooling to prepare the special sheet for heating cigarettes;
the specific process of the nitrogen treatment in the step S5 is as follows: stirring the homogeneous material uniformly, putting into a high-pressure kettle, sealing, introducing nitrogen gas, evacuating, keeping the pressure in the kettle at 0.9MPa, releasing the pressure after 10min, and taking out the homogeneous material;
the low-temperature drying temperature in the step S5 is 50-80 ℃, and the water content of the special sheet product for heating cigarettes is 6-10%.
2. The method for preparing the special sheet for the homogenized heating cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco material in the step S1 comprises one or more of tobacco leaves, tobacco powder and expanded tobacco stems.
3. The method for preparing the sheet special for the cigarette through the homogenizing heating according to claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the mass ratio of the tobacco material to the adhesive is 1 (0.03-0.1), and the low-temperature crushing temperature is 10-20 ℃.

The preparation method of the special slice for the homogenized heating cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive in the step S2 comprises one or more of sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and gelatin, and the mineral element enhancer is one or more of calcium, iodine, iron and zinc.
5. The method for preparing the special slice for the homogenized heating cigarette according to claim 4, wherein the adhesive is a mixture of sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
6. The method for preparing the special slice for the cigarette through the homogenizing heating according to claim 1, wherein in the step S3, the mass ratio of the water, the additional fiber, the essence, the spice and the atomizing agent is 100: (5-10): (10-15): (15-60).

The method for preparing the special slice for the cigarette through homogenizing heating according to claim 1, wherein the additional fibers in the step S3 comprise one or more of softwood fibers, natural sepiolite inorganic fibers and hemp pulp fibers, and the atomizing agent comprises one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol and sugar alcohol.
8. The method for preparing the sheet special for the homogenized heating cigarette according to claim 1, wherein in the step S4, the mass ratio of the mixed powder material to the mixed liquid material is 1: (0.5-2).
