背景技术
氧化铝空心球砖是使用比较广泛的一种高温隔热材料,具有较好的耐高温性能及保温隔热性,在高温窑炉中起保温和隔热的作用。氧化铝空心球砖具有优良的耐高温性能及隔热保温性能,可直接用于高温窑炉的工作衬。但是,普通的氧化铝空心球砖由于氧化铝空心球骨料颗粒呈球面,颗粒之间点结合,不能形成网络交错、相互镶嵌的高强结构,颗粒之间结合力极差,再加上普通氧化铝空心球砖的基质相主要是刚玉,导致该制品热震稳定性极差同时力学性能不佳,大大影响了氧化铝空心球砖的使用,使用氧化铝空心球砖的窑炉寿命极低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种氧化铝空心球砖及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种氧化铝空心球砖,由下列重量份物质组成:
45~50份氧化铝粉末;
25~30份氧化铝空心微球颗粒;
10~15份包覆浆液;
10~15份粘土;
所述包覆浆液是由二氧化硅、氧化铝、生石灰、氧化镁、氧化钾和氧化钠球磨粉碎后熔融烧制,再经冷却后破碎研磨与硫酸钡溶液混合制备而成。
所述的氧化铝粉末粒径为2.5μm。
一种氧化铝空心球砖的制备方法,具体制备步骤为:
S1、取葡萄糖溶液并置于反应釜中,搅拌混合并保温反应,收集反应液并离心分离,收集下层沉淀并洗涤得洗涤颗粒,干燥得干燥模板颗粒;本发明技术方案通过以葡萄糖或蔗糖为前驱物,经水热合成,制备的模板碳球的表面结构与多糖类似,分布有大量的羟基与羰基,具有良好的亲水性,与传统的模板相比,碳球合成过程中无需使用任何有机溶剂、引发剂和表面活性剂;
S2、按重量份数计,分别称量45~50份乙醇、10~15份0.5mol/L硝酸铝溶液、3~5份干燥模板颗粒置于三角烧瓶中,超声分散收集分散液并置于室温下静置,过滤并收集滤饼,干燥得干燥复合颗粒并置于管式气氛炉中,升温加热并保温焙烧,静置冷却至室温,得氧化铝空心微球颗粒。在焙烧过程中,通过铝离子从溶液中被吸附到碳球表面,当碳球分散到硝酸铝溶液中后,存在一个能吸附金属离子的活性层铝离子被吸附到了碳球表面,与碳球表面的基团结合,在碳球表面形成了一个复合的壳层,同时该壳层可以避免碳球间的进一步团聚,通过该空心微球有效填充,改善材料的结构性能和分散强度;
S3、按重量份数计,分别称量45~50份二氧化硅、10~15份氧化铝、20~30份生石灰、5~8份氧化镁、1~2份氧化钾和1~2份氧化钠置于球磨罐中,球磨处理并收集球磨粉末,将球磨粉末置于马弗炉中,保温熔融后水淬处理并破碎研磨,得改性粉末并按质量比1:5,将改性粉末与硫酸钡搅拌混合,超声分散并过筛网,得包覆浆液;本发明技术方案通过在空心球材料表面包覆一层玻璃浆液,由于玻璃料浆液与粘土在熔烧过程中形成复杂的致密结构,通过形成的致密层改善材料表面的结构性能,同时难熔氧化物微细颗粒对瓷釉起到强化和锚固作用,改善了复合空心球砖材料的结合性能,使所有材料通过其作为界面锚固层进行锚固处理,填充材料内部的同时,有效密实材料的内部结构,进一步提高材料的结构性能,改善材料的抗热震性能;
S4、按重量份数计,分别称量45~50份氧化铝粉末、25~30份氧化铝空心微球颗粒、10~15份包覆浆液、10~15份粘土置于搅拌机中,搅拌混合并浇注至模具中,自然干燥后,入隧道干燥器中干燥,随后烧结成型即可制备得所述氧化铝空心球砖。
步骤S1所述的葡萄糖溶液浓度为1mol/L。
步骤S2所述的升温加热并保温焙烧为按5℃/min升温至350~450℃,保温反应3~5h后,再按3℃/min升温至550℃,通入空气并保温焙烧3~5h。

(1)本发明技术方案通过以葡萄糖或蔗糖为前驱物,经水热合成,制备的模板碳球的表面结构与多糖类似,分布有大量的羟基与羰基,具有良好的亲水性,与传统的模板相比,碳球合成过程中无需使用任何有机溶剂、引发剂和表面活性剂,同时本发明技术方案制备的空心微球在焙烧过程中,通过铝离子从溶液中被吸附到碳球表面,当碳球分散到硝酸铝溶液中后,存在一个能吸附金属离子的活性层铝离子被吸附到了碳球表面,与碳球表面的基团结合,在碳球表面形成了一个复合的壳层,同时该壳层可以避免碳球间的进一步团聚,通过该空心微球有效填充,改善材料的结构性能和分散强度;
(2)本发明技术方案通过在空心球材料表面包覆一层玻璃浆液,由于玻璃料浆液与粘土在熔烧过程中形成复杂的致密结构,通过形成的致密层改善材料表面的结构性能,同时难熔氧化物微细颗粒对瓷釉起到强化和锚固作用,改善了复合空心球砖材料的结合性能,使所有材料通过其作为界面锚固层进行锚固处理,填充材料内部的同时,有效密实材料的内部结构,进一步提高材料的结构性能,改善材料的抗热震性能。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
取1mol/L葡萄糖溶液并置于反应釜中,搅拌混合并置于180℃烘箱中保温反应2~3h,收集反应液并置于4500~5000r/min下离心分离10~15min,收集下层沉淀并用去离子水和无水乙醇冲洗3~5次,得洗涤颗粒并置于75~85℃下干燥3~5h,得干燥模板颗粒;按重量份数计,分别称量45~50份乙醇、10~15份0.5mol/L硝酸铝溶液、3~5份干燥模板颗粒置于三角烧瓶中,再在200~300W下超声分散10~15min,收集分散液并置于室温下静置6~8h,过滤并收集滤饼,将滤饼置于100~110℃下干燥至恒重后,再将干燥复合颗粒置于管式气氛炉中,通氮气排除空气,再在氮气气氛下按5℃/min升温至350~450℃,保温反应3~5h后,再按3℃/min升温至550℃,通入空气并保温焙烧3~5h,静置冷却至室温,得氧化铝空心微球颗粒;按重量份数计,分别称量45~50份二氧化硅、10~15份氧化铝、20~30份生石灰、5~8份氧化镁、1~2份氧化钾和1~2份氧化钠置于球磨罐中,球磨处理并收集球磨粉末,将球磨粉末置于马弗炉中,再在1300~1500℃下保温熔融1~2h,水淬处理并破碎研磨过500目筛,得改性粉末并按质量比1:5,将改性粉末与质量分数1%硫酸钡搅拌混合并置于室温下超声分散10~15min,过0.21~0.22μm筛网,得包覆浆液;按重量份数计,分别称量45~50份氧化铝粉末、25~30份氧化铝空心微球颗粒、10~15份包覆浆液、10~15份粘土置于搅拌机中,搅拌混合并浇注至模具中,自然干燥12h后,入隧道干燥器中干燥36h,再在1300~1620℃下烧结成型即可制备得所述氧化铝空心球砖。
实施例1

实施例2
取1mol/L葡萄糖溶液并置于反应釜中,搅拌混合并置于180℃烘箱中保温反应3h,收集反应液并置于4700r/min下离心分离12min,收集下层沉淀并用去离子水和无水乙醇冲洗4次,得洗涤颗粒并置于80℃下干燥4h,得干燥模板颗粒;按重量份数计,分别称量47份乙醇、12份0.5mol/L硝酸铝溶液、4份干燥模板颗粒置于三角烧瓶中,再在250W下超声分散12min,收集分散液并置于室温下静置7h,过滤并收集滤饼,将滤饼置于105℃下干燥至恒重后,再将干燥复合颗粒置于管式气氛炉中,通氮气排除空气,再在氮气气氛下按5℃/min升温至400℃,保温反应4h后,再按3℃/min升温至550℃,通入空气并保温焙烧4h,静置冷却至室温,得氧化铝空心微球颗粒;按重量份数计,分别称量47份二氧化硅、12份氧化铝、25份生石灰、7份氧化镁、1份氧化钾和1份氧化钠置于球磨罐中,球磨处理并收集球磨粉末,将球磨粉末置于马弗炉中,再在1400℃下保温熔融1h,水淬处理并破碎研磨过500目筛,得改性粉末并按质量比1:5,将改性粉末与质量分数1%硫酸钡搅拌混合并置于室温下超声分散12min,过0.21μm筛网,得包覆浆液;按重量份数计,分别称量47份氧化铝粉末、27份氧化铝空心微球颗粒、12份包覆浆液、12份粘土置于搅拌机中,搅拌混合并浇注至模具中,自然干燥12h后,入隧道干燥器中干燥36h,再在1500℃下烧结成型即可制备得所述氧化铝空心球砖。
实施例3
取1mol/L葡萄糖溶液并置于反应釜中,搅拌混合并置于180℃烘箱中保温反应3h,收集反应液并置于5000r/min下离心分离15min,收集下层沉淀并用去离子水和无水乙醇冲洗5次,得洗涤颗粒并置于85℃下干燥5h,得干燥模板颗粒;按重量份数计,分别称量50份乙醇、15份0.5mol/L硝酸铝溶液、5份干燥模板颗粒置于三角烧瓶中,再在300W下超声分散15min,收集分散液并置于室温下静置8h,过滤并收集滤饼,将滤饼置于110℃下干燥至恒重后,再将干燥复合颗粒置于管式气氛炉中,通氮气排除空气,再在氮气气氛下按5℃/min升温至450℃,保温反应5h后,再按3℃/min升温至550℃,通入空气并保温焙烧3~5h,静置冷却至室温,得氧化铝空心微球颗粒;按重量份数计,分别称量50份二氧化硅、15份氧化铝、30份生石灰、8份氧化镁、2份氧化钾和2份氧化钠置于球磨罐中,球磨处理并收集球磨粉末,将球磨粉末置于马弗炉中,再在1500℃下保温熔融2h,水淬处理并破碎研磨过500目筛,得改性粉末并按质量比1:5,将改性粉末与质量分数1%硫酸钡搅拌混合并置于室温下超声分散15min,过0.22μm筛网,得包覆浆液;按重量份数计,分别称量50份氧化铝粉末、30份氧化铝空心微球颗粒、15份包覆浆液、15份粘土置于搅拌机中,搅拌混合并浇注至模具中,自然干燥12h后,入隧道干燥器中干燥36h,再在1620℃下烧结成型即可制备得所述氧化铝空心球砖。
实施例4
取1mol/L葡萄糖溶液并置于反应釜中,搅拌混合并置于180℃烘箱中保温反应3h,收集反应液并置于5000r/min下离心分离15min,收集下层沉淀并用去离子水和无水乙醇冲洗5次,得洗涤颗粒并置于85℃下干燥5h,得干燥模板颗粒;按重量份数计,分别称量50份乙醇、15份0.5mol/L硝酸铝溶液、5份干燥模板颗粒置于三角烧瓶中,再在300W下超声分散15min,收集分散液并置于室温下静置8h,过滤并收集滤饼,将滤饼置于110℃下干燥至恒重后,再将干燥复合颗粒置于管式气氛炉中,通氮气排除空气,再在氮气气氛下按5℃/min升温至450℃,保温反应5h后,再按3℃/min升温至550℃,通入空气并保温焙烧3~5h,静置冷却至室温,得氧化铝空心微球颗粒;按重量份数计,分别称量50份氧化铝粉末、30份氧化铝空心微球颗粒、15份包覆浆液、15份粘土置于搅拌机中,搅拌混合并浇注至模具中,自然干燥12h后,入隧道干燥器中干燥36h,再在1620℃下烧结成型即可制备得所述氧化铝空心球砖。

对实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4进行性能测试,所述的实施例4为未添加包覆浆液制备的隔热复合砖:
对材料进行测试,根据YB/T376.1-1995将预先在110℃烘干的230mm×114mm×65mm标砖的受热端面深入到1100℃炉膛内保温20min。然后从炉内取出试样,迅速将其受热端浸入到流动冷水中急剧冷却3min后立即取出,在空气中静置15min,然后再放入炉子进行加热。循环重复上述操作,直至试样受热端面面积破损一半为止,以循环次数表征其抗热震性能;根据GB/T3997.1-1998测定制品重烧线变化;根据GB/T3997.2-1998来测定制品的常温耐压强度;根据YB/T4130-2005测定制品的热导率
具体测试结果如表1所示。

(1)将本发明实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4进行对比,实施例4的热震稳定性性能远远小于实施例1、实施例2和实施例3,说明本发明技术方案实施例4制备的空心砖材料抗热震性能较实施例1,实施例2和实施例3隔热性能较差,这是由于本发明技术方案实施例1,2,3通过在空心球材料表面包覆一层玻璃浆液,由于玻璃料浆液与粘土在熔烧过程中形成复杂的致密结构,通过形成的致密层改善材料表面的结构性能,同时难熔氧化物微细颗粒对瓷釉起到强化和锚固作用,改善了复合空心球砖材料的结合性能,使所有材料通过其作为界面锚固层进行锚固处理,填充材料内部的同时,有效密实材料的内部结构,进一步提高材料的结构性能,改善可材料的抗热震性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种氧化铝空心球砖,其特征在于,由下列重量份物质组成:
45~50份氧化铝粉末;
25~30份氧化铝空心微球颗粒;
10~15份包覆浆液;
10~15份粘土;
所述包覆浆液是由二氧化硅、氧化铝、生石灰、氧化镁、氧化钾和氧化钠球磨粉碎后熔融烧制,再经冷却后破碎研磨与硫酸钡溶液混合制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化铝空心球砖,其特征在于,所述的氧化铝粉末粒径为2.5μm。
3.一种氧化铝空心球砖的制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备步骤为:
S1、取葡萄糖溶液并置于反应釜中,搅拌混合并保温反应,收集反应液并离心分离,收集下层沉淀并洗涤得洗涤颗粒,干燥得干燥模板颗粒;
S2、按重量份数计,分别称量45~50份乙醇、10~15份0.5mol/L硝酸铝溶液、3~5份干燥模板颗粒置于三角烧瓶中,超声分散收集分散液并置于室温下静置,过滤并收集滤饼,干燥得干燥复合颗粒并置于管式气氛炉中,升温加热并保温焙烧,静置冷却至室温,得氧化铝空心微球颗粒;
S3、按重量份数计,分别称量45~50份二氧化硅、10~15份氧化铝、20~30份生石灰、5~8份氧化镁、1~2份氧化钾和1~2份氧化钠置于球磨罐中,球磨处理并收集球磨粉末,将球磨粉末置于马弗炉中,保温熔融后水淬处理并破碎研磨,得改性粉末并按质量比1:5,将改性粉末与硫酸钡搅拌混合,超声分散并过筛网,得包覆浆液;
S4、按重量份数计,分别称量45~50份氧化铝粉末、25~30份氧化铝空心微球颗粒、10~15份包覆浆液、10~15份粘土置于搅拌机中,搅拌混合并浇注至模具中,自然干燥后,入隧道干燥器中干燥,随后烧结成型即可制备得所述氧化铝空心球砖。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种氧化铝空心球砖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1所述的葡萄糖溶液浓度为1mol/L。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种氧化铝空心球砖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2所述的升温加热并保温焙烧为按5℃/min升温至350~450℃,保温反应3~5h后,再按3℃/min升温至550℃,通入空气并保温焙烧3~5h。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种氧化铝空心球砖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3所述的筛网孔径为0.21~0.22μm。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种氧化铝空心球砖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S4所述的烧结成型温度为1300~1620℃。
