The method for preparing a composite iodophor disinfectant as claimed in claim 3, wherein the chlorhexidine and the glycerol are taken out according to the weight part ratio, added into the purified water with the predetermined weight part, and fully mixed and stirred by a stirrer to prepare the solution a, wherein the stirring process is 5-15 minutes, and the temperature is 15-25 ℃;
adding iodine and potassium iodide in predetermined weight parts into the solution a, and fully mixing and stirring the solution a by a stirrer to prepare a solution b, wherein the stirring process is 5-15 minutes and the temperature is 15-25 ℃;
