本发明公开了一种端面花键型轮毂轴承单元,涉及领域轮毂轴承,主要包括外圈、内圈、法兰盘和端面花键,法兰盘的轴颈根部与轮毂外圈之间设置外侧滚道,与设置在内圈和外圈之间的内侧滚道组成双列滚道,法兰盘靠近内侧密封环的一侧带有卷边,且在该侧端面上设置有端面花键用于直接连接驱动轴。本发明的有益效果为:该轮毂轴承单元端面花键,可与驱动轴连接,作为传动装置进行扭矩传输,提升驱动扭矩,与现有内花键传动的相比驱动扭矩显著提升;有效改善整车NVH性能,提高整车生产及维修过程中的装配、拆卸方便性,减轻轮毂轴承重量,实现轻量化;带有端面花键齿的轮毂轴承能够有效消除驱动间隙,消除驱动异响。

本发明涉及轮毂轴承的领域,具体涉及一种端面花键型轮毂轴承单元。
背景技术
轮毂轴承是承载重量和为轮毂的转动提供精确引导的汽车零部件。随着汽车行业的飞速发展,传统的轮毂轴承由于装配难度大,成本过高且可靠性较差,扭矩传输效率低,存在驱动异响等问题而被逐渐淘汰;目前亟需一种组装工艺合理化,轻量化、小型化的新型轮毂轴承单元结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种端面花键型轮毂轴承单元,具有结构紧凑、安装精度高、使用寿命长、传递动力平稳、密封性能好和安全性能优的优势。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种端面花键型轮毂轴承单元,主要包括外圈、内圈法兰盘和端面花键,所述的法兰盘上活动式套接有外圈,所述的外圈与法兰盘之间设有与法兰盘相卡槽式限位嵌套的内圈,所述的法兰盘的轴颈根部与轮毂外圈之间设置外侧滚道,该外侧滚道与设置在内圈和外圈之间的内侧滚道组成双列滚道,用于安装滚动体,保持架罩设在滚动体外将其固定;所述的内圈外周套装有内侧密封环,所述的法兰盘与内圈之间通过磁性密封圈连接密封,法兰盘与外圈之间通过外密封环、外密封圈连接密封;所述的法兰盘靠近内侧密封环的一侧带有卷边,且在该侧端面上设置有端面花键用于直接连接驱动轴。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、该轮毂轴承单元端面花键,可与驱动轴连接,作为传动装置进行扭矩传输,提升驱动扭矩,相较于其他同型号的产品,带有端面花键的轮毂轴承比传统内花键传动的轴承驱动扭矩显著提升;
2、此结构设计可有效改善整车NVH性能,提高整车生产及维修过程中的装配,拆卸方便性,提高效率,减轻轮毂轴承重量,实现轻量化,可以有效地使总成重量下降;
3、带有端面花键齿的轮毂轴承能够有效消除驱动间隙,消除驱动异响。

实施例:如附图所示,这种端面花键型轮毂轴承单元,主要包括外圈3、内圈4法兰盘9和端面花键10,所述的法兰盘9上活动式套接有外圈3,所述的外圈3与法兰盘9之间设有与法兰盘9相卡槽式限位嵌套的内圈4,所述的法兰盘9的轴颈根部与轮毂外圈2之间设置外侧滚道,该外侧滚道与设置在内圈4和外圈3之间的内侧滚道组成双列滚道,用于安装滚动体6,保持架5罩设在滚动体6外将其固定;所述的内圈4外周套装有内侧密封环1,所述的法兰盘9与内圈4之间通过磁性密封圈2连接密封,法兰盘9与外圈3之间通过外密封环7、外密封圈8连接密封;所述的法兰盘9靠近内侧密封环1的一侧带有卷边,且在该侧端面上设置有端面花键10用于直接连接驱动轴。
本发明通过设置在法兰盘9的轴颈根部与外圈3之间的外侧滚道与设置在内圈4和外圈3之间的内侧滚道组成轮毂轴承单元的双列滚道,形成双列滚道的滚动轴承;在法兰盘9的一侧端面上通过设置端面花键10直接连接驱动轴;经测试,本发明与传统内花键传动的轮毂轴承相比轴承驱动扭矩显著提升,达50%,同时轮毂轴承单元的总重下降10%。

1.一种端面花键型轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:主要包括外圈(3)、内圈(4)、法兰盘(9)和端面花键(10),所述的法兰盘(9)上活动式套接有外圈(3),所述的外圈(3)与法兰盘(9)之间设有与法兰盘(9)相卡槽式限位嵌套的内圈(4),所述的法兰盘(9)的轴颈根部与轮毂外圈(2)之间设置外侧滚道,该外侧滚道与设置在内圈(4)和外圈(3)之间的内侧滚道组成双列滚道,用于安装滚动体(6),保持架(5)罩设在滚动体(6)外将其固定;所述的内圈(4)外周套装有内侧密封环(1),所述的法兰盘(9)与内圈(4)之间通过磁性密封圈(2)连接密封,法兰盘(9)与外圈(3)之间通过外密封环(7)、外密封圈(8)连接密封;所述的法兰盘(9)靠近内侧密封环(1)的一侧带有卷边,且在该侧端面上设置有端面花键(10)用于直接连接驱动轴。
