本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:选料:选取纳豆激酶大于2000Fu/g的黑纳豆粉、大豆肽粉,蛹虫草,富硒酵母;过筛:将选好的黑纳豆粉、大豆肽粉,蛹虫草,富硒酵母分别过60~100目筛;配料:按配方量称取黑纳豆粉、大豆肽粉,蛹虫草,富硒酵母准备投料;混合:将配置好的原料加入三维运动混合机中以每分钟900转混合20-30分钟后取出称重备用;制粒:将混合物投入制粒机中制成颗粒状、片剂或胶囊;包装:将产品进行无菌包装。

实施例一种新型纳豆多肽保健食品,其主要由35%黑纳豆粉、20%大豆肽粉,15%蛹虫草,10%富硒酵母、5%木糖醇、5%食用玉米淀粉、10%其他辅料成分组成。一种含有复合酵素的浓浆保健品。
