本发明涉及卸灰阀技术领域,且公开了双层卸灰阀,包括下阀体,所述下阀体上表面设置有上阀体,且所述上阀体与所述下阀体固定连接,所述上阀体顶端设置有进料口,且所述进料口与所述上阀体固定连接,所述上阀体内部顶端设置有,且所述阀盖与所述上阀体固定连接。该双层卸灰阀,通过设置密封件,密封件是使用燕尾槽密封,使得耐用不会掉落,且密封件在上面位置不易损坏,提高了机体的密封性能,使得进料口与阀盖之间的密封性能增加,避免进料口与阀盖之间出现缝隙,避免物料在进入到上阀体内部的时候物料从上阀体和进料口之间的缝隙漏出,提高了物料的进料率,因此增加了该卸灰阀的实用性。

本发明涉及卸灰阀技术领域,具体为双层卸灰阀。
背景技术
卸灰阀是除尘设备排灰、送风和其它设备给料的主要设备,适用于粉状物料和颗料状物料。为环保、冶金、化工、粮食、食品、电力等工业部门广泛应用。
目前,现有的卸灰阀的进料口和上阀体之间的密封性能较差,在将用过进料口放入到上阀体的内部的时候,物料会从上阀体和进料口的缝隙处漏出,导致卸灰的效率降低,因此需要对该卸灰阀进行改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了双层卸灰阀,具备提高进料口与上阀体之间的密封性能和便于阀板和上阀体之间的角度便于调节的优点,解决了现有的卸灰阀的进料口和上阀体之间的密封性能较差,在将用过进料口放入到上阀体的内部的时候,物料会从上阀体和进料口的缝隙处漏出,导致卸灰的效率降低,因此需要对该卸灰阀进行改进的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:双层卸灰阀,包括下阀体,所述下阀体上表面设置有上阀体,且所述上阀体与所述下阀体固定连接,所述上阀体顶端设置有进料口,且所述进料口与所述上阀体固定连接,所述上阀体内部顶端设置有阀盖,且所述阀盖与所述上阀体固定连接,所述阀盖上表面外侧设置有密封件,且所述密封件与所述阀盖固定连接,所述阀盖底端中部设置有连接机构,且所述连接机构与所述阀盖转动连接,所述连接机构底端设置有阀板,且所述阀板与所述连接机构转动连接,所述上阀体前表面下方设置有减速机支撑板,且所述减速机支撑板与所述上阀体固定连接,所述减速机支撑板上表面设置有减速机,且所述减速机与所述减速机支撑板固定连接,所述减速机输出轴的一端设置有传动臂,且所述传动臂与所述减速机固定连接,所述上阀体内部顶端贯穿设置有阀轴,且所述阀轴与所述上阀体转动连接,所述阀轴右侧设置有连杆,且所述连杆与所述阀轴固定连接,所述连杆底端设置有配重器,且所述配重器与所述连杆固定连接,所述安装板后表面上方设置有安装板,且所述安装板与所述上阀体固定连接,所述安装板内部设置有固定螺钉,且所述固定螺钉与所述安装板固定连接。
优选的,所述配重器设置有两个,所述下阀体和所述上阀体的右侧各设置一个所述配重器。
优选的,所述减速机与所述阀轴通过所述传动臂传动连接。
优选的,所述阀盖的数量为两个,两个所述阀盖分别固定在所述上阀体和所述下阀体后表面的上方。
优选的,所述阀盖与所述阀板通过所述连接机构固定连接。
优选的,所述上阀体的内侧顶端与所述阀盖通过所述密封件固定连接。
与现有技术对比,本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、该双层卸灰阀,通过设置密封件,密封件是使用燕尾槽密封,使得耐用不会掉落,且密封件在上面位置不易损坏,提高了机体的密封性能,使得进料口与阀盖之间的密封性能增加,避免进料口与阀盖之间出现缝隙,避免物料在进入到上阀体内部的时候物料从上阀体和进料口之间的缝隙漏出,提高了物料的进料率,因此增加了该卸灰阀的实用性。
2、该双层卸灰阀,通过设置连接机构,连接机构采用的是球型的连接物体,球型连接物体可以万向的自动调节,通过球型连接物体可以将阀盖与阀板之间的连接角度进行调节,给阀板和阀盖的角度调节带来便利,因此增加了该卸灰阀的实用性。

请参阅图1-4,双层卸灰阀,包括下阀体6,下阀体6上表面设置有上阀体3,且上阀体3与下阀体6固定连接,上阀体3顶端设置有进料口1,且进料口1与上阀体3固定连接,上阀体3内部顶端设置有阀盖13,且阀盖13与上阀体3固定连接,阀盖13上表面外侧设置有密封件12,且密封件12与阀盖13固定连接,阀盖13底端中部设置有连接机构11,且连接机构11与阀盖13转动连接,连接机构11底端设置有阀板10,且阀板10与连接机构11转动连接,上阀体3前表面下方设置有减速机支撑板7,且减速机支撑板7与上阀体3固定连接,减速机支撑板7上表面设置有减速机9,且减速机9与减速机支撑板7固定连接,减速机9的型号为BWEY20-731-0.75,减速机9输出轴的一端设置有传动臂8,且传动臂8与减速机9固定连接,上阀体3内部顶端贯穿设置有阀轴2,且阀轴2与上阀体3转动连接,阀轴2右侧设置有连杆4,且连杆4与阀轴2固定连接,连杆4底端设置有配重器5,且配重器5与连杆4固定连接,安装板14后表面上方设置有安装板14,且安装板14与上阀体3固定连接,安装板14内部设置有固定螺钉15,且固定螺钉15与安装板14固定连接。
工作时,最高层灰斗向下排放灰渣,灰渣通过进料口1进入,减速机9带动传动臂8进行传动,传动臂8带动阀轴2进行转动,阀轴一端的连接杆带动阀板10进行传动,上阀体3内部的阀盖13通过阀板10带动进行转动,阀盖13开启,灰渣进入到上阀体3的内部,然后将阀盖13关闭,打开下阀体6,灰渣通过下阀体6底端的出口排出,完成卸灰的过程。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.双层卸灰阀,包括下阀体(6),其特征在于:所述下阀体(6)上表面设置有上阀体(3),且所述上阀体(3)与所述下阀体(6)固定连接,所述上阀体(3)顶端设置有进料口(1),且所述进料口(1)与所述上阀体(3)固定连接,所述上阀体(3)内部顶端设置有阀盖(13),且所述阀盖(13)与所述上阀体(3)固定连接,所述阀盖(13)上表面外侧设置有密封件(12),且所述密封件(12)与所述阀盖(13)固定连接,所述阀盖(13)底端中部设置有连接机构(11),且所述连接机构(11)与所述阀盖(13)转动连接,所述连接机构(11)底端设置有阀板(10),且所述阀板(10)与所述连接机构(11)转动连接,所述上阀体(3)前表面下方设置有减速机支撑板(7),且所述减速机支撑板(7)与所述上阀体(3)固定连接,所述减速机支撑板(7)上表面设置有减速机(9),且所述减速机(9)与所述减速机支撑板(7)固定连接,所述减速机(9)输出轴的一端设置有传动臂(8),且所述传动臂(8)与所述减速机(9)固定连接,所述上阀体(3)内部顶端贯穿设置有阀轴(2),且所述阀轴(2)与所述上阀体(3)转动连接,所述阀轴(2)右侧设置有连杆(4),且所述连杆(4)与所述阀轴(2)固定连接,所述连杆(4)底端设置有配重器(5),且所述配重器(5)与所述连杆(4)固定连接,所述安装板(14)后表面上方设置有安装板(14),且所述安装板(14)与所述上阀体(3)固定连接,所述安装板(14)内部设置有固定螺钉(15),且所述固定螺钉(15)与所述安装板(14)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述配重器(5)设置有两个,所述下阀体(6)和所述上阀体(3)的右侧各设置一个所述配重器(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述减速机(9)与所述阀轴(2)通过所述传动臂(8)传动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖(13)的数量为两个,两个所述阀盖(13)分别固定在所述上阀体(3)和所述下阀体(6)后表面的上方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖(13)与所述阀板(10)通过所述连接机构(11)固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述上阀体(3)的内侧顶端与所述阀盖(13)通过所述密封件(12)固定连接。
