The preparation method of the essence water comprises the following steps:
1) weighing allantoin, oligopeptide-1, Hamamelis virginiana water and medicinal fomes fomentarius extract, respectively adding appropriate amount of water for dissolving, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain mixture for use;

The preparation method was the same as in comparative example 1.
Comparative example 3
An essence lotion comprising: 4kg of methyl propylene glycol, 6kg of glycerol, 0.1kg of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.1kg of sodium hyaluronate, 0.02kg of citric acid, 0.08kg of sodium citrate, 0.15kg of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.15kg of chlorphenesin, 0.1kg of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.005kg of essence, 0.2kg of allantoin, 5kg of hamamelis water, 0kg of fomes officinalis extract and 0.1kg of oligopeptide-1. The preparation method was the same as in comparative example 1.
Comparative example 4
An essence lotion comprising: 4kg of methyl propylene glycol, 6kg of glycerol, 0.1kg of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.1kg of sodium hyaluronate, 0.02kg of citric acid, 0.08kg of sodium citrate, 0.15kg of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.15kg of chlorphenesin, 0.1kg of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.005kg of essence, 0.2kg of allantoin, 8kg of hamamelis water, 8kg of fomes officinalis extract and 0kg of oligopeptide-1. The preparation method was the same as in comparative example 1.
Performance testing
The compositions with the effect of shrinking pores obtained in examples 1 to 18, the essence waters obtained in examples 20 to 24, and the essence waters obtained in comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to efficacy tests of improving skin pores and long-acting moisturizing and moisturizing. The specific method comprises the following steps: 1) selecting a tested person group: the test population is 100 healthy subjects, the age is 18-35 years old, oily skin, large pores in facial skin, healthy skin of the subjects, no allergic history of skin diseases and according with the volunteer selection standard of the subjects; 2) allergic reaction patch test: taking 0.02mL of sample by using a quantitative pipette, placing the sample in a medicine chamber of a spot tester, longitudinally sticking a hypoallergenic adhesive tape for the spot tester on normal skin of the bent side of the left forearm of a subject from the lower part, lightly pressing with the palm to uniformly stick on the skin, removing after 24 hours,marking the test part for observation, and observing the skin reaction of the test part 0.5h, 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h after the spot tester is removed; 3) pore detection: applying the sample to the concentrated part of the large pores on the face of a subject, wherein the applying amount is 2mg/cm, waiting for 3min to allow the tested sample to naturally dry, respectively counting the pore areas of the sample before use, the sample after 0 day, 7 days, 15 days and 28 days by using a Roboskin analyzer, and analyzing the data before and after using the sample to improve the large pore effect to ensure that the visible pore area is mum2It is shown that the larger the improvement rate, the more significant the effect of improving the pore size of the test sample. In the allergy patch test, the results show that: the skin reactions of the test sites were observed at 0.5h, 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h by patch tests of the compositions with the pore-shrinking effect obtained in examples 1 to 18, the essence waters obtained in examples 20 to 24 and the essence waters obtained in comparative examples 1 to 4 on all the subjects, and no adverse skin reactions occurred on all the subjects, which indicates that the samples prepared in the examples of the present invention are safe to use.
From the above results, it can be seen that the essence prepared in example 18 has the best effect, and the skin pore improvement rate is the highest when tested under the same conditions, which indicates that the skin pore improvement effect of example 18 is the best, and the skin pore area is improved by 54.78% after 4 weeks.
It should be noted that the improvement rate of example 18 is 54.78%, the improvement rate of comparative example 1 is 48.14%, although 54.78% and 48.76% are not numerically different, but it is more difficult to improve the skin pores as the addition amount of the extract is larger, the allantoin has a soothing, softening and protecting effect, the addition of allantoin, which is combined with the synergistic effect of hamamelis water, fomes officinalis extract, oligopeptide-1, has a keratolytic effect, and the keratinocytes can be removed by relaxing intercellular substances or maintaining bridge particles (protein bridges) where the keratinocytes are mutually bonded, so that the skin surface is smoother, more delicate and more flexible; can prevent skin inflammation, and can also play a role in horny pore enlargement, thereby playing a role in three different types of pores such as horny pore enlargement, water-deficient pore enlargement and aged pore enlargement, and improving the skin pore enlargement situation.
