Abstract
一种PVC制品及其稳定剂。稳定剂是由过氯酸盐、烷醇胺及烷醇酰胺所组成,且所述稳定剂中的烷醇胺及烷醇酰胺的总量,占稳定剂的总重量的80‑99wt%,与过氯酸盐的用量重量比,为介于4:1至99:1,有助于PVC制品具有较低的黄度指数(YI)及较高的透明度、尤其是有助于降低PVC皮革的气味。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC制品及其稳定剂,特别是涉及一种PVC制品及其由过氯酸盐与烷醇胺及烷醇酰胺所组成的稳定剂。
背景技术
PVC的结构特殊,在高温和高剪切的条件下进行加工,容易脱去分子上的HCL,结果导致PVC聚合物热降解、PVC产品色变(即色质变黄)和制品机械性能下降,进而影响其使用寿命。因此,需要添加热稳定剂,例如添加铅盐类热稳定剂,来增加其稳定性。
但是,随着全世界环保意识的日益强化,且致力减少PVC的重金属含量,铅盐类热稳定剂将被无毒的稳定剂(stabilizer)产品取代。
例如,美国专利6,348,517B1教导组合使用聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇及其酯化物,如己二酸酯和二苯甲酸酯及其醚,混合钙/锌脂肪酸盐,作为PVC稳定剂。
英国GB1151108(A)公开号教导用二丙二醇(dipropyleneglycol)和其他高沸点多羟基化合物,如季戊四醇和二季戊四醇,光稳定化PVC。
法国FR1211814(A)公开号教导使用丙三醇或丙二醇与硬脂酸钙或Na2CO3作为PVC稳定剂。
日本昭61-9451(JPS619451A)号公开案,教导使用特定的高氯酸乙醇铵来防止含氯树脂的变色。
美国第2004054043公开号教导使用过氯酸盐与烷醇胺作为PVC的稳定剂,但其应用于PVC皮革以外的其它PVC产品的黄度指数(yellow index,YI)仍偏高。
更具体而言,现有技术中用于含卤素聚合物的稳定剂,还没有教导使用过氯酸盐、烷醇胺与烷醇酰胺的组合作为热稳定剂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于揭露一种稳定剂,由至少一种过氯酸盐(特别是碱金属或碱土金属过氯酸盐)与至少一种通式(I)烷醇胺与至少一种通式(II)烷醇酰胺所制得的混合物,尤其高度适合用于安定含氯聚合物,特别是PVC。
本发明的稳定剂,基于稳定剂的总重量,包含以下成分,且各成分的总合为100重量%:
a)1-20wt%(重量百分比)的过氯酸盐,分子式为M(ClO4)n,其中,M为锂(Li)、钠(Na)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)、铯(Sr)、钡(Ba)、锌(Zn)、铝(Al)、镧(La)、铈(Ce)或菱水镁铝石层状晶格阳离子;n为1、2或3,依M的价数而定;当M为菱水镁铝石层状晶格阳离子,0<n<1;
b)30-98wt%的烷醇胺;及
c)1-50wt%的烷醇酰胺;
所述烷醇胺为具下列通式(I)的烷醇胺,
所述烷醇酰胺为具下列通式(II)的烷醇酰胺,
其中,R1或R2是H、C1-C22的烷基、C2-C22的烯基、C2-C22的醚基、C2-C22的酯基、C2-C22的酰胺基、C2-C22的羟基、C4-C8的环烷基(其可在β位经OH取代)、C6-C10的芳基或C7-C10的烷芳基;
R3或R4是H、C1-C22的烷基、C2-C1的烯基、C6-C10的芳基或CH2—X—R6,其中X是O、S、—O—CO—或—COO—;
R5是H或OH;
R6是H、C1-C22的烷基、C2-C22的烯基、C6-C10的芳基。
优选地,所述过氯酸盐的优选实例,为沸石、NaClO4或KClO4。
优选地,所述稳定剂中具通式(I)的烷醇胺及具通式(II)的烷醇酰胺的总量,相对于所述过氯酸盐的重量比,介于4:1至99:1。
优选地,所述稳定剂添加于含氯聚合物时,以100重量份数PVC为基准,所述稳定剂中具通式(I)的烷醇胺及具通式(II)的烷醇酰胺的总量,为介于0.01至10重量份数,优选为介于0.05至5重量份数。
本发明的又一主要目的在于揭露一种PVC制品,添加本发明的稳定剂制成。优选地,所述PVC制品为PVC管材、PVC片材或PVC皮革。
本发明的稳定剂的有益效果,包括:有助于PVC制品具有较低的黄度指数(YI)、有助于提升PVC制品的透明度、尤其是有助于降低PVC皮革的气味。

具体实施方式
本发明的稳定剂(或稳定剂),适合用于安定含氯聚合物,特别是PVC,尤其是,可降低PVC皮革的气味。
本发明的稳定剂,基于稳定剂的总重量,是包含以下成分的混合物,且各成分的总合为100重量%:
a)1-20wt%的过氯酸盐;
b)30-98wt%的烷醇胺;
c)1-50wt%烷醇酰胺。
本发明的稳定剂中,所述烷醇胺及烷醇酰胺是必备的成分,且所述稳定剂中的烷醇胺及烷醇酰胺的总量,占稳定剂的总重量的80-99wt%,与过氯酸盐的用量重量比,为介于4:1至99:1。
当所述稳定剂中的烷醇胺及烷醇酰胺的总量,超过其总重量的99wt%或低于其总重量的80wt%时,当使用于安定含氯聚合物,将导致PVC产品的黄度指数(YI)仍偏高,且对于PVC皮革的除臭效果不佳。
本发明的稳定剂中,如果除排使用烷醇胺成分,仅使用所述过氯酸盐与所述烷醇酰胺的组合作为PVC的稳定剂,当使用于安定含氯聚合物,将导致PVC产品的黄度指数(YI)仍偏高,且对于PVC皮革的除臭效果不佳。
所述过氯酸盐的分子式为M(ClO4)n,其中,M为锂(Li)、钠(Na)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)、铯(Sr)、钡(Ba)、锌(Zn)、铝(Al)、镧(La)、铈(Ce)或菱水镁铝石层状晶格阳离子;优选为钠(Na)或钾(K)。n为1、2或3,依M的价数而定;或者,在M为菱水镁铝石层状晶格阳离子的情况中,0<n<1。
这些过氯酸盐的常见形式,可为溶液形式,例如过氯酸盐在水或有机溶剂中形成溶液;或为被吸收于载体上的形式,如PVC、硅酸钙、沸石或菱水镁铝石;或为利用醇类(多元醇、糊精)或利用醚醇类或酯醇类或冠醚错合或溶解的过氯酸盐。
所述烷醇胺为具下列通式(I)的烷醇胺,
所述烷醇酰胺为具下列通式(II)的烷醇酰胺,
其中,R1或R2是H、C1-C22的烷基、C2-C22的烯基、C2-C22的醚基、C2-C22的酯基、C2-C22的酰胺基、C2-C22的羟基、C4-C8的环烷基(其可在β位经OH取代)、C6-C10的芳基或C7-C10的烷芳基;
R3或R4是H、C1-C22的烷基、C数大于2的烯基(例如:C2~C22)、C6-C10的芳基或CH2—X—R6,其中X是O、S、—O—CO—或—COO—;
R5是H或OH;
R6是H、C1-C22的烷基、C2-C22的烯基、C6-C10的芳基。
通式(I)的烷醇胺及通式(II)的烷醇酰胺为市面上可购得的化学品,或可借已知方法对应胺或氨进行N-烷基化而制得。

本发明的稳定剂,作为含氯聚合物的稳定剂使用时,其中的通式(I)的烷醇胺及通式(II)的烷醇酰胺的总量,以100重量份数PVC为基准,是介于0.01至10重量份数,优选为介于0.05至5重量份数。
本发明的稳定剂,作为含氯聚合物的稳定剂使用时,其中的过氯酸盐的用量,以100重量份数PVC为基准,是介于0.001至5重量份数,优选为介于0.01至3重量份数,特优选为介于0.01至2重量份数。
本发明的稳定剂,适合作为含氯聚合物的稳定剂使用。而且,所述含氯聚合物的种类,包括未增塑或不含增塑剂或实质上不含增塑剂的组合物,也包括含增塑剂的组合物。
更具体而言,适用的含氯聚合物,包括:氯乙烯、偏二氯乙烯的聚合物,结构中含有氯乙烯单元的乙烯基树脂,如氯乙烯与脂肪酸乙烯酯(特别是乙酸乙烯酯)的共聚物,氯乙烯与丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯及丙烯腈的共聚物,氯乙烯与二烯化合物及与不饱和二羧酸或其酸酐的共聚物,如氯乙烯与马来酸二乙酯、富马酸二乙酯或马来酸酐的共聚物,后氯化聚合物及氯乙烯、氯乙烯和偏二氯乙烯与不饱和醛类、酮类及其他如丙烯醛、巴豆醛、乙烯基甲基酮、乙烯基甲基醚、乙烯基异丁基醚等的共聚物;偏二氯乙烯聚合物及其与氯乙烯和其他可聚合化合物的共聚物;氯乙酸乙烯酯的聚合物和二氯二乙烯基醚的共聚物;乙酸乙烯酯的氯化聚合物,丙烯酸与经α取代丙烯酸的氯化聚酯;氯化苯乙烯如二氯苯乙烯的聚合物;氯化橡胶;乙烯的氯化聚合物;氯丁二烯的聚合物和后氯化聚合物,及此等与氯乙烯的共聚物,氯化天然或合成橡胶,以及所提及聚合物与其本身或其他可聚合化合物的混合物。
就本发明而言,所述PVC的范围,包括PVC均聚物,PVC与聚丙烯酸酯结合的聚合物、PVC与EVA、ABS或MBS的接枝共聚物、或PVC与可聚合化合物如丙烯腈、乙酸乙烯酯或ABS的共聚物。其中,所述共聚物可为悬浮聚合物、本体聚合物或者是乳化聚合物。
所述PVC的其他可能聚合物,为上述均聚物与共聚物(特别是氯乙烯均聚物)和其他热塑性或/及弹性聚合物的混合物,特别是与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、MBS、丙烯腈-丁二烯(NBR)、苯乙烯-丙烯腈(SAN)、EVA、CPE、MBAS、PMA、PMMA、EPDM或特别是与选自ABS、NBR、丙烯腈-丙烯酸酯(NAR)、SAN及乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)所成群组的聚内酯的掺合物。其他可能聚合物特别是以丙烯酸酯为主的苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(ASA)。
本发明的稳定剂,可以乳化液、分散液(例如糊状混合物)、母料、薄片或丸粒的形式,直接添加至含氯聚合物的加工装置(例如压延机、混合器、捏炼机或挤出机等等)。
本发明的PVC产品,经过添加使用本发明的稳定剂后,可以通过研磨、压延、挤出、注射模塑、纺丝或挤压吹塑等加工手段制得所需要的形状。例如,所制得PVC产品,可为刚性、半刚性或挠性PVC产品,或作为塑料溶胶使用。
所述刚性PVC产品的范围,包括中空制品(瓶子)、包装薄膜建筑材料、PVC管或设备的PVC外壳等。
所述半刚性或挠性PVC产品的范围,包括电缆绝缘层、地板覆盖物、覆墙材料、汽车零件、软薄膜、注射成型物或软管等。
PVC产品作为塑料溶胶使用的实例,为人造革地板覆盖物、织物涂层、覆墙材料、螺管涂层及汽车用底封层。
以下列举实施例具体说明本发明的内容及可达成的功效,但本发明并不仅局限于此等实施例。实施例的各项物性,是以下列方法进行评估:
黄度指数(YI):
根据ASTM D-1925-70测定,包括以3分钟的间隔测定。
PVC片材的透明度:
根据ASTM D2805-80测定。PVC片材的透明度,以透明度(%)的数值表示,数值愈高,透明度愈好。
PVC皮革气味:
皮料以剪裁10×20cm面积置入1L玻璃容器,放置烘箱以80℃、2小时的条件烘烤,取出后冷却至60±5℃,再由合格的闻嗅师(经车厂受训并认证合格的人员)闻嗅判定。低级数值表示越无气味。
实施例1-2及比较例1-3:
以100重量份数(以下简称为份数)PVC为基准,按表3选择稳定剂,且添加到包含下列成分的干料混合物,制得PVC制品:
100.0份数 Evipol SH 5730 PVC,K值57(来自EVC);
5.0份数 Paralold BTA III N 2[MBS(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)改性剂(来自Rohm&Haas)];
0.5份数 Paraloid K 120N[丙烯酸酯加工助剂(来自Rohm&Haas)];
0.5份数 Paraloid K 175[丙烯酸酯加工助剂(来自Rohm&Haas)];
0.3份数 蜡E[酯蜡(褐藻蜡)(来自BASF)];
1.0份数 Loxiol G 16[甘油的脂肪酸偏酯(来自Henkel)];
3.0份数 ESO(环氧大豆油)。
其中,实施例1-2的稳定剂,包括0.6份数30%过氯酸钠水溶液及总量0.4份数的烷醇胺及烷醇酰胺。
将制得的PVC制品在180℃的混合辊上滚压5分钟形成滚炼胶片,再根据ASTM D-1925-70测定胶片的黄度指数(YI值),结果如表3。
从所形成滚炼胶片,取下厚度0.3毫米的薄膜试验条。将薄膜样品放在190℃的烘箱(Mathis-Thermo-Takter)中受热及进行静热试验,再根据ASTM D-1925-70以3分钟间隔测定黄度指数(YI值),结果如表4。

4.烷醇酰胺(B)N,N’-Bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ricinoleamide。

因为PVC制品劣化易引发黄变,从比较表3及表4的黄度指数(YI值)的结果,显示PVC制品使用实施例1-2的烷醇胺与烷醇酰胺结合过氯酸钠配方的稳定剂,具有较低的黄度指数(YI)。也就是,实施例1-2的稳定剂具有良好的安定作用或起始颜色。
实施例3-4及比较例4-6:
以100重量份数(以下简称份数)PVC为基准,按表5选择稳定剂,且添加到包含下列成分的干料混合物,压制制得PVC片材:
100.0份数 Evipol SH 7020 PVC,K值70(来自EVC);
47.0份数 邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;
3.0份数 ESO(环氧大豆油);
0.3份数 Loxiol G 71S[己二酸新戊四醇酯复合酯润滑剂(来自Henkel)];
0.1份数 硬脂酸钙。
其中,实施例3-4的稳定剂,包括0.5份数30%过氯酸钠丁基二乙二醇溶液及总量0.4份数的烷醇胺及烷醇酰胺。
将制得的PVC片材在180℃的混合辊上滚压5分钟形成滚炼胶片,取多片滚炼胶片,放入压制机中压制时间2分钟,制成厚度达2毫米的PVC片材。根据ASTM D-1925-70测定PVC片材的黄度指数(YI值),以及,根据ASTM D2805-80测量PVC片材的透明度,结果如表5。

因为PVC制品劣化易引发黄变,从比较表5的黄度指数(YI值)及透明度%的结果,显示PVC片材使用实施例3-4的烷醇胺与烷醇酰胺结合过氯酸钠配方的稳定剂,具有较低的黄度指数(YI)及较高透明度(%)。也就是,实施例3-4的稳定剂具有良好的安定作用及提升PVC片材的透明度。
实施例5-6及比较例7-8:
以100重量份数(以下简称份数)PVC为基准,按表6选择稳定剂,且添加到包含下列成分的干料混合物,制得PVC皮革:
100.0份数 Evipol SH 5730 PVC,K值57(来自EVC);
92.0份数 邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;
10.0份数 填料;
2.0份数 ESO(环氧大豆油);
0.2份数 硬酯酸钙;
0.5份数 钙锌稳定剂;
3.0份数 ESO(环氧大豆油);
0.6份数 30%过氯酸钠水溶液。
其中,实施例5-6的稳定剂,包括0.6份数30%过氯酸钠水溶液及总量0.4份数的烷醇胺及烷醇酰胺。
将制得的PVC制品在180℃的混合辊上滚压5分钟形成滚炼胶片。从所形成滚炼胶片,取下厚度0.3毫米的薄膜试验条,与不织布贴合后,再经发泡与表面处理程序,得到试验用的PVC皮革。
将剪裁成10cm×20cm面积的PVC皮革,置入1L的玻璃容器,放置烘箱以80℃、2小时的条件烘烤,取出后冷却至60±5℃,再由合格闻嗅师闻嗅判定PVC皮革的气味,结果如表6。

从比较表6的PVC皮革的气味测试的结果,显示PVC皮革使用实施例5-6的烷醇胺与烷醇酰胺结合过氯酸钠配方的稳定剂,具有降低PVC皮革气味的效果。

Claims (8)
1.一种稳定剂,其特征在于,基于所述稳定剂的总重量,包含以下成分,且各成分的总合为100wt%:
a)1-20wt%的过氯酸盐,分子式为M(ClO4)n,其中,M为锂、钠、钾、镁、钙、铯、钡、锌、铝、镧、铈或菱水镁铝石层状晶格阳离子;n为1、2或3,依M的价数而定;当M为菱水镁铝石层状晶格阳离子,0<n<1;
b)30-98wt%的烷醇胺;及
c)1-50wt%的烷醇酰胺;
所述烷醇胺为具下列通式(I)的烷醇胺,
所述烷醇酰胺为具下列通式(II)的烷醇酰胺,
其中,
R1或R2是H、C1-C22的烷基、C2-C22的烯基、C2-C22的醚基、C2-C22的酯基、C2-C22的酰胺基、C2-C22的羟基、C4-C8的环烷基(其可在β位经OH取代)、C6-C10的芳基或C7-C10的烷芳基;
R3或R4是H、C1-C22的烷基、C2-C1的烯基、C6-C10的芳基或CH2—X—R6,其中X是O、S、—O—CO—或—COO—;
R5是H或OH;
R6是H、C1-C22的烷基、C2-C22的烯基、C6-C10的芳基。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稳定剂,其特征在于,所述过氯酸盐的分子式为NaClO4或KClO4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的稳定剂,其特征在于,所述过氯酸盐为沸石。
4.根据权利要求1所述的稳定剂,其特征在于,通式(I)的烷醇胺及通式(II)的烷醇酰胺的总量,相对于所述过氯酸盐的重量比,介于4:1至99:1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的稳定剂,其特征在于,以100重量份数PVC为基准,所述通式(I)的烷醇胺及通式(II)的烷醇酰胺的总量,为介于0.01至10重量份数。
6.根据权利要求4所述的稳定剂,其特征在于,以100重量份数PVC为基准,所述通式(I)的烷醇胺及通式(II)的烷醇酰胺的总量,为介于0.05至5重量份数。
7.一种PVC制品,其特征在于,所述PVC制品是添加根据权利要求1所述的稳定剂所制成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的PVC制品,其特征在于,所述PVC制品为PVC管材、PVC片材或PVC皮革。
