Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily-use chemical industry, relates to ginger powder and a preparation method and application thereof, and particularly relates to ginger powder with mite and acne removing effects and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Ginger is a plant of the genus zingiberaceae and belongs to perennial herb perennial root plants, and is widely cultivated in the middle, southeast to southwest provinces of China, and is also commonly cultivated in subtropical regions. Ginger is the first plant used as both medicine and food in China, rhizome is the main part used as medicine and food, and fresh rhizome becomes ginger. The theory of traditional Chinese medicine considers that the ginger is pungent in taste, slightly warm in nature, enters lung, spleen and stomach channels, and has the effects of relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, warming middle-jiao, arresting vomiting and the like. Modern medical research proves that the ginger has the effects of promoting blood circulation, regulating central nerves, resisting oxidation, diminishing inflammation, easing pain, resisting allergy, inhibiting bacteria, preventing corrosion, killing insects and the like.
The ginger has complex chemical components, and contains various components such as ginger essential oil, ginger oleoresin, curcumin and the like besides abundant proteins, polysaccharides, vitamins and various trace elements. The ginger is used as a seasoning by taking raw materials and powder, and mainly extracts active ingredients of the ginger through a deep processing technology and is applied to the fields of food, medicine and daily chemicals. After the active ingredients of the ginger are extracted, a large amount of ginger residues exist, and the ginger residues are usually used as organic fertilizers or directly discarded, so that not only is the resource waste caused, but also the environmental pollution is caused.
Demodex mites include two species, follicular Demodex mites (long mites for short) and sebaceous Demodex mites (short mites for short). Demodex folliculorum parasitizes on hair follicles; sebaceous Demodex mites parasitize sebaceous glands, feeding on sebum. Demodex mites are permanent parasites of human facial skin. The mass propagation of the demodex facilitates the introduction of pathogenic microorganisms on the surface of the skin into hair follicles and sebaceous glands to cause secondary infection, which leads to folliculitis and sebaceous gland inflammation, namely clinically manifested whelk (acne). Therefore, the effective components with the functions of resisting acne related microorganisms and removing mites are particularly important for acne-removing products. The mite removal is mainly based on physical and medicinal treatment modes, and most people naturally resist special physical and medicinal treatment, so that the development of mild and non-irritant plant daily mite removal and acne removal products is a major trend for future development. There are some reports in the prior art on mite control using ginger.
For example, CN107519113A discloses a skin-moisturizing and mite-killing body wash and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 15-19 parts of citronella liquid, 10-18 parts of grifola frondosa extract, 15-30 parts of tea bran liquid, 10-12 parts of ginger liquid, 3-8 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 22-40 parts of amino acid potassium soap and 5-18 parts of potassium glycinate. The grifola frondosa in the application has the effects of treating regurgitation, chronic cough and watery diarrhea, and also has the remarkable mite removing effect, and the volatile oil in the grifola frondosa has various effects of sterilization, purification, sedation and relaxation, and is suitable for all skin types; the formula of the pure traditional Chinese medicines is adopted, no chemical additive is contained, the mulberry essence is fully extracted, and multiple traditional Chinese medicines are selected to be matched with the formula, so that the skin dirt is cleaned, the skin can be timely removed with mites, the good mite removing effect is achieved, the skin can be fine and smooth, the skin is suitable for any skin, and any skin sensitivity cannot be caused.
For example, CN106167744A discloses a preparation method of a plant bacteriostatic and acarid-removing laundry detergent, which comprises the steps of firstly obtaining coconut oil from coconut juice through fermentation, then obtaining a matrine mixture from sophora flavescens roots through ultrasonic extraction, then carrying out acid boiling on shallots, gingers and garlic, then carrying out decoloration and deodorization to obtain a mixed extract, then carrying out culture and fermentation on xanthomonas bacterium to obtain xanthan gum, finally mixing the xanthan gum with the matrine mixture and the scallion, ginger and garlic extract, and then adding a surfactant and stirring to obtain the plant bacteriostatic and acarid-removing laundry detergent. The laundry detergent prepared by the invention has good mite and bacteria inhibiting effects, can quickly remove oil stains, is completely plant components, does not contain harmful substances, and does not harm human health.
However, the active ingredients (such as decoction, ginger oil or extract) extracted from ginger by a deep processing technology are basically utilized in the prior art, and the ginger extract and other related mite removing ingredients are basically required to be combined for application to obtain a good mite removing effect.

140 experimenters (male 70 and female 70) are randomly selected and divided into 7 groups, and each group comprises 20 experimenters (male 10 and female 10), wherein the experimenters have no history of allergic dermatitis, do not use any irritant product within one month, and meet the volunteer selection standard of a subject. The facial soap prepared in application examples 1-5 and comparative application examples 1-2 was weighed accurately, and 100 times of water was added by weight to dissolve completely. A closed spot-sticking experimental method is adopted, 0.025mL of soap diluent is coated in a spot tester chamber produced by Beijing science popularization instrument factories, a spot tester is pasted on the back of a subject by using an external special adhesive tape, the spot tester is removed after 48 hours of pasting, the residual liquid on the back is slightly wiped off by using a wet paper towel, the experimental result is recorded according to the skin reaction grading standard in the technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015), and the skin reaction grading standard is shown in the following table.
The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the data in Table 1: the facial soap with the mite and acne removing effects has high safety performance, wherein the extraction conditions and the mesh size of the ginger powder raw material in the treatment process can influence the safety performance of the facial soap.
(2) Mite killing test
Taking a glass jar, adding 3g of the products of application examples 1-5 and comparative application examples 1-2, adding 6L of water, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; taking 20cm × 10cm cloth, folding into 10cm × 10cm double-layer cloth, wrapping 100 mites therein, placing into the above glass jar, totally immersing into liquid, opening the stirrer to middle level, and stirring for 5 min. Taking out the cloth, pouring out the water in the glass jar, adding 6L of clean water again, putting the cloth in the water in the glass jar again, stirring for 5min, and repeating the step for 3 times; and taking out the cloth, observing, recording the number of mites on the cloth, and calculating the mite washing rate. The experiment was repeated three times. Note: the mites of this experiment were dust mites that can cause allergic reactions in humans.
Calculating the formula: the mite removing rate (%) - (I-II)/I multiplied by 100%; i: number of experimental mites, ii: the number of residual mites.
The results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
From the results of table 2, it can be seen that: the facial soap with the mite and acne removing effects has a good mite removing effect, but if the mesh number of the ginger powder in the facial soap is not in the range of 40-120 meshes, the mite removing effect is slightly poor; however, when the ginger powder in the facial soap is subjected to extraction treatment, the extraction temperature is too high, the pressure is too high, and the time is too long, so that the mite removing effect is remarkably poor.
(3) Mite killing test:
taking a glass jar, taking 3g of products (test groups) of application examples 1-5 and comparative application examples 1-2, adding 6L of water, and stirring until the products are completely dissolved; sewing non-woven fabric into 10cm × 10cm cloth bag, wrapping 100 mites therein, sealing, placing into the above glass jar, immersing into liquid, opening the stirrer to middle level, and stirring for 20 min. And taking out the cloth, observing, recording the number of the live mites and the number of the dead mites on the cloth, and calculating the acaricidal rate. The experiment was repeated three times. The control group did not add any product to the water.
Calculating the formula:
the natural mortality rate N1 (%) -the number of mites before the control group experiment-the number of mites after the control group experiment/the number of mites before the control group experiment multiplied by 100%;
mite killing rate Kt (%) -mite number before experiment (1-natural mortality N1) -mite number after experiment/mite number before experiment (1-natural mortality N1) × 100% in experiment group.
The results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3
From the data in table 3: the facial soap with the mite and acne removing effects has a good mite killing effect, but if the mesh number of the ginger powder in the facial soap is not in the range of 40-120 meshes, the mite killing effect is slightly poor; however, when the ginger powder in the facial soap is subjected to extraction treatment, the extraction temperature is too high, the pressure is too high, the time is too long, and the acaricidal effect is remarkably poor.
