Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin mucosa disinfectant, and particularly relates to an iodine-containing skin mucosa disinfectant as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Skin mucosa disinfection is a common disinfection task in health care facilities. At present, the disinfection solution has various types, and mainly comprises oxidation, aldehydes, alcohols, heavy metal salts, halogens and surfactants according to the action mechanism, such as formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde which are frequently used as aldehydes, and benzalkonium bromide (benzalkonium bromide) which is a surfactant. However, the above mentioned common disinfectants have their own disadvantages, and oxidizing disinfectants such as peroxide disinfectants are unstable in chemical properties, and high concentration can cause irritation to skin and damage to mucous membrane; aldehyde disinfectant such as formaldehyde belongs to A carcinogens and is flammable and difficult to decompose; glutaraldehyde is irritant to skin mucosa and can cause damage to the mucosa; alcohol disinfectants such as ethanol are volatile, can be influenced by organic matters, and have slow onset time; heavy metal salt disinfectants have great pollution, and the low temperature and organic matters can reduce the disinfection effect; the chlorine-containing disinfectant in the halogen disinfectant is easily influenced by organic matters and pH value and has a bleaching effect; iodine-containing disinfectant is easy to yellow and volatile; surfactants such as benzalkonium bromide tend to remain and are ineffective against gram-negative bacteria and spores. The common disinfectant liquids have respective disadvantages, and the disinfection effect is not ideal.
In summary, the problems of the prior art are as follows: the common skin mucosa disinfectant has various types, but each type of common disinfectant has respective disadvantages and has an unsatisfactory use effect.
Currently, the closest prior art is the iodine aqua disinfectant. The main components of the anidine disinfectant are effective iodine, chlorhexidine acetate and ethanol, and belongs to a powerful, high-efficiency and broad-spectrum disinfectant for skin and mucosa. Because iodine has the characteristic of volatility, the concentration of effective iodine is gradually reduced along with the prolonging of time, the effective period is short, the effective period is one week after the bottle is opened, the longer the time is, the poorer the sterilization effect is, therefore, the commonly used anidine disinfectant is small package products, and the large package products are rare. Because the alcohol is contained and has certain irritation to the skin mucosa, the anidine disinfectant has the technical defects of short effective period, small packaging amount and large irritation to the skin mucosa.
In order to solve the technical defects of the iodine disinfectant, the volatile property of the iodine disinfectant can be reduced by adding other components and complexing or adsorbing free iodine, and meanwhile, under the condition that the concentration level of the free iodine is lower, the iodine is released, and the concentration level of the effective iodine is maintained, so that the effective period of the disinfectant is prolonged; the effective period is prolonged, the dosage of single package can be increased, and the risk of failure in a short time is not needed to be worried about after the package is opened; by compounding, the sterilizing capability of the disinfectant can be enhanced, the sterilization is more thorough and rapid, and the sterilization cannot be greatly influenced even if the free iodine is reduced; by adding other components, the touch feeling is cool, and irritation of ethanol to skin and mucous membrane is reduced.
Iodine is highly soluble in ethanol, but is poorly soluble in water. Potassium iodide can form potassium triiodide with iodine by adding the potassium iodide, wherein the potassium iodide can be used as a cosolvent to increase the solubility of iodine in water, bind free iodine and delay the volatilization of iodine; meanwhile, when the concentration level of free iodine is lower, the iodine is released, so that the effective iodine is in an effective level for a long time, and the purpose of prolonging the effective period is achieved; the existence of potassium iodate can make the whole body more stable, potassium iodide and potassium iodate are the stabilizer of the iodine disinfectant commonly used, improve the system stability; the stability is improved, the validity period is prolonged, the dosage of single package can be increased, and the risk of failure in a short time is not needed to be worried about after the package is opened; by adding chlorhexidine acetate, the overall sterilizing capability and sterilizing efficiency of the disinfectant can be greatly improved, and the disinfectant is more thorough and rapid to sterilize; by adding the peppermint oil and the glycerin, the functions of water retention and skin moistening are provided, the touch feeling is cool and comfortable, the local temperature of the part where the skin is smeared is reduced, and the irritation to the skin and mucous membranes is relieved.
The invention is an environment-friendly sterilization disinfectant, has extremely strong capability of killing bacteria, and has the characteristics of wide sterilization spectrum and high efficiency; the antibacterial agent can be used at normal temperature, has long antibacterial time, no side effect, low toxicity, safety and effectiveness; the paint has no corrosion to various materials; no harmful substances such as chlorine, aldehyde and the like; has effects of sterilizing, moistening skin, keeping water, refreshing and comfortable touch feeling, and reducing irritation to skin and mucous membrane.
