3 parts of rootless vines; 6 parts of Chinese mahonia; 5 parts of three hundred sticks; 3 parts of sargentgloryvine stem; 1 part of Tougu incense.
A preparation method of a composite iodophor disinfectant comprises the following steps:
taking out the sterilized container, and adding a proper amount of purified water in parts by weight into the container;
taking rootless vine, Chinese mahonia, three-hundred-stick, sargentgloryvine stem and caulis perllae according to the weight part ratio, adding into the purified water, heating to 75-100 ℃ by a heater, cooling, and filtering to remove residues to prepare a solution a;
taking the chlorhexidine and the glycerol out according to the weight part ratio, adding the chlorhexidine and the glycerol into the solution a, and fully mixing and stirring the chlorhexidine and the glycerol by a stirrer to prepare a solution b;
adding iodine and potassium iodide in a predetermined weight part into the solution b, and fully mixing and stirring the solution b by a stirrer to prepare a solution c;
and (3) adding tea tree oil and a defoaming agent in a predetermined weight part into the solution c, and fully mixing and stirring the mixture by a stirrer to prepare the composite iodophor disinfectant.
Preferably, the chlorhexidine and the glycerol are taken out according to the weight part ratio, added into the purified water with the preset weight part, and fully mixed and stirred by a stirrer to prepare the solution a, wherein the stirring process is 5-15 minutes, and the temperature is 15-25 ℃;
adding iodine and potassium iodide in predetermined weight parts into the solution a, and fully mixing and stirring the solution a by a stirrer to prepare a solution b, wherein the stirring process is 5-15 minutes and the temperature is 15-25 ℃;
