Description

Disinfectant for baby products and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfectant, and particularly relates to an infant article disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The infants are normal and healthy, and are not infected when being born, and bacteria begin to breed at the umbilical stump, nostrils, oral cavity and skin after the infants are born. Because the body of the infant is weak and the skin is delicate, the functions of the viscera and the immunity are not mature, and if bacteria invade the body, the infection can be caused.
As the body of the infant is in the juvenile stage, the body is delicate and the skin is tender, so in the selection process of the disinfectant for the infant, the components contained in the disinfectant are colorless and tasteless, have no stimulation to the skin and have no corrosion to metal, and in addition, the infant has weak perception capability to the outside and is willing to try to enter the mouth, so the toxicity required for the components of the disinfectant is low, and the non-toxicity is optimal. The skin and articles of babies and children are usually stained with greasy dirt, and mosquitoes are attracted easily due to the attachment of substances such as milk powder, candies and the like, so that the disinfectant for babies and children has the effects of removing the greasy dirt and repelling the mosquitoes, and can better adapt to the market demand.
Most of the existing chemical disinfectants do not have the actual requirements of the infants and the children, and in comparison, the polyhexamethylene guanidine and quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants are suitable for the infants and the children. The disinfectant for baby products which is popular in the market at present is mainly quaternary ammonium salt which belongs to cationic surfactant, and the disinfection and sterilization mechanism is to increase the permeability of bacterial cytoplasmic membranes, enable bacterial cytoplasmic substances to seep out, and block the metabolism of the bacterial cytoplasmic substances to play a role in killing. The quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant has mild smell, is safe, non-toxic and non-irritant, is soluble in water, has no residue, is storage-resistant, but has more incompatibility in the compatibility of quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, is easy to generate chemical reaction, has a sterilization effect greatly influenced by organic matters, is expensive, is easy to generate drug resistance, is usually used alternately with other disinfectants, has certain decontamination capability but weak effect, and has no mosquito and insect repelling effect.
In conclusion, the existing disinfectant for the infant products is quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, has the technical defects of more incompatibility, easy generation of chemical reaction, great influence of organic matters on the sterilization effect, high price, easy generation of drug resistance, great harm caused by eating by mistake, poor decontamination capability and no mosquito and insect repelling effect when being used alternately with other disinfectants.
