Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to a sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, honey & propolis buccal tablet prepared from main ingredients including granular honey, granular propolis and sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder after a series of dissolving, boiling, blending, cooling and molding, cutting into buccal tablets and packing procedures. The sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder buccal tablet enables the general population or persons with low immunity to conveniently intake beneficial ingredients capable of supporting the healthy energy as well as nourishing and building up the body while eating a delicious snack food.

Description of the Related Art
Ganoderma lucidum is a treasure of traditional Chinese medicine, and China is the cradle of ganoderma lucidum application and culture. There was evidence that ancient Chinese people 0 had used ganoderma lucidum more than 6000 years ago. Thus, ganoderma lucidum and its culture are really an indispensable part of Chinese traditional culture. Meanwhile, ganoderma lucidum is well known and regarded as a kind of fungus by Chinese ancients, which is quite valuable in ancient times with poor science and technology. Besides, ganoderma lucidum is described in a large number of ancient literatures of traditional Chinese medicine such as Shen 5 Nong's Herbal Classic and Compendium of Materia Medica, famous books on Chinese medicines. Li Shizhen, a pharmacologist in Ming Dynasty, gave a good appraisal for ganoderma lucidum as follows: “mainly used for treating epicophosis, facilitating the bone, tendons and joints, conserving one’s strength, helping pneuma recovery, strengthening the muscles and bones, improving complexion, and maintaining beauty and keeping young after :0 use for a long time”. Main pharmacological activities of ganoderma lucidum are anti-tumor effect, immunomodulatory effect, anti-oxyradical effect, hypoglycemic effect, antihypertensive effect, regulation action on blood fat, anti-allergic asthma effect, hepatoprotective effect, anti-hypoxia effect, anti-aging effect and anti-radioactive effect. Therefore, exploitation and research of ganoderma lucidum become increasingly concerned in 25 recent years. Bees have being thrived on earth for 5 million years. In ancient China, histories and annals of bee houses as well as efficacies of the honey were recorded, and bees were widely used in pharmaceutical, health care, beauty and anti-corrosion fields. According to Chinese Materia Medica, the honey has the functions of slowing the aging, promoting growth, strengthening the body's resistance to diseases, deceasing sugar and lipid and improving the 30 endocrine, and reveals preventive and therapeutic effects for cardiovascular system and immune system, and effects against tumors, radiation and pathogenic microorganisms. The emergence of honey has a long history and its charm lies in natural nutrients and wide - 1 - functions. Summary of the Invention
In order to make up the defects of the prior art, an object of the invention is to provide a 25 sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, honey & propolis buccal tablet integrating healthcare function of the sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, the honey and the propolis, and having fine and sweet taste.
Another object of the invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, honey & propolis buccal tablet. 30 In order to achieve the objects, according to one aspect of the invention, the invention provides a sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, honey & propolis buccal tablet, and its main ingredients include sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, -2- granular honey, granular propolis, white granulated sugar and dry solids of liquid glucose, wherein the ganoderma lucidum spore powder is 4.0 - 5.0%, the honey is 25.0 - 30.0%, the propolis is 25.0 - 30.0%, the white granulated sugar is 10.0 - 20.0% and the dry solids of liquid glucose is 20.0 - 30.0% by weight. 2016201968 30 Mar 2016 5 According to another aspect of the invention, the invention also provides a method for manufacturing a sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, honey & propolis buccal tablet, comprising the following steps: 1) mixing 10.0 - 20.0% of white granulated sugar by weight and 20.0 - 30.0% of dry solids of liquid glucose by weight, adding appropriate amount of water, evenly stirring and heating 0 to dissolve the mixture; 2) filtering the resulting sugar liquor and boiling to 110 - 120°C; 3) cooling the boiled material to 40 - 50°C, adding 4.0 - 5.0% of sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, stirring and blending them; 4) stirring, blending and cooling the mixture to 40 - 50°C, adding 25.0 - 30.0% of granular 5 honey and 25.0 - 30.0% of granular propolis, stirring and blending them; 5) cooling and molding the blended material, cutting and packing the material to obtain finished product of the buccal tablet.
The sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, honey & propolis buccal tablet of the invention contains three ingredients with excellent healthcare functions, i.e. the :0 sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, the granular honey and the granular propolis; and can integrate respective efficacy, thus enabling general populations or persons with low immunity (physical weakness) to conveniently intake beneficial ingredients of the sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, the honey and the propolis while eating a delicious snack food. In addition, while keeping content of the sporoderm-broken 25 ganoderma lucidum spore powder, the honey and the propolis contained in a buccal tablet to a level capable of playing a good effect according to reasonable proportion of ingredients, the invention provides a functional healthcare buccal tablet food with fine and sweet taste and without any adverse reaction.

Example 2
Weighing 130.0kg of white granulated sugar and 270.0kg of dry solids of liquid glucose, mixing, adding appropriate amount of water, evenly stirring and heating the resulting solution to dissolve; filtering the resulting sugar liquor and boiling to 125°C; cooling to 55°C, adding 25 5,200g of sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, stirring and blending; cooling to 50°C again, adding 4,1 OOg of granular honey, 4,200g of granular propolis and 400g of granular traditional Chinese medicine essence, stirring and blending; cooling and molding the blended material, cutting and packing to obtain finished product of the buccal tablet.
Example 3 30 Weighing 125.0kg of white granulated sugar and 275.0kg of dry solids of liquid glucose, mixing, adding appropriate amount of water, evenly stirring and heating the resulting solution -5 - to dissolve; filtering the resulting sugar liquor and boiling to 130°C; cooling to 55°C, adding 5,500g of sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, stirring and blending; cooling to 50°C again, adding 4,300g of granular honey, 4,000g of granular propolis and 300g of granular traditional Chinese medicine essence, stirring and blending; cooling and molding the 5 blended material, cutting and packing to obtain finished product of the buccal tablet. 2016201968 30 Mar 2016

Example 5 5 Weighing 110.0kg of white granulated sugar and 280.0kg of dry solids of liquid glucose, mixing, adding appropriate amount of water, evenly stirring and heating the resulting solution to dissolve; filtering the resulting sugar liquor and boiling to 135°C; cooling to 50°C, adding 4,700g of sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, stirring and blending; cooling to 40°C again, adding 3,900g of granular honey, 4,100g of granular propolis and 360g of :0 granular traditional Chinese medicine essence, stirring and blending; cooling and molding the blended material, cutting and packing to obtain finished product of the buccal tablet.
Example 6
Weighing 95.0kg of white granulated sugar and 250.0kg of dry solids of liquid glucose, mixing, adding appropriate amount of water, evenly stirring and heating the resulting solution 25 to dissolve; filtering the resulting sugar liquor and boiling to 110°C; cooling to 50°C, adding 4,700g of sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, stirring and blending; cooling to 45°C again, adding 4,100g of granular honey, 3,700g of granular propolis and 350g of granular traditional Chinese medicine essence, stirring and blending; cooling and molding the blended material, cutting and packing to obtain finished product of the buccal tablet. 30 The specification describes the embodiments of the invention, but they are used as prompts only and shall not limit the protection scope of the invention. A sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, honey & propolis buccal tablet, characterized by comprising such ingredients as sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, granular honey, granular propolis, white granulated sugar and dry solids of liquid glucose, wherein the ganoderma lucidum spore powder is 4.0 - 5.0%, the honey is 25.0 - 30.0%, the propolis is 25 - 30.0% and the white granulated sugar is 10.0 - 30.0% by weight.
- 2. The sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, honey & propolis buccal tablet according to claim 1, characterized by comprising appropriate amount of traditional Chinese medicine essence.
- 3. A method for manufacturing the sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, honey & propolis buccal tablet according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) mixing 10.0 - 20.0% of white granulated sugar by weight and 20.0 - 30.0% of dry solids of liquid glucose by weight, adding appropriate amount of water, evenly stirring and heating to dissolve the mixture; 2) filtering the resulting sugar liquor and boiling to 110 - 120°C; 3) cooling the boiled material to 50 - 60°C, adding 4.0-5.0% of sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder, stirring and blending the resulting mixture; 4) stirring, blending and cooling the mixture to 40 - 50°C, adding 25.0 - 30.0% of granular honey and 25.0 - 30.0% of granular propolis, stirring and blending the mixture; 5) cooling and molding the blended material, cutting and packing the material to obtain finished product of the buccal tablet.
- 4. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that important percentage of the raw materials is as follows: the sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spore is 4.0 - 5.0%, the honey is 25.0 - 30.0%, the propolis is 25.0 - 30.0%, the white granulated sugar is 10.0 -20.0%, and the dry solids of liquid glucose is 20.0 - 30.0% by weight.
- 5. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that appropriate amount of traditional Chinese medicine essence can be added to the material in step 3).
