Ietalurus punctatus (Ietalurus punetaus) belongs to fishes of catfishes, belongs to the order Parasilurus, is native to America, has the characteristics of fast growth, wide temperature range, strong disease resistance and the like, is delicious in meat quality, high in nutritional value, can be listed all the year round, is popular with farmers, processing factories and domestic and foreign consumers, and has wide breeding prospect.
