附加地也可以使得联接壳体具有电屏蔽元件,所述电屏蔽元件也可以是金属插入件。在导线端部壳体的屏蔽元件和联接壳体的屏蔽元件之间可以进行屏蔽转移。
为也将两个导线相互机械连接,相应的导线端部壳体可以具有卡锁装置以用于通过可卡锁到卡锁装置上的中间元件(特别是通过联接壳体)将两个导线连接。卡锁装置可以分别例如被实施为卡锁舌,所述卡锁舌可以卡锁于中间元件(特别是联接壳体)的被构造为两件式的相对卡锁装置。
本发明也涉及电导线设备,所述电导线设备具有至少两个电导线,所述电导线分别具有至少两个电导体。在导线之间布置一个或多个前述实施变体中的将导线相互联接的连接器。
在特别地有利的改进方案中,可以在相应的导线的朝向连接器的导线端部上安装导线端部壳体,所述导线端部壳体带有背对导线端部的卡锁装置。此导线端部壳体可以优选地对于两个导线端部构造为相同,使其是相同件。导线端部壳体可以分别通过力配合和/或形状配合的连接(例如,已知为卷边的连接)被固定在导线端部上。为将导线端部壳体并且因此也将导线相互机械连接,可以使得特别地被构造为对称的中间元件卡锁在两个导线端部壳体上。
在使用连接器时设有用于电连接两个导体片的联接元件。为使得不需要另外的中间元件以将导线机械连接,导线端部壳体可以通过分别卡锁在其上的联接壳体被相互连接。

具体实施方式
图1在立体图中示出了电导线设备100,所述电导线设备100例如适用于汽车内的数据导线。导线设备100具有电和机械连接器1,所述连接器1将两个相互指向的电导线2和3相互连接,所述电导线2和3在此是所谓的非屏蔽双绞线(UTP)的导线。电导线2和3分别具有两个相互扭绞的即成对扭绞的电导体,即第一导线2的导体4和5以及第二导线3的导体6和7(见图2),其中导体的此数量在此实施例中仅被典型地选择。导线2、3分别具有(未详细绘出的)外绝缘套,在所述外绝缘套内将导体4、5或6、7相互扭绞地布置。在导体4、5或6、7的朝向另外的导线2、3的自由端上,通过移除(未详细绘出的)内部的绝缘套将所述导体4、5或6、7暴露。
在相互指向的导线2、3的导线端部上分别安装导线端部壳体8和9,所述导线端部壳体8和9是相同地构造的相同件。为进行固定,在导线端部壳体8、9之间存在形状配合和力配合接合,其中此外分别安装(未详细绘出的)拉力释放元件,所述拉力释放元件将相应的导线端部壳体8、9与对应的导线2、3的外部绝缘套连接。为可以将导线端部壳体8、9相互间接地连接,每个导线端部壳体8、9具有卡锁装置10、11,所述卡锁装置10、11基本上具有卡锁舌12、13,所述卡锁舌12、13向相应的另外的导线2、3延伸。
导线端部壳体8、9通过卡锁在卡锁装置10、11上的对称地构造的联接壳体14相互连接,所述联接壳体14为此具有两个相对卡锁装置15、16。相对卡锁装置15、16分别具有卡锁圈17、18,在所述卡锁圈17、18上成形有向内指向的(未详细绘出的)卡锁鼻,以用于与卡锁舌12、13接合。
如示出导线设备100的剖视图的图2所示,将在此被构造为弹簧元件的相互相同的多个联接元件19布置到联接壳体14内。联接元件19的数量等于应通过联接壳体14被相互机械连接以及通过联接元件19被相互连接的导线2、3的导体4至7的数量。仅由于侧视剖视图的原因,在图2中仅可见多个并列布置的联接元件19中的第一联接元件。联接元件19特别地沿导线设备100的纵向延伸方向对称地构造,并且至少在此实施例中嵌入到联接壳体14内,这通过将联接元件19以联接壳体14的塑料材料包覆注塑实现。联接壳体14具有沿导线设备100的纵向延伸方向连贯地构造的以及两侧端侧上开放的接收室20,在所述接收室20内接收联接元件19,并且通过由塑料材料随同地成形的中间片21将所述联接元件19保持到位。
进一步从图2中可见,联接元件19一方面靠放在第一导体片22上并且另一方面靠放在第二导体片23上,在所述导体片中又将第一导体片22与第一导线2的导体4、5以及将第二导体片23与第二导线3的导体6、7通过由焊接形成的材料配合的连接部进行电连接。为此,导体片22、23分别具有数量等于导体4、5以及6、7的数量的相关的第一接触部分24或25。将导体板22、23保持在相应的导线端部壳体8、9内,并且分别沿另外的导线2、3的方向突伸出所述导线端部壳体8、9。通过(未图示的)具有导体轨的形式的传导结构将第二接触部分26、27与第一接触部分24、25电连接,所述第二接触部分26、27构造在导体片22、23的突伸出导体端部壳体8、9的部分上。
如在图2中可见,联接元件19分别同时靠放到第一导体片22的第二连接部分26上和第二导体片23的第二连接部分27上,并且因此将二者电接触。即,相应的第二接触部分26、27通过联接元件19被相互成对地电联接。为此,导体片22、23分别沿相反的指向被插入到联接壳体14的接收室20内,并且在此处与对应地弯曲的联接元件19贴靠。
因此,通过联接壳体14将导线2、3相互机械连接,通过安置在联接壳体14内的联接元件19将导体4和6以及5和7相互电连接。
最后,图3在立体图中示出了导线设备100的带有第一导线2以及连同带有第一导线端部壳体8和第一导体片22的第一部分。由此可见,导体片22在此实施例中具有用于两个联接元件19的两个第二接触部分26(第二导体片23亦是如此),因为第一导线2具有两个电导体4、5。
从所图示的实施例出发,导线设备100和连接器1可以在很多方面进行修改。因此,例如可在导线端部壳体8、9内和/或在联接壳体14内布置用于电屏蔽的屏蔽元件。也可构思将卡锁装置10、11和相对卡锁装置15、16构造为结构上不同。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于将具有至少两个电导体(4-7)的第一和第二电导线(2、3)电联接的电连接器(1),所述电连接器(1)带有:
-为至少一个所述第一导线(2)对应配设的第一导体片(22)和为至少一个所述第二导线(3)对应配设的第二导体片(23),所述第一导体片和所述第二导体片分别具有总数量等于至少所述导体(4-7)的数量的传导结构,所述传导结构具有用于电接触相关的导体(4-7)的数量的传导结构,所述传导结构带有用于电接触相关的导体(4-7)的第一接触部分(24、25)并且带有第二接触部分(26、27),和
-数量等于所述导体(4-7)的数量的联接元件(19),所述联接元件被设置为通过跨越所述第一导体片和第二导体片(22、23)之间的空间间隙来电接触相应的导体片(22、23)的为相应的导体(4-7)对应配设的第二接触部分(26、27)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器(1),其特征在于,所述联接元件(19)以可拆卸的方式靠放到相应的第二接触部分(26、27)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接器(1),其特征在于,所述联接元件(19)布置在电绝缘的联接壳体(14)内,所述联接壳体能够固定在或固定在两个所述导线(2、3)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的连接器(1),其特征在于,相应的导体片(22、23)至少部分地能够插入到或插入到所述联接壳体(14)内以接触所述联接元件(19)。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的连接器(1),其特征在于,所述联接元件(19)嵌入到、尤其通过以塑料包覆注塑的方式嵌入到所述联接壳体(14)内。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接器(1),其特征在于,在相应的导线(2、3)的导线端部上安装电绝缘的所述导线端部壳体(8、9),相应的导体片(22、23)至少部分地突伸出所述导线端部壳体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的连接器(1),其特征在于,相应的导线端部壳体(8、9)具有电屏蔽元件。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的连接器(1),其特征在于,相应的导线端部壳体(8、9)具有卡锁装置(10、11),所述卡锁装置用于通过能够卡锁在所述卡锁装置(10、11)上的中间元件(14)将两个所述导线(2、3)连接。
9.一种电导线设备(100),其带有:
-至少两个电导线(2、3),所述电导线分别具有至少两个电导体(4-7),和
-根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的将所述电导线(2、3)相互联接的连接器(1)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的导线设备(100),其特征在于,在相应的导线(2、3)的朝向所述连接器(1)的导线端部上安装有导线端部壳体(8、9),所述导线端部壳体带有背对导线端部的卡锁装置(10、11)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的导线设备(100),其特征在于,所述导线端部壳体(8、9)通过分别卡锁在其上的联接壳体(14)被相互连接。
