本发明属于饲料领域,具体公开了一种诱食剂,所述诱食剂包括动物肝脏提取物、鱿鱼提取物、鱼溶肽蛋白、蛋氨酸及其衍生物和中药草;所述中药草为当归、胡椒、山楂、薄荷的组合物。所述诱食剂能够提高加州鲈的摄食率,促进加州鲈生长,降低饲料系数;且所述诱食剂对不同年龄段的加州鲈均具有良好的诱食性。本发明还公开了含所述诱食剂的加州鲈饲料,在用大量非动物性蛋白代替鱼粉的情况下,饲料依然具有诱食性和适口性,加州鲈食欲不减,能够减少饲料浪费,降低饲料系数。

本发明属于饲料领域,特别涉及一种诱食剂及含其的饲料。
背景技术
加州鲈,原产于北美的淡水湖泊中,1983年被引入台湾后,经过多年的养殖摸索,目前其已在广东、江苏、浙江等地形成了较大规模的养殖区域,由于其生长速度快、肉质细嫩、体形美观、无肌间刺,已成为我国重要的淡水养殖品种之一。人工养殖加州鲈的饵料主要包括冰鲜鱼加工成的鱼糜、膨化饲料以及软颗粒饲料。冰鲜养殖劳动成本高,且因冰鲜鱼的质量和来源的不稳定,且不耐储存,冰鲜鱼极易携带致病菌,投喂量难控制,饲料系数高,养殖1kg加州鲈需投喂4-5kg冰鲜鱼,已慢慢被养殖户淘汰。
加州鲈饲料主要由蛋白源原料、脂肪源原料、糖源原料、复合维生素、复合矿物质组成。饲料成本占到养殖成本的50%以上,其中蛋白质成本占饲料成本的绝大部分。而鱼粉因为具有必需氨基酸、脂肪酸含量高、碳水化合物含量低,适口性好,抗营养因子少以及消化吸收率高,被广泛应用于加州鲈饲料。
近年来,随着加州鲈养殖业规模化、集约化程度不断提高,加州鲈饲料需求量不断攀升,对鱼粉的需求量也急剧增加。在采用大量的替代性蛋白源应用于饲料时,出现了适口性差,肉食性加州鲈拒食、摄食率低,加州鲈生长缓慢,饲料系数上升等诸多问题,严重制约了我国加州鲈养殖业的持续健康发展。
诱食剂作为一种非营养性饲料添加剂,具有改善饲料风味、提高鱼类的摄食速度和摄食量、促进鱼类生长以及提高饲料转化率,减少水质污染等优点。但目前针对加州鲈的诱食剂作用效果差,无法满足加州鲈养殖业的需求。
因此,希望提供一种诱食剂,能够提高加州鲈的摄食率,促进加州鲈生长,降低饲料系数。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种诱食剂,能够提高加州鲈的摄食率,促进加州鲈生长,降低饲料系数。
一种诱食剂,所述诱食剂包括动物肝脏提取物、鱿鱼提取物、鱼溶肽蛋白、蛋氨酸及其衍生物和中药草;所述中药草为当归、胡椒、山楂、薄荷的组合物。
所述诱食剂采用动物肝脏提取物、鱿鱼提取物,复配鱼溶肽蛋白、蛋氨酸及其衍生物和中药草,从加州鲈的嗅觉和味觉两方面进行刺激。首先通过鱿鱼提取物的腥味,配合黑胡椒的辛辣与薄荷的特有的清新味道,吸引加州鲈发现食物,靠近食物,并猛咬或吞咽食物;再利用动物肝脏提取物和具有鲜肉味的蛋氨酸及其衍生物增加饲料的适口性,增加肉食性加州鲈的食欲。同时所述中药草为当归、黑胡椒、山楂、薄荷的组合物具有促进加州鲈消化酶的分泌功效,加快鱼体的消化吸收,使肉食性加州鲈对植物性蛋白也能有很好的消化吸收能力。所述诱食剂对草鱼、鲤鱼、鲫鱼、泥鳅、鳝鱼等也有同样效果。
且所述诱食剂对不同年龄段的加州鲈均具有良好的诱食性。

所述动物性脏提取物的制备方法如下:将动物肝脏清洗,切成块,于0至-15℃下粉碎,加水过滤,取滤液进行冷冻干燥,即制得所述动物肝脏提取物。在低温条件下破碎、过滤、干燥,最大程度的保护肝脏中的营养物质,以及减少挥发性气味的损失。
所述鱿鱼提取物的制备方法如下:将鱿鱼捣碎,加入0.1-1%的抗坏血酸,加入35-60%的乙醇,50-70℃回流15-25min,冷却至20-35℃,提高温度至35-45℃维持30-120min,过滤,将滤液浓缩,真空干燥,即制得所述鱿鱼提取物。
所述中药草的制备方法如下:将干燥的当归、胡椒、山楂、薄荷,于0至-15℃下粉碎,过60-80目筛,备用。
优选的,所述当归、黑胡椒、山楂、薄荷的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3):1;进一步优选的,所述当归、胡椒、山楂、薄荷的质量比为2:2:3:1。
当归中富含苯酞类化合物、香豆素类、黄酮类对加州鲈具有诱食作用;胡椒中的胡椒碱和胡椒精油可以刺激加州鲈的味觉和嗅觉;山楂中所含的山楂酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等酸类刺激加州鲈消化酶分泌,增强其食欲;薄荷中薄荷醇、薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷酯、柠檬烯、异薄荷酮,可以增强加州鲈嗅觉灵敏度,加快其对饲料的发现,实现抢食。将当归、黑胡椒、山楂、薄荷按一定比例复配,使其协同增效,达到刺激加州鲈的味觉和嗅觉,增强加州鲈嗅觉灵敏度,以及增强食欲和消化能力的功效。
所述诱食剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按配方称取各组分,混合,过筛,即制得所述诱食剂。
所述过筛的筛网目数为60-100目。
一种加州鲈饲料饲料,包含所述诱食剂。
一种加州鲈饲料,还包括蛋白源原料、脂肪源原料、糖源原料、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸和微生物制剂。
通过加入所述诱食剂,以及其他原料配合下,使饲料在用大量非动物性蛋白代替动物性蛋白(如鱼粉)的情况下,饲料依然具有诱食性和适口性,加州鲈食欲不减,减少饲料浪费;同时加入所述诱食剂,可以促进鱼体消化酶的分泌,增强其消化吸收功能,减少了因肠道较短,饲料在体内未吸收完全的问题;而微生物制剂的使用,不仅在发酵中降低非动物性蛋白中抗营养因子,而且有助于消化系统内有益菌群的平衡,加快消化系统对饲料的适应。
优选的,所述加州鲈饲料,按重量份计,包括以下原料:
所述氨基酸包括蛋氨酸和赖氨酸;
所述微生物制剂主要由酵母菌、乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌制成。
优选的,所述蛋白源原料包括动物性蛋白和非动物性蛋白,其中所述动物性蛋白与非动物性蛋白得比例1:(2-8),其中非动物性蛋白包括但不限于豆粕、花生粕、麦麸,动物性蛋白包括但不限于鱼粉、鸡肉粉、鸡蛋粉、虾皮。
所述脂肪源原料为鱼油、豆油、卵磷脂、花生油、玉米油、猪油、鸡油、羊油或牛油中的至少三种。优选的,所述脂肪源原料为鱼油、玉米油、猪油和卵磷脂。
所述糖源原料包括但不限于小麦粉、玉米淀粉、土豆粉、红薯粉。
所述复合维生素主要由维生素A、维生素D3、维生素K3、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸,泛酸钙、生物素、烟酸组成。
所述复合矿物质包括Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Na、Ca等元素;优选的,所述复合矿物质由硫酸铜、氯化钾、氯化钙、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠、硫酸锰、氯化钴、亚硒酸钠组成。
一种加州鲈饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取蛋白源原料、脂肪源原料、糖源原料、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸,混合,制得混合粉;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的混合粉加水至有潮湿感,再加入微生物制剂,混合,发酵,发酵完成后,干燥,粉碎,得发酵粉;
(3)向步骤(2)制得的发酵粉中加入所述诱食剂,混合,制粒,即制得所述加州鲈饲料。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中发酵的温度为25-37℃,发酵的时间为3-7天。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中干燥采用温和的干燥方式,尽量保证微生物活性,如低温冷风干燥,冷冻干燥等。
所述步骤(3)中制粒的饲料粒径不等,根据不同年龄段的育苗,制备不同粒径的饲料,幼苗一般粒径为4-8mm,成鱼可增大粒径。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明所述诱食剂采用动物肝脏提取物、鱿鱼提取物,复配鱼溶肽蛋白、蛋氨酸及其衍生物和中药草,从加州鲈的嗅觉和味觉两方面进行刺激。首先通过鱿鱼提取物的腥味,配合黑胡椒的辛辣与薄荷的特有的清新味道,吸引加州鲈发现食物,靠近食物,并猛咬或吞咽食物;再利用动物肝脏提取物和具有鲜肉味的蛋氨酸及其衍生物增加饲料的适口性,增加肉食性加州鲈的食欲。同时所述中药草为当归、黑胡椒、山楂、薄荷的组合物具有促进加州鲈消化酶的分泌功效,加快鱼体的消化吸收,使肉食性加州鲈对植物性蛋白也能有很好的消化吸收能力。所述诱食剂能够提高加州鲈的摄食率,促进加州鲈生长,降低饲料系数。
(2)本发明所述诱食剂对不同年龄段的加州鲈均具有良好的诱食性。
(3)采用本发明所述诱食剂制备的加州鲈饲料,在用大量非动物性蛋白代替动物性蛋白(如鱼粉)的情况下,饲料依然具有诱食性和适口性,加州鲈食欲不减,减少饲料浪费,且饲料系数低。

为了让本领域技术人员更加清楚明白本发明所述技术方案,现列举以下实施例进行说明。需要指出的是,以下实施例对本发明要求的保护范围不构成限制作用。
以下实施例中所用的原料、试剂或装置如无特殊说明,均可从常规商业途径得到,或者可以通过现有已知方法得到。
实施例1
称取动物肝脏提取物20Kg、鱿鱼提取物2Kg、鱼溶肽蛋白16Kg、蛋氨酸及其衍生物12Kg、中药草5Kg(其中当归1.25Kg、胡椒1.25Kg、山楂1.875Kg、薄荷0.625Kg)。其中动物性脏提取物的制备方法如下:将猪、鸡的肝脏清洗,切成块,于0至-15℃下粉碎,加水过滤,取滤液进行冷冻干燥制得。鱿鱼提取物的制备方法如下:将鱿鱼捣碎,加入0.1-1%的抗坏血酸,加入35-60%的乙醇,50-70℃回流15-25min,冷却至20-35℃,提高温度至35-45℃维持30-120min,过滤,将滤液浓缩,真空干燥。中药草的制备方法如下:将干燥的当归、胡椒、山楂、薄荷,于0至-15℃下粉碎,过60-80目筛,备用。
将称取的上述原料充分混合,过80目筛,制得诱食剂。
实施例2
称取动物肝脏提取物12Kg、鱿鱼提取物8Kg、鱼溶肽蛋白25Kg、蛋氨酸及其衍生物12Kg、中药草5Kg(其中当归1.25Kg、胡椒1.25Kg、山楂1.875Kg、薄荷0.625Kg)。其中动物性脏提取物的制备方法如下:将猪、鸡的肝脏清洗,切成块,于0至-15℃下粉碎,加水过滤,取滤液进行冷冻干燥制得。鱿鱼提取物的制备方法如下:将鱿鱼捣碎,加入0.1-1%的抗坏血酸,加入35-60%的乙醇,50-70℃回流15-25min,冷却至20-35℃,提高温度至35-45℃维持30-120min,过滤,将滤液浓缩,真空干燥。中药草的制备方法如下:将干燥的当归、胡椒、山楂、薄荷,于0至-15℃下粉碎,过60-80目筛,备用。

复合维生素:0.5kg
复合矿物质:0.5kg
氨基酸:蛋氨酸0.8kg、赖氨酸0.8kg
微生物制剂:酵母菌0.2kg、乳酸菌0.1kg、芽孢杆菌0.2kg
实施例1制得的诱食剂:3kg

产品效果测试
在养殖场进行实验,按表1对加州鲈进行喂养,其中A-J每组3个重复,共27个网箱(1.2m×1.2m×1.2m)中饲养,每个网箱养殖加州鲈鱼30尾,网箱边上安装增氧机,并定期对网箱进行清理。每天早上6时与下午5时各投食一次。喂养60天后,清点各网箱的加州鲈鱼数量,计算成活率;同时对每个网箱所有鱼称重,计算增重率;统计饲料用量,计算饲料系数。
其中,增重率(%)=(终体重-初始体重)/初始体重×100%
饲料系数=投料量(g)/鱼净增重(g)。

由表1可知,采用本发明的诱食剂和饲料适用于各个年龄段的加州鲈,且喂养加州鲈,加州鲈生长速度快,增重率,成活率,饲料系数明显优于对比例。
Claims (10)
1.一种诱食剂,其特征在于,所述诱食剂包括动物肝脏提取物、鱿鱼提取物、鱼溶肽蛋白、蛋氨酸及其衍生物和中药草;所述中药草为当归、胡椒、山楂、薄荷的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的诱食剂,其特征在于,所述动物肝脏提取物的制备方法如下:将动物肝脏清洗,切成块,于0至-15℃下粉碎,加水过滤,取滤液进行冷冻干燥,即制得所述动物肝脏提取物。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的诱食剂,其特征在于,所述鱿鱼提取物的制备方法如下:将鱿鱼捣碎,加入0.1-1%的抗坏血酸,加入35-60%的乙醇,50-70℃回流15-25min,冷却至20-35℃,提高温度至35-45℃维持30-120min,过滤,将滤液浓缩,真空干燥,即制得所述鱿鱼提取物。
6.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的诱食剂,其特征在于,所述中药草中所述当归、黑胡椒、山楂、薄荷的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3):1。
7.一种加州鲈饲料,其特征在于,所述加州鲈饲料包含权利要求1-6中任一项所述诱食剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的加州鲈饲料,其特征在于,所述加州鲈饲料还包括蛋白源原料、脂肪源原料、糖源原料、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸和微生物制剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的加州鲈饲料,其特征在于,所述蛋白源原料包括动物性蛋白和非动物性蛋白,所述动物性蛋白与所述非动物性蛋白得比例1:(2-8)。
