Abstract
一种动态储放装置,包括储存区、动力载移装置、载具群、载具侦测装置、动力输送装置、闸口、闸口侦测装置、暂存区和暂存区侦测装置。该储放装置还包括一中央控制系统,用以指挥、控制、命令、管理以上各装置的运作,并管理各装置回传的资讯。利用射频识别(Radio Frequency IDentification,RFID)技术实现动态储放装置和动态存取管理方法,基础且主要的特征是RFID标签贴标于载具而非贴标于物件,储放装置和动态存取管理方法所管理的标的物是载具和载具群,且基于构成载具群的每一个载具都已利用RFID的标签详细记载了该载具内部所承装物件的资讯,因此通过载具和载具群的管理达到物件管理的目的,且储放装置空间利用率提高,中央控制系统正确且完整地记录所有物件所在的储放位置。
