Abstract
The invention discloses an alcohol disinfectant for food contact, and belongs to the field of chemical products. The disinfectant is a chemical preparation used for killing pathogenic microorganisms on a transmission medium and achieving the purpose of controlling infectious diseases by harmless requirements. The existing domestic disinfectant generally cannot disinfect food directly due to certain toxicity, and about 75% of high-degree white spirit in the market does not qualify as a disinfectant product. Classified according to disinfection intensity, the chlorine-containing disinfectant peroxide (hydrogen peroxide, peroxyacetic acid), glutaraldehyde, dibromohydantoin and the like are taken as representatives; the intermediate disinfectant is represented by alcohols (alcohol and isopropanol), iodine preparations (iodophor and iodine tincture), phenol disinfectant (methyl phenol and parachlorometaxylenol) and compound disinfectant (generally 75% ethanol is used as a mixture); low-efficiency disinfectants are represented by quaternary ammonium disinfectants (benzalkonium bromide, benzalkonium chloride) and biguanide disinfectants (chlorhexidine).
