Abstract

本发明的从亚麻籽中提取亚麻籽胶的方法,包括以下步骤:亚麻籽原料经去除杂物、水洗后,用水浸提;通过液固相分离,得到提取胶液;在减压下浓缩提取胶液;浓缩液经乙醇沉淀得到絮状沉淀,并对沉淀进行压榨分离;以热风烘干淀淀物;粉碎烘干物,得到亚麻籽胶产品;或浓缩液直接进行热风或微波干燥,粉碎干燥物,得到亚麻籽胶产品。本发明的提胶方法工艺简单,提取率稳定在12%以上,产品主要技术指标-粘度稳定在5000-8000mpa·s以上,并且对环境无污染,生产成本也大大降低。本发明的亚麻籽胶可在食品、制药、化妆品等领域用作增稠剂、保湿剂、悬浮稳定剂、乳化剂和粘接剂等,具有粘度高、乳化性强、保湿性和悬浮稳定性好等优点。

Description

亚麻籽胶生产工艺
本发明涉及一种新型植物胶-亚麻籽胶的制造方法。
亚麻籽胶是一种纯天然、无污染、多功能、营养丰富的植物胶,是国家绿色食品发展中心认证的绿色食品添加剂,主要在食品、制药、化妆品等生产领域中用做增稠剂、保湿剂、稳定剂、乳化剂和粘接剂。
本发明的目的是:提出一种从亚麻籽中提取亚麻籽胶的新工艺。
目前亚麻籽胶的生产尚无成熟可行的生产工艺,其关键技术是胶的提取、分离及干燥方法。已有的提取方法或产率低或造成严重的环境污染。利用传统的喷雾干燥方法不能得到合格的固胶产品,真空干燥及冷冻干燥方法成本高且产率低。本发明提出的生产方法工艺简单,可大幅度降低生产成本,无环境污染,且使提胶产率稳定在12%以上,所得固胶产品与同类胶(如卡拉胶、魔芋胶等)相比,性能优越,是理想的替代产品。提胶后的亚麻籽仍可榨油,出油率与未提胶前相比无明显差别。
本发明的实现是通过以下工艺:原料(亚麻籽)→去杂→水洗→软化水洗→浸提→籽液分离→浓缩、热风干燥或酒精沉淀后干燥或微波加热干燥→粉碎→成品,其中浸提、分离与制取胶粉的方法是本发明的关键技术。首次浸提时控制料液比为1∶3-15,其后各次浸提时控制料液比为1∶2-8,并在浸提过程中保持温度为35-100℃,每次浸提时间为10-100分钟,浸提过程中需不断搅拌,但无需加入其他任何化学试剂。对浸提后的混合物进行籽液分离是生产工艺的难点之一,本发明提出采用提取罐内压滤或配合刮板进行泵吸过滤的方法很好的解决了这一问题。由提取之胶液制取干胶胶粉是本发明的又一突破,胶液采用在常压或减压500-700毫米汞柱及70-140℃热风条件下配合刮板器使之浓缩或微波浓缩,可在较短的时间内使胶液浓缩至原体积的1/2-1/20,并可直接干燥,且保持亚麻籽胶性质不发生变化;或将浓缩后混合胶液冷却并迅速搅拌后加入95%乙醇使固胶沉淀,固液分离后,再以热风吹扫干燥或将液胶于微波环境下浓缩干燥。利用上述方法,可使提胶率达12-15%本发明优选工艺为:原料→去杂→水洗→软化水洗→软化水浸提→液固相分离→浓缩干燥或酒精沉淀后干燥→粉碎→成品。优选以软化水作为浸提溶剂,分次提取亚麻籽胶,首次提取时亚麻籽与浸提溶剂的重量比为1∶3-15,其后各次提取时亚麻籽与浸提溶剂的重量比为1∶2-8。优选其浸提温度为35-100℃,常压下经10-100分钟完成一次提取。优选采用提取罐内加压或泵吸并配合刮板进行过滤的方法实施液固相分离。优选对所产胶液采用加热并配合使用刮板器的方法实施浓缩及干燥。优选提取之胶液在常压或减压500-700毫米汞柱下经刮板法浓缩至原胶液体积之1/2-1/20,采用常压或减压500-700毫米汞柱条件下热风吹扫干燥法,热风温度70-140℃,吹扫时间20-80分钟。优选胶液经浓缩至原胶液体积之1/2-1/20时,冷至室温并在100-800转/分钟速度下搅拌后,按重量比1∶0.6-1.5加入95%乙醇使固胶沉淀,固液分离后,以80-100℃热风烘干。优选胶液经微波加热浓缩至原胶液体积1/2-1/20时,涂布于适当载体上,继续使用微波加热干燥。
最佳实施方式
实施例1
1、将精选的亚麻籽,经水洗后,加入与原料重量比1∶3-15、温度35-100℃软化水,在常压下搅拌提取10-100分钟,他离籽液,得到胶液A。
2、将步骤1分离的固料加入重量比1∶2-8、温度-100℃的软化水,在常压下搅拌提取10-100分钟,浸提3次,分离籽液,得到胶液B、C、D。
3、合并胶液A、B、C、D,以70-110℃热风加热并配合使用刮板器浓缩至原胶液体积的1/2-1/20。
4、将浓缩液涂布于聚酯网上,以70-140℃热风吹扫0.5-2小时,同时用刮膜装置刮翻涂布物,干燥后粉碎即得固胶产品。实例2在前述实例1-3的基础上,将浓缩液冷却,迅速搅拌后,以1∶0.8-1.5配比(质量比)加入95%乙醇,待沉淀完全后,分离固相,以80-100℃热风烘干,粉碎后即得固胶产品。
利用本发明工艺所得亚麻籽胶产品技术分析结果见表1。

Claims (8)

1.一种以亚麻籽为原料生产亚麻籽胶的方法,其工艺为:原料→去杂→水洗→软化水洗→软化水浸提→液固相分离→浓缩干燥或酒精沉淀后干燥→粉碎→成品。
2.按照权利要求1所述生产亚麻籽胶方法,其特征在于:以软化水作为浸提溶剂,分次提取亚麻籽胶,首次提取时亚麻籽与浸提溶剂的重量比为1∶3-15,其后各次提取时亚麻籽与浸提溶剂的重量比为1∶2-8。
3.按照权利要求1所述生产亚麻籽胶的方法,其浸提温度为35-100℃,常压下经10-100分钟完成一次提取。
4.按照权利要求1所述生产亚麻籽胶的方法,其特征在于:采用提取罐内加压或泵吸并配合刮板进行过滤的方法实施液固相分离。
5.按照权利要求1所述生产亚麻籽胶的方法,其特征在于:对所产胶液采用加热并配合使用刮板器的方法实施浓缩及干燥。
6.按照权利要求1所述生产亚麻籽胶的方法,其特征在于:提取之胶液在常压或减压500-700毫米汞柱下经刮板法浓缩至原胶液体积之1/2-1/20,采用常压或减压500-700毫米汞柱条件下的热风吹扫干燥法,热风温度70-140℃,吹扫时间20-80分钟。
7.按照权利要求1所述生产亚麻籽胶的方法,其特征在于:胶液经浓缩至原胶液体积之1/2-1/20时,冷至室温并在100-800转/分钟速度下搅拌后,按重量比1∶0.6-1.5加入95%乙醇使固胶沉淀,固液分离后,以80-100℃热风烘干。
8.按照权利要求1所述生产亚麻籽胶的方法,其特征在于:胶液经微波加热浓缩至原胶液体积1/2-1/20时,涂布于适当载体上,继续使用微波加热干燥。
