技术领域
本发明属于动物营养和饲料科学技术领域,具体涉及一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
蛋鸡能否获得高产、稳产,不仅受到产蛋期的营养、管理、疾病等各方面的影响,还受到青年蛋鸡各方面指标的影响。其中包括胫骨长度、体重以及鸡群的整体均匀度。胫骨长度是体型与骨骼的直观表现,代表全身骨骼的发育状态,而体重是骨骼、肌肉、器官、内脏和羽毛的总和。凡是体型大的鸡,骨骼的尺寸则大,体容积也大,消化和生殖系统及其他内脏器官也会相应地发育充分,为母鸡以后的采食量和产蛋创造有利条件。胫骨短小的小胖鸡,由于腹腔空间小,限制输卵管、卵巢等生殖器官的发育,这样的鸡生产蛋小,上高峰晚,脱肛、啄肛多,蛋壳质量差。调查结果显示,在12周以前,蛋鸡胫骨长达到86mm越早越好。胫骨发育完善,全身骨骼发育良好,鸡骨架大、腿长、耻骨间隙宽大,这样的鸡体内血钙储存丰富,蛋壳质量较好,产大蛋而不脱肛,啄肛少、瘫鸡少、死淘率低。
胫骨长度与体重的双达标,与管理、营养密不可分,而饲料营养起到了关键性的作用。因此,青年蛋鸡的饲料营养技术成为决定蛋鸡后期高产、稳产的重要因素。良好的青年蛋鸡饲料配方在不仅能够保证青年蛋鸡的正常生长,还能起到提高胫骨长度和生长速度的作用,降低饲料采食量,保障开产及产蛋高峰,从而为养殖者提高经济效益。
青年蛋鸡作为蛋鸡养殖过程中的一个阶段,可检索到的研究并不多,经检索,发现如下几个相关度较高的专利:
中国发明专利CN103099063A一种蛋鸡育成期饲料,是由以下重量份的组分组成的:磷酸一二钙80-150份、石粉250~350份、食盐40~60份、小苏打20~40份、胆碱12~20份、复合微量元素30~40份、复合维生素8~10份、蛋氨酸20~25份、赖氨酸15~20份、骨粉100-150份、赖氨酸渣100~200份、沸石粉50~150份、那西肽1~3份、氯苯胍1~3份、植酸酶2~5份、复合酶制剂2~4份、低聚木糖2-3份。本发明的饲料是经过多年实践得到的,本发明将营养性添加剂等添加到饲料中,生产出的育成期饲料,可使蛋鸡110日龄左右体重达标、性成熟与体成熟同步、均匀度80%以上,但对比文件中使用了多种抗生素,在目前饲料全面禁抗的大背景下,该发明无法用于工业化生产,不适合推广和应用。
中国发明专利CN103689250A涉及一种育成期蛋鸡专用饲料,该饲料由以下重量百分比的原料制得:玉米150-180份,高粱次粉35-40份,豆粕45-50份,稻谷50-60份,米糠45-50份,棕仁粕55-60份,花生秸秆45-50份,猪骨粉2-3份,沸石1-2份,木瓜籽3-4份,鱼鳞粉1-2份,海带粉2-3份,小黄花菜花4-5份,茅根4-5份,桑叶5-6份,干银鱼粉2-3份,黄油2-3份,豆虫粉2-3份,苦菜3-4份,食盐适量,诱食剂4-5份。本发明提供的蛋鸡饲料,蛋白组分和能量组分比例均衡,添加的木瓜籽、海带粉、小黄花菜花、银鱼粉、黄油等含有多种氨基酸、维生素以及微量元素的成分,有效的避免了育成期蛋鸡出现过肥或者过瘦的情况,保证了蛋鸡正常的生长发育,蛋鸡的日产蛋率提高,产蛋周期延长,但对比文件中使用的非常规饲料原料较多,其中鱼鳞粉、小黄花菜花、毛根及干银鱼粉等原料不易获得,成本较高,推广应用价值不大。
中国发明专利CN109497341A提供一种蛋鸡育成期饲料及其制备方法,该饲料包含蛋鸡在育成期所需要的全部营养,且添加了活性菌,可以有效促进蛋鸡对营养成分的吸收,具有低能量、低蛋白、高纤维、促进育成鸡胃肠道发育等优点;育成后期生殖系统发育较好,明显提高输卵管长度和重量;鸡群有较高的免疫力,增强抗病力,减少疾病发生率,以及降低疾病及接种疫苗后的应激反应;同时降低了鸡饲料对豆粕使用量需求,缓解了我国对进口大豆的依赖,增加了作物副产品使用量,降低人畜争粮;减少了鸡的粪便产生量,降低鸡舍内氨气产量,改善了鸡舍内养殖环境,对比文件使用部分谷物与压片大豆为主要原料,加入部分经过活性菌发酵的原料,理论上能够很好的调理青年鸡的肠道健康,但其使用的原料较为简单,配方成本仍比较高,并且原料采用压片与发酵等工艺,加大了生产费用。
青年鸡料不同蛋鸡其他阶段的饲料,其营养要求不能只是追求营养浓度,还需要考虑蛋青年鸡阶段的生长、发育和肠道健康,因此本发明人通过对蛋青鸡饲料的大量研究和实验,研制出了一种能够提高青年蛋鸡生长和发育的饲料。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的问题,本申请提供一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料及其制备方法,通过科学复配各种原料及功能性添加剂,显著提高青年蛋鸡的生长、抗病力和机体健康状态,从而提高蛋青鸡的体重和胫骨长度。

本发明一方面提供一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:谷物40~65份,豆粕5~25份,芝麻粕1~6份,小米糠1~7份,葡萄籽粕2~6份,菜饼1~3份,发酵茶粉2~6份、菊花粕2~5份、油脂0.3~1.0份,食盐0.1~0.3份,氨基酸0.2~0.9份,石粉0.5~2.5份,磷酸氢钙0.5~1.5份,复合维生素0.1~0.5份,复合微量元素0.1~0.5份,复合酶制剂0.05~0.1份,小苏打0.1~0.3份。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述发酵茶粉为绿茶制茶叶后剩余的副产品经固体发酵而得的产物。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述发酵茶粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
绿茶制茶后剩余的副产品粉碎过筛后与糖浆混合,加入植物乳杆菌活性菌液、枯草芽孢杆菌活性菌液、酵母菌的活性菌液进行发酵,发酵温度为26-35℃,时间为3~7天后终止发酵过程,将产物烘干粉碎后后即得发酵茶粉。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述发酵过程中pH<4.5、小肽含量>8%、活菌总数大于1亿cfu/g时停止发酵。本申请中的小肽一般是指由2-3个氨基酸组成的寡肽,平均分子量约300道尔顿,利用三氯乙酸沉淀法进行检测。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述植物乳杆菌的活性菌液、枯草芽孢杆菌活性菌液和酵母菌的活性菌液的添加比例为质量比1:(0.6-1.2):(0.6-1.2)。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述酵母菌包括产阮假丝活性酵母和酿酒酵母的一种或者两种。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述谷物包括玉米、高粱、大麦、稻谷、小麦中的一种或几种的组合。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述谷物为玉米、高粱、小麦中的一种或两种以上的组合。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述氨基酸包括赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、半胱氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸中的两种或两种以上的组合。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述氨基酸包括赖氨酸硫酸盐、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸的重量比1:(0.1-2.0):(0.1-2.0):(0.1-1.5)。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸的重量比1:(0.3-1.0):(0.2-0.8):(0.1-0.5)。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶≥5000U/g,β-葡聚糖酶≥500U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶≥50U/g,纤维素酶≥50U/g,蛋白酶≥1000U/g,其中上述复合酶制剂的量表示的是干物质基础。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶5000-12000U/g,β-葡聚糖酶500-1000U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶50-200U/g,纤维素酶50-150U/g,蛋白酶1000-4500U/g。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶5000-10000U/g,β-葡聚糖酶500-800U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶50-150U/g,纤维素酶50-150U/g,蛋白酶1000-3000U/g。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述复合维生素包括维生素A 1000-8000KIU/Kg,维生素D 1000-6000KIU/Kg,维生素E 10000-20000KIU/Kg,维生素K 100-1000mg/Kg,维生素B1500-2000mg/Kg,维生素B2 1000-5000mg/Kg,维生素B6 1000-5000mg/Kg,维生素B12 5000-20000mg/Kg,烟酸10000-30000mg/Kg,泛酸1000-5000mg/Kg,叶酸100-1000mg/Kg,生物素10-100mg/Kg。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述复合微量元素包括铁10000-50000mg/Kg,铜1000-5000mg/Kg,锌10000-50000mg/Kg,锰10000-50000mg/Kg,硒50-200mg/Kg,碘50-200mg/Kg。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述石粉为粗石粉、细石粉按重量比1:(0.5-2)均匀混合而成。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述粗石粉目数为8-20目,细石粉为40-60目。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述粗石粉目数为8-10目,细石粉为40-50目。本发明第二方面提供提一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备发酵茶粉,然后分别配制氨基酸、复合酶制剂、复合维生素和复合微量元素备用;
S2、按照重量份称量谷物、豆粕、芝麻粕、小米糠、葡萄籽粕、菜饼、菊花粕、油脂、食盐、石粉、磷酸氢钙、小苏打以及步骤S1制备的发酵茶粉、氨基酸、复合酶制剂、复合维生素和复合微量元素备用;
S3、分别对谷物、豆粕、芝麻粕、菜饼进行粉碎处理,过6-10mm筛网后备用;
S4、除油脂外,将步骤S3制备的粉料与步骤S2中剩余原料加入双轴卧式混合机混合均匀,混合同时喷入油脂,混合50~200s后即得配合饲料。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明制备的青年蛋鸡配合饲料通过合理搭配,结合现代科学技术配制的蛋青鸡饲料,具有高能量、低蛋白、高纤维等特点,蛋鸡采食量高,粪便干燥成型,饲料组合物中包括葡萄籽粕、发酵茶粉等原料,葡萄籽粕中富含大量的多酚类物质、亚油酸、氨基酸、多种维生素、粗脂肪、微量元素,其中多酚类物质中原花青素(OPC)为主要物质,具有超强抗氧化能力,是维生素E的50倍,是维生素C的20倍,能清除体内过多的自由基,抗氧化能力极强。将葡萄籽粕应用于饲料中,不仅节约了大量的粮食,而且显著提高了经济效益。
(2)本发明的饲料组合物能够提高提高青年蛋鸡的生长速度,主要表现在体重和胫骨长度能够达标并超出标准,其中包括发酵茶粉,发酵茶粉中含有儿茶素、胆甾烯酮、咖啡碱、肌醇、叶酸、泛酸等成分,可以增进机体健康,经过发酵后,原有活性物质能够保存,且可以更好的被鸡所消化吸收,发酵茶粉中所含有的酵母菌、芽孢杆菌及乳酸菌也能够促进肠道菌群稳定及肠道健康,增强营养物质的吸收能力,从而使青年鸡的体重与胫骨长度达标并超出标准。
(3)本发明中的饲料配方能够满足蛋鸡在青年鸡阶段所需的全部营养素,其中包括多种农副产品的副产物,使农业副产物能够变废为宝,降低了鸡饲料对谷物和豆粕的需求,缓解了我国对进口粮食的依赖程度。
(4)本发明的青年蛋鸡配合饲料制作工艺简捷,原料来源广泛,且成本较低,适合于大规模生产。

除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
一、一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料的制备方法
实施例1
(1)制备发酵茶粉:将绿茶制茶后剩余的副产品粉碎过筛后与糖浆按质量比为10:1混合,加入质量比为1:0.8:0.8的植物乳杆菌活性菌液、枯草芽孢杆菌活性菌液、酵母菌的活性菌液进行发酵,发酵温度为35℃,时间为4天后终止发酵过程,将产物烘干粉碎后后即得发酵茶粉。
(2)配置复合酶制剂:按照木聚糖酶(干物质基础)为8000U/g,β-葡聚糖酶为700U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶为80U/g,纤维素酶为80U/g,蛋白酶为2000U/g,进行准确称量,混合均匀制得。
(3)配置氨基酸:取78%赖氨酸盐酸盐、99%固体蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸,按照1:0.5:0.5:0.18进行混合配制。
(4)配置复合维生素:按照维生素A 6000KIU/Kg,维生素D 4000KIU/Kg,维生素E12000IU/Kg,维生素K 800mg/Kg,维生素B1 1500mg/Kg,维生素B2 3500mg/Kg,维生素B62200mg/Kg,维生素B12 15000mg/Kg,烟酸18000mg/Kg,泛酸4800mg/Kg,叶酸700mg/Kg,生物素60mg/Kg,准确称量后混合均匀制得。
(5)配置复合微量元素:按照铁25000mg/Kg,铜2500mg/Kg,锌34000mg/Kg,锰30000mg/Kg,硒150mg/Kg,碘150mg/Kg,准确称量后混合均匀制得。
(6)准确称量玉米30份,小麦20份,高粱15份,豆粕6份,小米糠7份,葡萄籽粕6份,菜饼3份,发酵茶粉6份、菊花粕5份、油脂0.7份,食盐0.3份,氨基酸0.7份,石粉2.5份,磷酸氢钙1.2份,复合维生素0.3份,复合微量元素0.5份,复合酶制剂0.1份,小苏打0.3份备用;
(7)使用锤片式粉碎机,分别对玉米、小麦、高粱、芝麻粕、菜饼进行粉碎过筛,筛网选用8mm筛孔后,将所有原料加入双轴卧式混合机混合均匀90s,混合时喷入豆油,得到青年蛋鸡配合饲料,检验合格后进行饲喂试验。
实施例2
(1)制备发酵茶粉:将绿茶制茶后剩余的副产品粉碎过筛后与糖浆按质量比为15:1混合,加入质量比为1:0.8:1的植物乳杆菌活性菌液、枯草芽孢杆菌活性菌液、酵母菌的活性菌液进行发酵,发酵温度为26℃,时间为7天后终止发酵过程,将产物烘干粉碎后后即得发酵茶粉。
(2)配置复合酶制剂:按照木聚糖酶(干物质基础)为5000U/g,β-葡聚糖酶为500U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶为50U/g,纤维素酶为50U/g,蛋白酶为1000U/g,进行准确称量,混合均匀制得。
(3)配置氨基酸:取78%赖氨酸盐酸盐、99%固体蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸,按照1:0.5:0.5:0.18进行混合配制。
(4)配置复合维生素:按照维生素A 6000KIU/Kg,维生素D 4000KIU/Kg,维生素E12000IU/Kg,维生素K 800mg/Kg,维生素B1 1500mg/Kg,维生素B2 3500mg/Kg,维生素B62200mg/Kg,维生素B12 15000mg/Kg,烟酸18000mg/Kg,泛酸4800mg/Kg,叶酸700mg/Kg,生物素60mg/Kg,准确称量后混合均匀制得。
(5)配置复合微量元素:按照铁25000mg/Kg,铜2500mg/Kg,锌34000mg/Kg,锰30000mg/Kg,硒150mg/Kg,碘150mg/Kg,准确称量后混合均匀制得。
(6)准确称量玉米25份,小麦25份,高粱10份,豆粕5份,小米糠5份,葡萄籽粕4份,菜饼2份,发酵茶粉5份、菊花粕4份、油脂0.5份,食盐0.3份,氨基酸0.6份,石粉2.5份,磷酸氢钙1.0份,复合维生素0.3份,复合微量元素0.5份,复合酶制剂0.1份,小苏打0.3份备用;
(7)使用锤片式粉碎机,分别对玉米、小麦、高粱、芝麻粕、菜饼进行粉碎过筛,筛网选用7mm筛孔后,将所有原料加入双轴卧式混合机混合均匀150s,混合时喷入豆油,得到青年蛋鸡配合饲料,检验合格后进行饲喂试验。
实施例3
(1)制备发酵茶粉:将绿茶制茶后剩余的副产品粉碎过筛后与糖浆按质量比为20:1混合,加入质量比为1:1:1的植物乳杆菌活性菌液、枯草芽孢杆菌活性菌液、酵母菌的活性菌液进行发酵,发酵温度为32℃,时间为5天后终止发酵过程,将产物烘干粉碎后后即得发酵茶粉。
(2)配置复合酶制剂:按照木聚糖酶(干物质基础)为9000U/g,β-葡聚糖酶为800U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶为90U/g,纤维素酶为90U/g,蛋白酶为2500U/g,进行准确称量,混合均匀制得。
(3)配置氨基酸:取78%赖氨酸盐酸盐、99%固体蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸,按照1:0.5:0.5:0.18进行混合配制。
(4)配置复合维生素:按照维生素A 6000KIU/Kg,维生素D 4000KIU/Kg,维生素E12000IU/Kg,维生素K 800mg/Kg,维生素B1 1500mg/Kg,维生素B2 3500mg/Kg,维生素B62200mg/Kg,维生素B12 15000mg/Kg,烟酸18000mg/Kg,泛酸4800mg/Kg,叶酸700mg/Kg,生物素60mg/Kg,准确称量后混合均匀制得。
(5)配置复合微量元素:按照铁25000mg/Kg,铜2500mg/Kg,锌34000mg/Kg,锰30000mg/Kg,硒150mg/Kg,碘150mg/Kg,准确称量后混合均匀制得。
(6)准确称量玉米25份,小麦25份,高粱10份,豆粕4份,小米糠3份,葡萄籽粕3份,菜饼2份,发酵茶粉4份、菊花粕3份、油脂0.4份,食盐0.3份,氨基酸0.6份,石粉2.5份,磷酸氢钙1.0份,复合维生素0.3份,复合微量元素0.5份,复合酶制剂0.1份,小苏打0.3份备用;
(7)使用锤片式粉碎机,分别对玉米、小麦、高粱、芝麻粕、菜饼进行粉碎过筛,筛网选用7mm筛孔后,将所有原料加入双轴卧式混合机混合均匀200s,混合时喷入豆油,得到青年蛋鸡配合饲料,检验合格后进行试验。
对比例1
对比例1中制备青年蛋鸡配合饲料中不加入葡萄籽粕和发酵茶粉,其余设置与实施例1制备方法相同。
对比例2
普通青年蛋鸡饲料,配方如下:按照重量份计,玉米58份,豆粕12份,石粉3份,麸皮6份,大豆油0.8份,磷酸氢钙1份,麦饭石2份,食盐0.3份,复合维生素0.2份,复合微量元素0.5份,蛋氨酸0.15份,70%赖氨酸0.4份,氯化胆碱0.1份,植酸酶0.01份,复合酶0.02份。
二、应用实施例1-3以及对比例1-3的配方饲料饲养蛋种鸡
选取试验用青年蛋鸡1875羽作为实验对象,分为5组,任意选择其中3组使用实施例1-3所述方法制得的一种青年蛋鸡饲料进行饲养,余下的2组分别使用对比例1和对比例2制备的蛋鸡饲料,使用普通青年蛋鸡饲料进行饲养,每组3个重复,每个重复125只。
生产地点:实施例1-3中饲料与对比例1-3所制备的蛋鸡饲料均由农业科技股份优秀公司蒲城分公司生产。
饲养方式:采用人工光照,每天光照10小时,机械通风,手工上料,自由饮水和采食,每日三次定时喂料;
试验时间:试验期为66天,其中预饲期为3天。
试验地点:陕西省蒲城县金粟山养殖场。
每日记录,统计各组42日龄、60日龄、75日龄及105日龄体重、胫骨长度,计算体重均匀度、成活率,结果如表1-4所示:
表1表示42日龄青年蛋鸡体重及胫骨长度的影响。

表2表示60日龄青年蛋鸡体重及胫骨长度的影响,由表2可知,与对比例相比,使用添加了葡萄籽粕和发酵茶粉的青年蛋鸡饲料,60日龄青年蛋鸡体重提高了4.5%,成活率提高了2.5%,胫骨长度增加了5.6%。

表3表示75日龄青年蛋鸡体重及胫骨长度的影响,实施例1-3中添加了葡萄籽粕和发酵茶粉的青年蛋鸡饲料,由表3可知,与对比例相比,75日龄青年蛋鸡体重提高了2.9%,成活率提高了4.6%,胫骨长度增加了3.2%。

表4表示105日龄青年蛋鸡体重及胫骨长度的影响,由表4可知,与对比例相比,使用添加了葡萄籽粕和发酵茶粉的青年蛋鸡饲料,105日龄青年蛋鸡体重提高了5.6%,成活率提高了4.7%,胫骨长度增加了6.2%。

综上,本申请中通过科学复配各种原料及功能性添加剂,制备的饲料具有高能量、低蛋白、高纤维等特点,从而提高蛋青鸡的体重和胫骨长度。

1.一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:谷物40~65份,豆粕5~25份,芝麻粕1~6份,小米糠1~7份,葡萄籽粕2~6份,菜饼1~3份,发酵茶粉2~6份、菊花粕2~5份、油脂0.3~1.0份,食盐0.1~0.3份,氨基酸0.2~0.9份,石粉0.5~2.5份,磷酸氢钙0.5~1.5份,复合维生素0.1~0.5份,复合微量元素0.1~0.5份,复合酶制剂0.05~0.1份,小苏打0.1~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,所述发酵茶粉为绿茶制茶叶后剩余的副产品经固体发酵而得的产物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,所述发酵茶粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
绿茶制茶后剩余的副产品粉碎过筛后与糖浆按质量比(10~20):1混合,加入植物乳杆菌活性菌液、枯草芽孢杆菌活性菌液、酵母菌的活性菌液进行发酵,发酵温度为26-35℃,时间为3~7天后终止发酵过程,将产物烘干粉碎后后即得发酵茶粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,所述发酵过程中pH<4.5、小肽含量>8%、活菌总数大于1亿cfu/g时停止发酵。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,所述植物乳杆菌的活性菌液、枯草芽孢杆菌活性菌液和酵母菌的活性菌液的添加比例为质量比1:(0.6-1.2):(0.6-1.2)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,所述酵母菌包括产阮假丝活性酵母和酿酒酵母的一种或者两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,所述谷物包括玉米、高粱、大麦、稻谷、小麦中的一种或几种的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,所述氨基酸包括赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、半胱氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸中的两种或两种以上的组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶≥5000U/g,β-葡聚糖酶≥500U/g,β-甘露聚糖酶≥50U/g,纤维素酶≥50U/g,蛋白酶≥1000U/g。
10.如权利要求1~9任一所述的一种青年蛋鸡配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备发酵茶粉,然后分别配制氨基酸、复合酶制剂、复合维生素和复合微量元素备用;
S2、按照重量份称量谷物、豆粕、芝麻粕、小米糠、葡萄籽粕、菜饼、菊花粕、油脂、食盐、石粉、磷酸氢钙、小苏打以及步骤S1制备的发酵茶粉、氨基酸、复合酶制剂、复合维生素和复合微量元素备用;
S3、分别对谷物、豆粕、芝麻粕、菜饼进行粉碎处理,过6-10mm筛网后备用;
S4、除油脂外,将步骤S3制备的粉料与步骤S2中剩余原料加入双轴卧式混合机混合均匀,混合同时喷入油脂,混合50~200s后即得配合饲料。
