Abstract
The invention discloses beef cattle feed which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of bean curd residue, 10-15 parts of corn flour, 10-15 parts of soybean meal, 5-10 parts of vinasse, 3-5 parts of rice bran, 3-5 parts of wheat bran, 1-3 parts of zymophyte, 1-3 parts of trace elements, 1-2 parts of salt, 1-2 parts of baking soda, 0.5-1 part of molasses, 0.5-1 part of compound vitamin and 1-3 parts of traditional Chinese medicine additives. The beef cattle feed can improve the resistance of beef cattle and reduce the morbidity of the beef cattle, the feed produces various beneficial products after fermentation, mycoprotein ingredients and other beneficial ingredients in the feed are improved, the palatability of the feed is good, the appetite of the beef cattle is enhanced, and the beef cattle fed with the feed grow fast and have good meat quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of feed, in particular to beef cattle feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cattle industry is one of the main meat food sources in China. In order to improve beef cattle resistance, it has been common for beef cattle diseases to be prevented by adding antibiotics and antibacterial agents to beef cattle feed. The long-term application of antibiotics and antibacterial drugs to prevent beef cattle diseases not only causes the appearance of a large number of drug-resistant bacteria and insect strains, but also causes the residue of chemical drugs in beef and products thereof, brings great damage to public health and food safety, and is not in line with the food consumption trend of people of 'high quality, low drug residue, green and pollution-free'. There is therefore a need to provide a cattle feed which is green ecological and healthy.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical defects and provide the beef cattle feed which can improve the resistance of beef cattle, reduce the morbidity of the beef cattle and ensure that the bred beef cattle have good growth vigor and good meat quality.
The technical scheme for realizing the invention is as follows: the beef cattle feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of bean curd residue, 10-15 parts of corn flour, 10-15 parts of soybean meal, 5-10 parts of vinasse, 3-5 parts of rice bran, 3-5 parts of wheat bran, 1-3 parts of zymophyte, 1-3 parts of trace elements, 1-2 parts of salt, 1-2 parts of baking soda, 0.5-1 part of molasses, 0.5-1 part of compound vitamin and 1-3 parts of traditional Chinese medicine additives.
Preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-75 parts of bean curd residues, 12-15 parts of corn flour, 12-15 parts of soybean meal, 8-10 parts of vinasse, 4-5 parts of rice bran, 4-5 parts of wheat bran, 2-3 parts of zymophyte, 2-3 parts of trace elements, 1-2 parts of salt, 1-2 parts of baking soda, 0.5-1 part of molasses, 0.5-1 part of compound vitamin and 2-3 parts of traditional Chinese medicine additives.
Preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75 parts of bean curd residue, 15 parts of corn flour, 15 parts of soybean meal, 10 parts of vinasse, 5 parts of rice bran, 5 parts of wheat bran, 3 parts of zymogen, 2 parts of trace elements, 1 part of salt, 1 part of baking soda, 1 part of molasses, 1 part of compound vitamin and 2 parts of traditional Chinese medicine additives.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine additive consists of astragalus mongholicus, sophora flavescens, sweet wormwood, wrinkled gianthyssop herb, honeysuckle, betel nut, dandelion and plantain herb, wherein the mass ratio of the astragalus mongholicus to the sophora flavescens, the sweet wormwood to the wrinkled gianthyssop herb to the honeysuckle to the betel nut to the dandelion and the plantain herb is 2:2:1:1:1:1:1: 1.
Preferably, the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine additive comprises the steps of weighing the raw materials of the astragalus, the radix sophorae flavescentis, the sweet wormwood, the agastache rugosus, the honeysuckle, the betel nut, the dandelion and the plantain herb according to a proportion, then crushing the raw materials, adding water, decocting for 3 times, and combining decoction.
Preferably, the fermentation bacteria agent comprises yeast, aspergillus niger, rhizopus, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and bacillus licheniformis, wherein the strain activity of the fermentation bacteria agent is 1010CFU/g。
The invention also provides a preparation method of the beef cattle feed, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a traditional Chinese medicine additive for later use;
(2) uniformly mixing the bean curd residue, corn flour, bean pulp, rice bran, wheat bran and a fermentation microbial inoculum, fermenting to obtain a fermentation product, and uniformly mixing the fermentation product with vinasse, trace elements, salt, sodium bicarbonate, molasses, compound vitamins and a traditional Chinese medicine additive.

In order to verify that the feed provided by the invention has a good effect in feeding beef cattle, a batch of beef cattle with similar ages in the month (6-12 months old) and strong physique, the weight of the beef cattle is about 500 jin, the beef cattle with good development is randomly divided into 4 groups, each group has 5 heads, the beef cattle are sequentially divided into a test group 1, a test group 2, a test group 3 and a control group, and under the condition of consistent other daily management, the test group 1, the test group 2 and the test group 3 are respectively fed with the feed of the embodiments 1 to 3; the control group comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45% of soybean meal, 10% of oil cake, 30% of corn flour, 5% of rice bran, 5% of wheat bran and 5% of vinasse, and the fermentation is not carried out; the control group is added with 0.8 percent of chlortetracycline on the basis of feeding basic ration, and the feeding amount and the feeding mode of the control group are consistent with those of the test group;
1.2 Breeding management
During the test period of the beef cattle, the beef cattle house and the crib are cleaned and strictly disinfected according to the conventional feeding management, the beef cattle expel insects and the conventional immunity are realized. After the pre-test for 7 days, the weight was weighed on empty stomach one by one, and then the test period was entered, which was 60 days. Initial and final amounts, incidence rates and feed intake and feed conversion ratios were recorded for each group of beef cattle, growth of the beef cattle during the test period, etc.
Table 1 shows the test results
Item | Test group 1 | Test group 2 | Test group 3 | Control group |
