Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the IgY-containing clear mouthwash, which has stable content of IgY and chlorhexidine, clear solution and fragrant smell and is easily accepted by people; the mouthwash can inhibit pathogenic bacteria in oral cavity, and has the advantages of simple preparation process, low production cost, easy industrial production and good market prospect.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a process for the preparation of the above-mentioned IgY-containing clear collutory.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the IgY-containing clear mouthwash consists of the following components in percentage by mass:
IgY 0.1~0.5%;
0.1-0.5% of 20% chlorhexidine;
0.01-0.15% of a stabilizer I;
0.2-4% of a stabilizer II;
tween-800.002-0.01%;
0.01-0.05% of a flavoring agent;
the balance of water;
wherein the stabilizer I is one or more of chitosan, chitosan hydrochloride or chitosan acetate; the stabilizer II is one or more of xylitol, erythritol or mannitol.
The inventor of the invention finds that although the mixed solution of the IgY and the chlorhexidine has good effects of disinfection, sterilization, anti-inflammation and the like, the IgY solution is unstable at normal temperature, and the titer of the IgY solution tends to be reduced about half a year, so that the curative effect of the IgY solution is influenced. And the IgY and the chlorhexidine have compatibility reaction when being prepared into the mouthwash, and white flocculent precipitate is separated out. In order to solve the problems of stability and curative effect, the inventor finds that when a proper amount of chitosan or chitosan salt is added into a mixed solution of the IgY and the chlorhexidine, the compatibility reaction of the IgY and the chlorhexidine can be well blocked, the mouthwash is kept in a clear state all the time, and meanwhile, the stability of the IgY and the chlorhexidine in an aqueous solution is facilitated. On the basis, the addition of a proper amount of sugar alcohol is more beneficial to the stability of the IgY in the aqueous solution, thereby improving the overall stability and curative effect of the product.
Preferably, the IgY-containing clear mouthwash consists of the following components in percentage by mass:
IgY 0.15~0.5%;
0.15-0.5% of 20% chlorhexidine;
0.01-0.1% of a stabilizer I;
0.5-3% of a stabilizer II;
tween-800.002-0.005%;
0.01-0.05% of a flavoring agent;
the balance being water.
Preferably, the flavoring agent is menthol and/or peppermint oil.
Preferably, the stabilizer I is chitosan, the stabilizer II is xylitol, and the flavoring agent is menthol.
The preparation method of the IgY-containing clear mouthwash comprises the following steps:
s1: adding tween-80 and correctant into part of warm water under stirring, stirring to dissolve, cooling, adding stabilizer II, and stirring to dissolve;
s2: adding IgY into the rest water, stirring until the IgY is dissolved, and filtering;
s3: and (3) uniformly mixing the solutions obtained in the S1 and the S2, adding the stabilizer I, uniformly stirring and mixing, adding the chlorhexidine, uniformly stirring and mixing, and filtering to obtain the IgY-containing clear mouthwash.
Preferably, the stabilizer I is added in the form of a solution, and the mass concentration of the solution of the stabilizer I is 0.5-1.5%.
Preferably, in S1, the warm water has a temperature of 40-50 ℃.
Preferably, in S1, the amount of the warm water is 20% of the total mass of the water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the content of IgY and chlorhexidine in the clear mouthwash provided by the invention is stable, the solution is clear, the smell is fragrant, and the clear mouthwash is easily accepted by people; the mouthwash can inhibit pathogenic bacteria in oral cavity, and has the advantages of simple preparation process, low production cost, easy industrial production and good market prospect.
