Description

Herbal essential oil with sterilization effect and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to herbal essential oil with a sterilization effect, and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aromatherapy essential oil.
Background
With the expansion of the range of activities of people and the diversity of life styles, people generate a large amount of domestic garbage every day, wherein the domestic garbage contains a large amount of bacteria and viruses, and some domestic garbage float in the air along with the flow of air, so that the health of people is threatened. For pathogenic microorganisms serving as transmission media, disinfectants are often used to kill or eliminate the pathogenic microorganisms to cut off the transmission of infectious diseases. Most of the sterilizing and disinfecting solutions used in the market are chemical synthetic preparations or fermentation preparations, and have strong killing effects on harmful organisms such as germs and insects. However, long-term use of these disinfectants can cause the enhancement of the tolerance of germs, so that the sterilization and disinfection effect is gradually weakened, and the sterilization and disinfection agents have great stimulation to the respiratory system, skin and mucous membrane of human body, and can cause certain damage to human body when being improperly used.
Plant essential oil is a secondary metabolite of plants, and is a general name of an oily liquid substance with high volatility and small molecular weight, which is extracted from parts such as flowers, green parts (leaves and stems), barks, twigs, fruits, fruit peels, seeds or roots by distillation, freeze pressing, extraction and the like.
The bacteriostatic activity or other biological activity of the plant essential oil is directly related to the existence form of volatile active ingredients of the plant essential oil. Many researches prove that most of plant essential oil with antibacterial activity is derived from spice in food and Chinese herbal medicine, wherein small molecular phenols, terpenes and aldehydes and ketones are main antibacterial active ingredients of the plant essential oil. It has been reported that plant essential oils possess antibacterial activity properties due to their ability to penetrate the cell membrane of bacteria and enter the interior of cells, exhibiting antibacterial activity in terms of functional properties of the cells and their lipophilic properties.
Therefore, the essential oil, especially the compound essential oil, has important significance in the aspect of sterilization.
