La gomme de lin de cette invention trouve une vaste application dans le domaine de l'alimentation, de la préparation de médicaments, de la cosmétique et d'autres secteurs analogues. La gomme de lin tient lieu d'agent épaississant, d'agent stabilisant de l'humidité, de stabilisant, d'émulsifiant et d'agent liant.
