the throwing terminal comprises a frame which is rotatably connected with the front arm, a throwing mechanism which is arranged at the lower part of the frame, a blocking structure which is arranged at the front end of the frame and a bale pressing mechanism which is arranged above the frame, wherein the bale pressing mechanism comprises a bale pressing frame which is connected with the frame, a pressing driving piece which is arranged on the bale pressing frame and a pressing plate which is arranged at the end part of the pressing driving piece;
the moving device can move along a travelling crane beam positioned on a loading channel, and a lifting traction mechanism for drawing the cargo throwing platform is arranged on the moving device; the lifting device comprises a first frame, a second frame, a third frame and a synchronizing mechanism, the end part of the first frame is connected with the moving device, the third frame is connected with the cargo throwing platform, the first frame, the second frame and the third frame are respectively connected with the synchronizing mechanism, the synchronizing mechanism can drive the second frame to move in the same direction when the third frame is lifted, the second frame is sleeved in the first frame, and the third frame is sleeved in the second frame; the synchronous mechanism comprises a transmission chain arranged on the second frame, and a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece which are fixedly connected to the transmission chain, the transmission chain can rotate along the lifting direction of the second frame, the first connecting piece is connected with the first frame, and the second connecting piece is connected with the third frame;
the moving structure comprises a sliding part arranged at the lower part of the conveyer, two guide rails transversely arranged in the delivery rack and a driving structure capable of driving the plurality of conveyers to synchronously move along the guide rails through the sliding part; the driving structure comprises a synchronous belt component arranged in the delivery rack and a driving motor for driving the synchronous belt to move; the synchronous belt assembly comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a synchronous belt, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are mounted in the delivery rack, the synchronous belt surrounds the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the second transmission mechanism further comprises a transmission frame for fixing the two transmitters, the synchronous belt is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the transmission frame, and the synchronous belt can drag the two transmitters to move simultaneously;
when the conveyer is connected with the throwing terminal positioned on the same side and used for transferring the goods on the conveyer to the throwing terminal, the other conveyer is connected with the first conveying mechanism and used for receiving the goods transmitted by the first conveying mechanism; after the goods are obtained at the throwing terminal, the goods can be separated from the conveyer under the driving of the swing arm of the throwing terminal, and the goods are taken to a specific position for throwing; and at the moment, the moving structure drives the empty conveyor to move to the first conveying mechanism to be connected with the first conveying mechanism to obtain the next released goods, the conveyor is separated from the first conveying mechanism, and the releasing terminal butted with the conveyor also moves to the starting position to be butted with the starting position to obtain the goods on the conveyor to be transported and released.
