现有的轨道车辆的扶手多为金属材料制成,重量大,制成成本高。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种轨道车辆复合扶手。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种轨道车辆复合扶手,包括框架和扶手板,所述扶手板通过螺钉与框架固定连接;所述扶手板塑木材料与树脂通过拉挤和固化成型,在扶手板的外壁面上涂有树脂保护层。
进一步地,所述框架通过型材焊接而成。
进一步地,所述框架的外壁上焊接有角钢。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明采用塑木和金属材料复合而成,在保证结构强度的同时,减少金属用量,实现结构轻量化,减少生产成本。

如图1和图2,本发明一种轨道车辆复合扶手,包括框架1和扶手板2,扶手板2通过螺钉与框架1固定连接;扶手板2塑木材料与树脂通过拉挤和固化成型,在扶手板2的外壁面上涂有树脂保护层。
本发明中的框架1通过型材焊接而成,结构强度有保证。
为便于扶手的安装在,在框架1的外壁上焊接有角钢3。
发明采用塑木和金属材料复合而成,在保证结构强度的同时,减少金属用量,实现结构轻量化,减少生产成本。
