灵芝是中华传统医药宝库中的瑰宝,灵芝应用及灵芝文化的发源地是中国,有证据显示,中国先民在6000多年前就已经利用灵芝了,灵芝及灵芝文化已成为中华传统文化中不可或缺的一部分,古人对灵芝已有相当的认识,认为灵芝是一种菌,这在当时科技不发达的古代非常难能可贵,著名的药学著作《神农本草经》和《本草纲目》等大量古代中医文献都有关于灵芝的论述,明代医药学家李时珍认为灵芝“主耳聋,利关节,保神,益精气,坚筋骨,好颜色,久服轻身不老延年”,对灵芝作出了高度的评价,灵芝的药理活性主要表现为抗肿瘤作用,免疫调节作用,抗氧化自由基作用,降血糖作用,降血压作用,调节血脂作用,抗过敏、平喘作用,保肝作用,抗缺氧作用,抗衰老作用和抗放射作用等。因此对灵芝的利用和研究近年来引起了人们的极大兴趣。Y益生菌最早来源于希腊语,意思是“对生命有益”,指可改善宿主(如动物和人类)肠内微生态的平衡,并对宿主有正面效益的活性微生物,具有缓解不耐乳糖症状、预防生殖系统感染、增强人体免疫力、降低血清胆固醇、帮助吸收营养成分、增强植物新陈代谢等作用。联合国粮农组织/世界卫生组织有关《食品中益生菌评价指南》中的定义,益生菌是指服用一定数量后对人体有益的活的微生物,也就是有益菌。益生菌进入人体后会协助身体对抗有害细菌。益生菌增加营养物质和部分药物或保健食品的消化吸收。目前工业食品用益生菌主要源于健康动物,如牛、蜜蜂。蜜蜂在地球上繁衍生息了500万年,在古代中国,都有养蜂史志药效记载,蜂蜜中的益生菌被广泛应用到医药、保健、美容、防腐等领域,《中华本草》记载具有延缓衰老促进生长、增强机体抵抗能力、降脂、降糖、改善内分泌功能,对心血管系统、免疫系统以及抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗病原体微生物等具有防治作用,世界各地人士把蜂蜜视为“老年人的牛奶”、“大众的补品”。
发明内容
目前,灵芝提取物的主要利用形式是粉剂,益生菌柠檬可以冲泡方式直接食用,市场上也有专门的益生菌,灵芝孢子粉等保健食品,但是,对于灵芝提取物和益生菌来说,这些食用形式都不方便,无法达到大众化的接受程度,另一方面,将一些具有保健功能天然活柠檬性物质加入含片中,来制备功能性含片是食品、保健食品行业一个新的发展方向。灵芝提取物与益生菌柠檬的保健养生功效显著,是制作功能性含片的理想组合,然而,迄今为止,现有技术还没有任何关于含有灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬含片的报道。
为了弥补现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种集破壁灵芝孢子粉和益生菌柠檬各自的保健功
能于一体且回甘甜润可口的灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬
含片。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种用于生产灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬含片的方法。柠檬作为天然植物,含有丰富柠檬酸,味道酸,故作为上等调味品,用来调制饮料菜肴、制成药品食品等,柠檬富有维生素,能化痰止咳,养胃生津,可用于支气管炎,及食欲不振,维生素缺乏,以及中暑的心烦、口渴等症,现在食品工业把柠檬、益生菌制成柠檬食品、药品来服用,还具有助消化、清肠排毒、美白肌肤、减肥、防肿瘤、提高人体免疫力的功效。
为了实现上述发明目的,根据本发明的一方面,本发明提供一种灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬含片,其主要组成成分包括灵芝提取物、白砂糖、液体葡萄糖干固物柠檬水果粉、柠檬酸,所述成分的重量百分含量为:灵芝提取物4 .0—5 .0%、益生菌25 .0—30 .0%、柠檬25 .0—30 .0%、白砂糖10 .0—20 .0%、液体葡萄糖干固物
20 .0—30 .0%。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明还提供了一种用于生产灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬含片方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1 )、将原料重量百分配比为10 .0—20 .0%的白砂糖,20 .0—30 .0%的液体葡萄糖干固物混合在一起,加入适量水,搅拌均匀后加热溶解;
2)、将得到的糖液过滤,熬煮至110—120℃;
3)、将熬煮好的物料冷却至40—50℃,加入4 .0—5 .0%的灵芝提取物提取物,搅拌调和;
4 )、将上述物料搅拌调和冷却至40—50℃,加入25 .0—30 .0%蜂蜜颗粒、25 .0—30.0%蜂胶颗粒,搅拌调和;
5)、将调和的物料冷却成型,经分切包装即得含片成品。
本发明提供的灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬含片兼含三种保健功能优异的成分:破壁灵芝提取物、柠檬,可将上述各自的功效集于一体,是普通人群或者免疫力
低下者(体质虚弱者)在食用一种可口休闲食品时,能够方便地摄入灵芝提取物和蜂蜜蜂胶中对人体有益的各种成分。此外,本发明通过合理地配比各原料,在将含片中灵芝提取物孢子粉和益生菌柠檬含量保持在可发挥良好功效的水平同时,提供了一种口感细腻醇香、回甘甜润可口的功能性保健含片食品,且无不良反应。

如上所述,灵芝提取物是灵芝发育后其释放出来的种子,含有的有效成分可分为十大类,包括灵芝粗多糖、灵芝多肽、三萜类、16种氨基酸、蛋白质、甾类、甘露醇、豆香
精苷、生物碱、有机酸、以及微量元素硒、磷、铁、钙、镁、锌等。研究表明,灵芝提取物在增强人体免疫力、抑制肿瘤、抗衰老及养颜美容、改善心脑血管作用、安神健脑等方面得到了国家食品药品监督管理总局的认可和肯定,确有优异功效,且效果显著优于其母体灵芝。
另外,本发明所提供的灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬含片中的益生菌是具有缓解不耐乳糖症状、预防生殖系统感染、增强人体免疫力、降低血清胆固醇、帮助吸收营养成分、增强植物新陈代谢等作用。
另外,本发明还提供了一种生产灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬含片的方法。
作为本发明的方法的一种优选实施方式,所述原料的重量百分配比还可以为:破壁灵芝提取物4 .0—4 .5%、蜂蜜颗粒27 .0—28 .0%、蜂胶颗粒28 .0—30 .0%、白砂糖15 .0
—18 .0%、液体葡萄糖干固物25 .0—28 .0%。
优选地,还可在冷却至50—60℃且其中加入灵芝提取物提取物,然后搅拌调和。在冷却至40—50℃,加入蜂蜜颗粒、蜂胶颗粒,搅拌调和,将调和好的物料冷却成型,经分切包装即得含片成品。

实施例1
称取白砂糖100 .0kg,液体葡萄糖干固物300 .0kg,将其混合在一起,加入适量水,
搅拌均匀
后加热溶解;将得到的糖液过滤,熬煮至120℃;冷却至60℃,然后向物料中加入破
壁灵芝提取物5000g,搅拌调和;再冷却至50℃,然后再向物料中加入益生菌4000g和柠檬颗粒4300g,及食品用香精颗粒400g,麦芽糊精颗粒500克,低聚果糖颗粒300克,山梨糖醇颗粒100克搅拌调和;将调和好的物料冷却成型,经分切包装即得含
片成品。
实施例2
称取白砂糖130 .0kg,液体葡萄糖干固物270 .0kg,将其混合在一起,加入适量水,搅拌均匀后加热溶液;将得到的糖液过滤,熬煮至125℃;冷却至35℃,然后向物料中加入破壁灵芝提取物5200g,搅拌调和;再冷却至50℃,然后再向物料中加入益生菌4100g和柠檬颗粒4200g,及食品用香精颗粒400g,麦芽糊精颗粒600克,低聚果糖颗粒400克,山梨糖醇颗粒200克搅拌调和;将调和好的物料冷却成型,经分切包装即得含片成品。
实施例3
称取白砂糖125 .0kg,液体葡萄糖干固物275 .0kg,将其混合在一起,加入适量水,搅拌均匀后加热溶解;将得到的糖液过滤,熬煮至130℃;冷却至40℃,然后向物料中加入破壁灵芝提取物5500g,搅拌调和;再冷却至40℃,然后再向物料中加入益生菌颗粒4300g和柠檬颗粒4000g,及食品用香精颗粒300g,麦芽糊精颗粒200克,低聚果糖颗粒300克,山梨糖醇颗粒500克搅拌调和;将调和好的物料冷却成型,经分切包装即得含片成品。
实施例4
称取白砂糖105 .0kg,液体葡萄糖干固物260 .0kg,将其混合在一起,加入适量水,搅拌均匀后加热溶解;将得到的糖液过滤,熬煮至140℃;冷却至38℃,然后向物料中加入破壁灵芝提取物4800g,搅拌调和;再冷却至35℃,然后再向物料中加入益生菌颗粒3800g和柠檬颗粒4000g,及食品用香精颗粒370g麦芽糊精颗粒250克,低聚果糖颗粒350克,山梨糖醇颗粒450克,搅拌调和;将调和好的物料冷却成型,经分切包装即得含片成品。
实施例5
称取白砂糖110 .0kg,液体葡萄糖干固物280 .0kg,将其混合在一起,加入适量水,搅拌均匀后加热溶液;将得到的糖液过滤,熬煮至135℃;冷却至30℃,然后向物料中加入破壁灵芝提取物4700g,搅拌调和;再冷却至30℃,然后再向物料中加入益生菌颗粒3900g和柠檬颗粒4100g,及食品用香精颗粒360g,麦芽糊精颗粒150克,低聚果糖颗粒200克,山梨糖醇颗粒300克搅拌调和;将调和好的物料冷却成型,经分切包装即得含片成品。
实施例6
称取白砂糖95 .0kg,液体葡萄糖干固物250 .0kg,将其混合在一起,加入适量水,搅拌均匀后加热溶解;将得到的糖液过滤,熬煮至110℃;冷却至30℃,然后向物料中加入灵芝提取物4700g,搅拌调和;再冷却至30℃,然后再向物料中加入益生菌颗粒4100g和柠檬颗粒3700g,及食品用香精颗粒350g,麦芽糊精颗粒550克,低聚果糖颗粒400克,山梨糖醇颗粒150克搅拌调和;将调和好的物料冷却成型,经分切包装即得含片成品。
虽然说明书中对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但这些实施方式只是作为提示,不应限定本发明的保护范围。在不脱离本发明宗旨的范围内进行各种省略、置换和变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬含片,其主要组成配料成分包括灵芝提取物提取物、蜂益生菌包括:嗜酸乳杆菌、乳双岐杆菌、嗜热链球菌长双岐干菌,柠檬包括:柠檬水果粉、柠檬酸、白砂糖、液体葡萄糖干固物和食品用香精,所述各成分的重量百分含量为:灵芝提取物提取物4 .0—5 .0%、益生菌25 .0—30 .0%、柠檬25—30 .0%、白砂糖10 .0—30.0%、液体葡萄糖干固物20 .0—30 .0%。
2.如权利要求1所述的灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬含片,其特征在于,还含有适量的食品用香精、麦芽糊精、低聚果糖、山梨糖醇。
3.一种用于生产如权利要求1所述的灵芝提取物益生菌柠檬的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
1 )、将原料重量百分配比为10 .0—20 .0%的白砂糖和20 .0—30 .0%的液体葡萄糖干固物混合,加入适量水,搅拌均匀后加热溶解;
2)、将得到的糖液过滤,熬煮至110—120℃;
3)、将熬煮好的物料冷却至50—60℃,加入4 .0—5 .0%的灵芝提取物提取物,搅拌调和;
4 )、将上述物料搅拌调和冷却至40℃,加入25 .0—30 .0%益生菌、柠檬25 .0—30.0%蜂胶颗粒,搅拌调和;
5)、将调和的物料冷却成型,经分切包装即得含片成品。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述原料的重要百分配比为:灵芝提取物孢子粉4 .0—5 .0%、益生菌25 .0—30 .0%、柠檬25 .0—30 .0%、白砂糖10 .0—20.0%、液体葡萄糖干固20 .0—30 .0%。
5.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还可以在步骤3 )中向物料中加入适量食品用香精、麦芽糊精、低聚果糖、山梨糖醇。
