Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfection and sterilization medicines, and discloses a chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein raw materials are prepared according to parts by weight, wherein the raw materials comprise 0.1% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether with the purity of 99%, 2% of chlorhexidine acetate with the purity of 99%, 2% of glycerol with the purity of 99%, 0.05% of essence with the purity of 99%, 60% of ethanol with the purity of 95%, and 35.85% of purified deionized water; dissolving fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, chlorhexidine acetate, glycerol and essence in an ethanol solution, and stirring to obtain a homogeneous solution; adding purified water to full volume, and performing constant volume and aging; inspecting the obtained intermediate product; if the product is qualified, filling and sealing the product by using disinfectant plastic bottles and heads, and externally packaging the product; and (5) inspecting the finished product, and storing the qualified product in a finished product warehouse. The invention has the characteristics of disinfection, sterilization, skin protection, water retention, oil stain removal and fragrant smell, has stable chemical property, no corrosivity, no decoloring effect, broad-spectrum and high-efficiency sterilization.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfection and sterilization medicines, and particularly relates to a chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, consumers have deeper understanding on clean and healthy life. Particularly, SARS, avian influenza and various infectious diseases are continuously generated, and people generally solve the problems by a disinfection method for prevention and control while having no effective method. Various disinfection and sterilization products are produced in the market, and the products are developed into a large category of daily chemicals.
Common disinfection liquid uses hypochlorite (such as calcium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorite) as disinfection and sterilization component. Hypochlorite reacts with water to produce hypochlorous acid which is decomposed to release oxygen, thus achieving the aim of disinfection and sterilization. For example, the most commonly used 84 disinfectant contains water, but hypochlorous acid is unstable in chemical property and is easy to decompose at room temperature, especially under the illumination condition, so that the disinfection effect is reduced, therefore, the disinfectant is stored at the temperature of 25 ℃ in a dark place, and has corrosivity on metal and decoloration effect on colored fabrics such as cotton and hemp.

The chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant is prepared from, by weight, 0.1% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether with the purity of 99%, 2% of chlorhexidine acetate with the purity of 99%, 2% of glycerol with the purity of 99%, 0.05% of essence, 60% of ethanol with the purity of 95%, and 35.85% of purified deionized water.
Furthermore, each 1000Kg of the chlorhexidine alcohol disinfectant consists of 1 Kg of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 20Kg of chlorhexidine acetate, 20Kg of glycerin, 0.5 Kg of essence, 600 Kg of ethanol and 358.5Kg of purified deionized water.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant solution, which comprises the following steps:
preparing raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1 percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether with the purity of 99 percent, 2 percent of chlorhexidine acetate with the purity of 99 percent, 2 percent of glycerin with the purity of 99 percent, 0.05 percent of essence with the purity of 99 percent, 60 percent of ethanol with the purity of 95 percent and 35.85 percent of purified deionized water;
dissolving fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, chlorhexidine acetate, glycerol and essence in an ethanol solution, and stirring to obtain a homogeneous solution;
adding purified water to full volume, and performing constant volume and aging;
step four, inspecting the obtained intermediate product;
step five, if the product is qualified, filling and sealing the product by using disinfectant plastic bottles and heads, and externally packaging the product;
and step six, inspecting the finished products, and storing the qualified products in a finished product warehouse.
The chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of disinfection and sterilization, skin protection and water retention, oil stain removal and fragrant smell, is stable in chemical property, non-corrosive to metal, free of decoloring effect, broad-spectrum and efficient in sterilization, free of stimulation to skin, and the optimal choice for disinfection products in daily life, and can enable users to feel more comfortable and safer. The invention aims to improve the stability and the disinfection effect of the existing disinfectant, and eliminate the corrosivity of the disinfectant on metal and the decoloring effect on colored fabrics such as cotton and linen.
The main components of the disinfectant comprise fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, chlorhexidine acetate, glycerol, essence and ethanol, and the disinfectant is characterized by containing the chlorhexidine acetate, has the main function of disinfection and sterilization, has the mechanism of destroying cell wall plasma membranes of pathogenic microorganisms and quickly killing gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi, viruses and the like, and has the advantages of low toxicity, small toxic and side effects, no local stimulation, extremely rare allergic reaction and the like; the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether has the main functions of improving the affinity of oil stain and water and providing detergency, and has the characteristics of good detergency, insensitivity to hard water, small foam and the like as a nonionic surfactant; the glycerol has the main functions of moisturizing the skin and preventing the skin from being damaged by frequently using disinfectant; the function of the ethanol is to enhance the sterilization capability of the chlorhexidine acetate; water is used as a solvent; essence is an additive.
Chlorhexidine acetate has strong broad-spectrum antibacterial and bactericidal effects and low toxicity, and the mechanism of the chlorhexidine acetate is to destroy cell wall plasma membranes of pathogenic microorganisms and quickly kill gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi, viruses and the like. The chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant provided by the embodiment of the invention consists of 0.1% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether with the purity of 99%, 2% of chlorhexidine acetate with the purity of 99%, 2% of glycerin with the purity of 99%, 0.05% of essence with the purity of 99%, 60% of ethanol with the purity of 95% and 35.85% of purified deionized water in parts by weight.
Every 1000Kg of chlorhexidine alcohol disinfectant provided by the embodiment of the invention consists of 1 Kg of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 20Kg of chlorhexidine acetate, 20Kg of glycerin, 0.5 Kg of essence, 600 Kg of ethanol and 358.5Kg of purified deionized water.

s105: if the product is qualified, filling and sealing the product by using disinfectant plastic bottles and heads, and externally packaging the product;
s106: and (5) inspecting the finished product, and storing the qualified product in a finished product warehouse.

The common disinfectant such as 84 disinfectant is easy to decompose under illumination, is corrosive to metals, and has a decoloring effect on dyed fabrics such as cotton and linen. 2. The chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant of claim 1, wherein each 1000Kg of the chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant consists of 1 Kg of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 20Kg of chlorhexidine acetate, 20Kg of glycerin, 0.5 Kg of essence, 600 Kg of ethanol and 358.5Kg of purified deionized water.
