Description

Moisture-preserving and water-replenishing anti-aging cosmetic composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetic compositions, in particular to an anti-aging cosmetic composition for moisturizing and moisturizing.
Background
Aging is a stage that must be experienced in any biological life process, and is a gradual decline process of morphological structure and physiological function generated by genetic factors and external environment (illumination, radiation, pollution and the like) along with the increase of age after a living body develops and matures. Humans also inevitably experience aging, and of course, the skin, which is the largest organ of the human body, also inevitably experiences aging (aging).
The skin aging conditions include thinning of the skin, abnormal stratum corneum, increased wrinkles, decreased elasticity, decreased skin flexibility, increased brittleness, dryness, lack of water, etc. Among these conditions, dry and dry skin is very easily perceived by humans. Whether the skin is tender, plump and healthy or not is the key point of the fullness of the skin moisture. The use of the lotion with moisturizing effect is an important way for consumers to prevent dry skin and keep the skin tender.
Although there are great advances in research on skin anti-aging. However, the development of anti-aging compositions specifically designed to moisturize and moisturize has not been satisfactory. At present, moisturizing cosmetics on the market are various in types and different in moisturizing effect, and most of common moisturizing ingredients are water-soluble moisturizing agents: polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin and butylene glycol have a small molecular weight and are easily absorbed by the skin, but the effect of maintaining moisture is general. Other high molecular moisturizers such as trehalose, dextran, sodium hyaluronate and the like have long-term moisturizing effect, but have sticky skin feel and relatively high cost. Oily moisture-retaining components such as vaseline and squalane form a thick film on the skin surface, which makes people feel airtight.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of at least one problem in the background technology, provides an anti-aging product which replenishes water in a diversified mode, replenishes lipid, water-based micromolecules, replenishes water on the surface layer, deeply replenishes water, repairs the sebum layer and has synergistic effect of mutual promotion and synergistic effect, and particularly provides an anti-aging cosmetic composition for moisturizing and moisturizing.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following technical solutions:
the anti-aging cosmetic composition for moisturizing and moisturizing comprises the following components in parts by weight:
compound vegetable oil: 0.001-10 parts;
fermentation product: 0.1-20 parts;
nicotinamide: 2-4 parts;
citrus peel extract: 2-4 parts;
soluble proteoglycan: 0.1-5 parts;
artocarpus heterophyllus leaf/stem extract: 0.1-5 parts;
PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether: 0.1-3 parts;
sodium hyaluronate: 0.01-0.3 portion.
The further technical scheme is that the composite vegetable oil is selected from at least one of sunflower seed oil, wild soybean oil, rosewood seed oil and tocopherol.
The composite vegetable oil further comprises at least one of palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid and α -linolenic acid.
The further technical scheme is that the sodium hyaluronate is selected from at least one of high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate, medium molecular weight sodium hyaluronate, low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and ultra-low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate.
The further technical proposal is that the fermentation product is at least one of a lysate of a yeast for secondary fission, a yeast extract and a filtrate of a yeast/rice fermentation product.
The further technical proposal is that the fermentation product is selected from a cracked yeast fermentation product lysate and a yeast extract.
The further technical proposal is that the yeast cell culture medium comprises 1 to 15 parts of the lysate of the yeast fermentation product of the second split yeast and 0.1 to 5 parts of the yeast extract.
The further technical scheme is that the cosmetic composition also comprises the balance of cosmetic matrix according to the weight part of 100 parts.
The cosmetic matrix comprises at least one of grease, an emulsifier, a humectant, a solvent, a skin conditioner, a thickening agent, a solubilizer, essence and a preservative.
It should be noted that the cosmetic base is a basic material constituting the cosmetic, and those skilled in the art can select the cosmetic base according to the design requirements of the product and the formulation of the product, which is not limited in the present invention.
The invention also provides application of the moisturizing and moisturizing anti-aging cosmetic composition in preparation of at least one cosmetic formulation of toning lotion, emulsion, essence, cream and face cream.
Human and skin aging is a complex process involving interacting mechanisms of action. With age, skin ages, skin hydration decreases significantly, and loss of hydration results in changes in the structural and biomechanical properties of the skin. The stratum corneum dries out, causing desquamation and exfoliation of the skin, a decrease in skin elasticity and the promotion of wrinkle formation. Therefore, the invention discloses a group of anti-aging compositions based on skin moisturizing and moisturizing, and a principle of synergistic action of the compositions. The composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: compound vegetable oil: 0.001-10%; split yeast fermentation lysate: 1 to 15 percent; nicotinamide: 2 to 4 percent; citrus (Citrus RETICULATA) pericarp extract: 2 to 4 percent; 0.1-5% of yeast extract; soluble proteoglycan: 0.1-5%; extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus (Myrothamnus FLABELLIFOLIA): 0.1-5%; PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether: 0.1-3%; sodium hyaluronate: 0.01 to 0.3 percent; cosmetic matrix and the balance.
The functions of the components are described as follows:
the composite vegetable oil selected by the invention consists of sunflower (Helianthus ANNUUS) seed oil, wild soybean (GlycinesoJA) oil, rosewood (Bixa ORELLANA) seed oil and tocopherol (vitamin E), and is rich in palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid, α -linolenic acid and the like.
The composition disclosed by the invention selects sodium hyaluronate with various molecular weights. The sodium hyaluronate with large molecular weight can be left on the surface of the skin, so that the water loss can be prevented; sodium hyaluronate of small molecular weight can penetrate into the inside of the skin. Hydration of the skin, including the skin surface and the interior, can be supported by the immobilization of water molecules. The conventional theory holds that the formation of wrinkles is related to the breaking or loss of collagen elastic fibers. Modern medical research has found that another root cause of wrinkle formation is the alteration of the intercellular matrix, i.e. the reduction of the amorphous component "hyaluronic acid" between cells, while the cytoskeleton and elastic fibers are still present. The micro-face-lifting is to change the metabolic environment of cells and the balance of water and ions by supplementing lost invisible interstitial components, thereby increasing the viscoelasticity of the skin and achieving the face-lifting effect. The moisture level of the skin is closely related to the content of hyaluronic acid, and the content of hyaluronic acid in the skin is reduced with the increase of age, so that the water retention function of the skin is weakened, and wrinkles are generated. The sodium hyaluronate belongs to a high-molecular polymer, is obvious in lubrication sense and good in hand feeling when being applied, a layer of breathable film is formed on the surface of the skin by the high-molecular sodium hyaluronate, so that the skin is smooth and moist, the invasion of external bacteria, dust and the like is blocked, the low-molecular sodium hyaluronate can permeate into dermis, and the effects of slightly expanding capillary vessels, increasing blood circulation, improving middle metabolism, promoting skin nutrition absorption and achieving lubrication and plump are achieved. However, when the amount of sodium hyaluronate is too large, the skin feels too sticky.
The soluble proteoglycan can promote the synthesis and accumulation of hyaluronic acid in fibroblasts, and has stronger moisturizing capability than sodium hyaluronate.
The lysate of the yeast fermentation product is derived from edible probiotics, namely bifidobacterium, and the metabolite, the cytoplasm component, the cell wall component and a plurality of organelle fragments are obtained by culturing and cracking somatic cells. Contains active ingredients such as various amino acids, lipids, polysaccharides, adenosine, vitamins, trace minerals, vitamin B group, etc. Is safe to human body temperature and easy to be absorbed and utilized by skin, and has the effects of supplementing skin nutrition and promoting skin moisture.
The rice protein in the organic glutinous rice can generate micromolecule peptides and amino acids after being hydrolyzed, and metabolites such as polypeptides, amino acids, cell factors and the like are released in the growth process of the yeast. The metabolite has the characteristics of small molecules, can be quickly absorbed through skin, activates the skin absorption function, opens the skin water replenishing channel and activates the expression of aquaporin AQP-3. AQP-3 is present in the skin cell membrane and is the "pathway" for water molecules to enter the skin cells, and its content determines the rate and effect of water absorption by the skin. The yeast extract disclosed by the invention can activate the expression of AQP-3 in the skin, increase the content of AQP-3 in a skin membrane, open a water replenishing channel and achieve the effects of moisturizing and replenishing water. When used in too large an amount, the skin may be irritated, causing discomfort.
Nicotinamide increases filaggrin levels, improves cornified envelope proteins, increases envelope protein levels, increases ceramide content and thereby improves lipid structure and reduces transdermal water loss. When the dosage is too large, irritation is easily caused.
The extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus (Myrothamnus FLABELLIFOLIA) has excellent water-locking ability, similar to hyaluronic acid, but has molecule 30000 times smaller than hyaluronic acid, and no stickiness.
PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether can maintain long moisturizing effect between epidermis and dermis.
The citrus peel extract can enhance the barrier function of the skin, thereby reducing TEWL and moisturizing and smoothing the skin. If the amount is too large, the color tends to change.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can achieve the following technical effects:
the composition disclosed by the invention fully considers various channels for moisturizing and resisting aging of the skin, such as skin lipid layer supplementation, various small molecular substances (fermentation products) required by the skin supplementation, particularly sodium hyaluronate with various molecular weights supplementation, and also can promote the generation of sodium hyaluronate in the skin. The moisturizing channel can be opened, the skin can be deeply moisturized, and the surface of the skin can be moisturized; can strengthen skin barrier function and improve lipid structure. Under the condition of proper proportion of the components, the components act together to mutually promote and supplement, so that the effect of long-acting water replenishing and moisture retention is achieved (8h), the skin feeling and the use feeling are not too sticky, and long-acting moisture retention and deep moisture retention can be realized. In addition, experiments prove that the synergistic effect among the three components is more obvious: one group comprises soluble proteoglycan, sodium hyaluronate, extract of leaves/stems of Michelia (Myrothamnus FLABELLIFOLIA); one group is, yeast lysate, yeast extract, composite vegetable oil; the third group is nicotinamide, citrus (citrus reticulata) peel extract, and PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether.

1.2.1 test sample preparation
Comparative examples 1-6, examples 1-3, and blanks were prepared according to the formulations in Table 1.
1.2.2 MMV test method
1.2.2.1 test principle
The method adopts a capacitance method to measure the moisture content of the horny layer of the human skin, the principle is that the difference of dielectric constants of water and other substances is obvious, the measured capacitance value of the skin is different according to the difference of the moisture content of the skin, and the observation parameter can represent the moisture value of the skin.
1.2.2.2 Experimental conditions and volunteer requirements
And (3) testing environmental conditions: the test environment temperature is 22 ℃ plus or minus 1 ℃ and the humidity is 50 percent plus or minus 5 percent, and real-time dynamic monitoring is carried out.
The volunteer requires: 30 effective volunteers; the age is between 16 and 65 years old; the basic value of the capacitance skin moisture tester of the forearm testing area is between 15 and 45 years old; those without severe systemic disease, immunodeficiency or autoimmune disease; those with inactive allergic disease; those who have not had a history of severe allergy to skin care cosmetics in the past; hormone drugs and immunosuppressants have not been used in the last 1 month; those who did not participate in other clinical trials; the tested object is used according to the specification and the data is complete; all volunteers should fill out informed consent before testing.
1.2.2.3 preparation before testing
Any product (cosmetics or external medicine) cannot be used for 2 to 3 days before the tested part. Before the test, the subject needs to clean the forearm of the hand and wipe it clean with dry tissue. After cleaning, measurement zone markers were made inside the forearm of the subject's hand. Before formal test, the patient should sit still in a room meeting the standard for at least 30min, and can not drink water, and the forearm is exposed and placed in a test state to keep relaxed.
1.2.2.4 test procedure
In the experiment, the inner sides of the left and right arms are marked with 3cm multiplied by 3cm test areas, and the same arm can be simultaneously marked with a plurality of areas at intervals of 1 cm. Comparative example A,Both examples and blanks were randomly distributed on the left and right arms. The measurement of the test area and the control area was performed using a capacitance skin meter, and each area was measured 5 times in parallel. Blank values were measured for each test area and then measured at 2.0 mg. + -. 0.1mg sample/cm2The test product was evenly spread in the test area using a latex finger cot. After application, the moisture content of the skin was measured at 1h, 2h, 4h and 8h for each area (measured at this time for verification, discussed in more detail below). The test of the same volunteer was performed by the same measurement staff.
1.2.2.5 test data
The MMV value of each time interval is respectively measured according to the design of the experiment, and the average value is calculated.
1.2.3 TEWL test method
1.2.3.1 test principle
The measurement principle of the test instrument derives from fick's diffusion law. The moisture content emitted by epidermis is directly measured by the water vapor pressure gradient formed by the water loss of the cuticle at two different points by 2 groups of temperature and humidity sensors to measure the near epidermis (within about 1 cm). The TEWL value is an important indicator of the quality of the skin barrier, and a lower TEWL value indicates a better barrier function of the skin, whereas a worse TEWL value indicates a poorer barrier function of the skin.
1.2.3.2 test details
The experimental conditions, volunteer requirements, preparation before testing and testing procedures were the same as 1.2.2.
1.2.3.3 test data
The TEWL values were measured for each time interval and the average was calculated according to the experimental design.
2 results and analysis
2.1 determination of MMV
The moisture content of the skin of 30 subjects before application to control examples 1-6, examples 1-3, blank and after application for 1h, 2h, 4h and 8h was measured, and the MMV mean value was calculated, and the results are shown in Table 6.
2.2 determination of TEWL
The skin transdermal water loss rate of 30 subjects before application to control examples 1-6, examples 1-3, blank and after application for 1h, 2h, 4h and 8h was measured and the TEWL average was calculated and the results are shown in table 7.

From the results of table 6, it can be seen that: there was a different degree of increase in stratum corneum hydration levels after 1h using all samples. In examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6, the skin stratum corneum hydration levels reached a maximum after 2h of use of the samples, and the peaks in the examples were significantly higher than in the comparative examples. The blank reached a maximum (lower peak) after 1 h.
In addition, after the blank examples are used for 4-8h, the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum is almost recovered to the initial value, while the embodiments 1-3 of the invention still keep higher moisture content of the skin stratum corneum after 4-8h tests, which shows that the embodiments 1-3 of the invention have better and longer-lasting moisturizing effect by optimizing the compounding and adding proportion of the moisturizing and hydrating combination.
From the results in table 7 it can further be seen that: the decrease in the rate of skin moisture loss through skin was more significant after 1 hour using the samples of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention than in comparative examples 1 to 6. The skin moisture loss rate of comparative examples 1-6 was much higher after 4-8h of application, indicating that comparative examples 1-6 did not have the long-lasting moisturizing effect of examples 1-3. The examples of the invention still maintain a low skin moisture loss rate after 4-8 hours, which further shows that the examples of the invention 1-3 have a longer-lasting water retention property.
It can be further seen from the comparison between the following comparative examples 7 to 24 and example 2 that the synergistic effect between the functional components of the present invention is significant, and the effects of the present invention are not achieved when some of the functional components are absent or when some functional component is used alone. And when a certain functional component is used independently, the functional component brings some unfavorable conditions, such as the defects of comfort, mildness and stability.
The present invention has been described above as an important aspect of anti-aging by moisturizing. Dryness and lack of water are both a phenomenon of skin aging and a cause of skin aging. Therefore, the invention focuses on achieving the anti-aging purpose from the aspects of moisturizing and moisturizing. And further the anti-aging effect is measured by the moisturizing and hydrating effects. Therefore, the invention has more prominent anti-aging effect.
The moisture-preserving and water-replenishing anti-aging cosmetic composition provided by the invention can be prepared into aqua, essence or cream and other dosage forms, and the conclusion that the anti-aging effect is good can be obtained.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
