According to the preparation method of the rosewood seed skin care liquid, two kinds of bacteria including schizophyllum commune and ganoderma lucidum mycelia are adopted for mixed fermentation, wherein the schizophyllum commune can secrete schizophyllum commune polysaccharide and other components with acne removing effect, and the ganoderma lucidum mycelia can secrete whitening factors including ganoderma triterpene, polypeptide, polysaccharide and other components. Meanwhile, in the fermentation process, under the intermittent ultraviolet irradiation, the ultraviolet light and ozone generated by the ultraviolet irradiation have strong oxidation effect, so that schizophyllum commune and ganoderma lucidum mycelia can be stimulated to further generate antioxidant functional components. Example 1A method for preparing rosewood seed skin care lotion comprises the following steps:

3) Pouring the 1L rosewood seed leaching solution into a 5L aseptic fermentation tank under aseptic conditions, adding a pre-sterilized 2L culture medium, inoculating 350 mL schizophyllum strain seed solution and 350 mL ganoderma lucidum mycelia seed solution, fermenting at 28 ℃ until the logarithmic phase, adding carbon quantum dots, wherein the size of the carbon quantum dots is 1.8 nm, and the adding amount of the carbon quantum dots is 10 mg/L; fermenting to mid-logarithmic phase, adopting intermittent ultraviolet irradiation, and turning on an ultraviolet lamp in a fermentation tank for 10s every 1h until the fermentation is finished at 120 h;

Example 2A method for preparing rosewood seed skin care lotion comprises the following steps:
1) Weighing 1.5. 1.5 kg rosewood seeds, placing into a stainless steel grinding tank, and grinding and crushing at low temperature (-10 ℃) to obtain rosewood seed powder; sieving with a classifying sieving machine, wherein the mesh size is 50 μm, and collecting rosewood seed powder smaller than 50 μm;
2) Adding 1.35. 1.35L volume of 75% ethanol into 1. 1 kg rosewood seed powder, placing into an extraction reaction kettle, and leaching at-10deg.C and 250rpm for 72 hr; after the leaching is finished, carrying out solid-liquid separation by centrifugation at 8500 rpm; transferring the supernatant into a reduced pressure distiller, distilling at 50deg.C to remove ethanol to obtain rosewood seed extract;
3) Under the aseptic condition, pouring the 1L rosewood seed leaching solution into a 5L aseptic fermentation tank, adding a pre-sterilized 1.8L culture medium, and inoculating 300 mL schizophyllum strain seed solution and 300 mL ganoderma lucidum mycelia seed solution. The culture temperature is 28 ℃, the carbon quantum dots are added until the fermentation is carried out in the logarithmic phase, the size of the carbon quantum dots is 1.8 nm, and the addition amount of the carbon quantum dots is 10 mg/L; fermenting to mid-logarithmic phase, and irradiating with intermittent ultraviolet light, wherein every 0.5. 0.5 h of the fermentation tank is turned on for 10s until 120h of fermentation is completed;
wherein the culture medium is prepared by mixing the following raw materials: glucose 50 g/L, yeast extract 4g/L, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.5 g/L, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate 0.6 g/L, and vitamin B1 50 mg/L;
4) After fermentation, solid-liquid separation is carried out at 8500 rpm, and supernatant liquid, namely rosewood seed skin care liquid, is obtained.
Example 3A method for preparing rosewood seed skin care lotion comprises the following steps:
1) Weighing 1.5. 1.5 kg rosewood seeds, placing into a stainless steel grinding tank, and grinding and crushing at low temperature (-20 ℃) to obtain rosewood seed powder; sieving with a classifying sieving machine, wherein the mesh size is 150 μm, and collecting rosewood seed powder smaller than 150 μm;
2) Adding 5-L volume percent of 75 percent ethanol into 1-kg rosewood seed powder, putting the mixture into an extraction reaction kettle, and leaching the mixture for 128 hours at-1 ℃ and 500 rpm; after leaching, carrying out solid-liquid separation by centrifugation at 1500 rpm; transferring the supernatant into a reduced pressure distiller, distilling at 50deg.C to remove ethanol to obtain rosewood seed extract;
3) Under the aseptic condition, pouring the 1L rosewood seed leaching solution into a 7L aseptic fermentation tank, adding a pre-sterilized 3L culture medium, and inoculating 500 mL schizophyllum strain seed solution and 500 mL ganoderma lucidum mycelia seed solution. The culture temperature is 28 ℃, the carbon quantum dots are added until the fermentation is carried out in the logarithmic phase, the size of the carbon quantum dots is 1.8 nm, and the addition amount of the carbon quantum dots is 10 mg/L; fermenting to mid-logarithmic phase, adopting intermittent ultraviolet irradiation, and turning on an ultraviolet lamp in a fermentation tank for 10s every 1h until the fermentation is finished at 120 h;
wherein the culture medium is prepared by mixing the following raw materials: glucose 50 g/L, yeast extract 4g/L, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.5 g/L, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate 0.6 g/L, and vitamin B1 50 mg/L;
4) After fermentation, carrying out solid-liquid separation at 15000rpm to obtain supernatant, namely rosewood seed skin care liquid.
Comparative example 1
