Abstract
The invention provides a disinfectant concentrated solution for a pet hospital, which comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 0.2 to 2.0 percent of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.5 to 5.0 percent of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 0.01 to 5.0 percent of peppermint leaf extract, 0.01 to 5.0 percent of stemona sessilifolia root extract, 0.1 to 1.0 percent of phenoxyethanol and the balance of purified water. The disinfectant concentrated solution for the pet hospital prepared by the invention can effectively prevent the pet with infectious diseases from spreading viruses or germs to the air, or directly infecting other pets, or effectively prevent the viruses and germs from continuously breeding on the surfaces of operation tables of a monitoring room and a treatment room, affecting the health of other pets and the health of pet doctors, and effectively killing escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus on the surfaces of common objects in the pet hospital.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning and disinfecting articles, in particular to a disinfectant concentrated solution for a pet hospital and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pet hospital is used as a place for treating and preventing diseases after pets are injured, and pathogenic bacteria can grow on the surfaces and corners of various objects in the hospital. Pathogenic bacteria can infect other pets, cross infection is caused among the pets, and serious infectious diseases are caused. Therefore, pathogen control in pet hospitals is as important as pathogen control in human hospitals.
Therefore, there is a need for a disinfectant for daily cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces of general objects applied in pet hospitals.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a disinfectant concentrated solution for a pet hospital and a preparation method thereof, and aims to kill escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus on the surfaces of common objects in the pet hospital, avoid cross infection among pets and solve the problem of environmental health of the pet hospital.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme to solve the technical problems:
a disinfectant concentrated solution for pet hospitals comprises the following materials in parts by weight:
the preparation method of the disinfectant concentrated solution comprises the following steps:
(1) adding purified water into a dry clean container, and adding didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride under the stirring condition;
(2) adding alkylphenol polyoxyethylene into the solution prepared in the step (1) under the condition of stirring;
(3) adding the peppermint leaf extract and the stemona tuberosa root extract into the solution prepared in the step (2) under the condition of stirring;
(4) adding phenoxyethanol into the solution prepared in the step (3) under the condition of stirring, and fully stirring;
(5) under the condition of stirring, adding sodium citrate into the solution prepared in the step (4), and measuring the acidity value of the solution in real time by using an acidity meter while adding, wherein the stirring speed is 300-600 rpm; when the acidity value of the liquid is measured to be between 6.2 and 7.5, the preparation is finished, and the disinfection and cleaning concentrated solution for pet hospitals is obtained.
Further, the stirring speed in the step (1) is 300-600rpm, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
Further, the stirring speed in the step (2) is 300-600rpm, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
Further, the stirring speed in the step (3) is 300-600rpm, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
Further, the stirring speed in the step (4) is 300-600rpm, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the prepared concentrated solution is mainly applied to pet hospitals, prevents pets with infectious diseases from spreading viruses or germs to the air, or directly infects other pets, or effectively prevents viruses and germs from continuously breeding on the surfaces of operation tables of a monitoring room and a treatment room, and influences the health of other pets and the health of pet doctors;
2. the concentrated disinfectant cleaning solution mainly comprises the sterilization components of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, peppermint leaf extract and stemona sessilifolia root extract, and the cleaning agent is alkylphenol ethoxylates, so that escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus on the surfaces of common objects in pet hospitals can be effectively killed;
3. the invention is a concentrated solution, can be diluted by 5-100 times according to actual conditions for use, and can be used for wiping cages, operation tables, cleaning rags and mopping floors; the pH value of the solution system is 6.2-7.5, the solution system is mild, has no stimulation, has good stability, has no stimulation to human and favorite skin and respiratory tract, and is a safe disinfection cleaning concentrated solution; in addition, the product prepared by the invention has simple production process and mild conditions, and is suitable for large-scale production.
