The invention discloses an automatic brick pile packaging process which comprises the following steps of 1, placing a preliminarily stacked brick pile with gaps on an elevation type blank shaping machine by using a brick holding machine in a single small pile grabbing mode; 2. after the single-layer green bricks are folded layer by the lifting type green brick shaping machine, the intelligent green brick moving machine is used for grabbing piled bricks which are finished by the lifting type green brick shaping machine and placing the piled bricks on the transverse conveying mechanism; 3. the grouping and conveying of the green bricks are completed through a transverse conveying mechanism and a longitudinal conveying mechanism; 4. the intelligent stacker crane performs cross stacking layer by layer and performs transverse packing on the transverse packing conveying mechanism by a transverse packing machine; 5. and the finished transverse packed brick piles are conveyed to a longitudinal packing machine for longitudinal packing through a longitudinal packing conveying mechanism, and finally the brick piles which are integrally packed are conveyed to a fixed position by a forklift for stacking. The invention can realize cross stacking, has strong stability, less operator number, simple operation and easy grasp.

Background
With the advance of the brick and tile industry technology, the packaging of finished bricks has become the requirement of most brick factories. The packaging not only solves the requirement of the demander, but also relieves the difficulty that the supplier needs to normally produce in slack season, and simultaneously improves the transfer efficiency. At present, the baling press of domestic brick factories can be totally divided into three types: manual baling presses, semi-automatic baling presses and full-automatic baling presses. The manual packer is suitable for small-scale capacity brick factories, the brick storage and stacking fields are small, the sales range is small, and the packing quantity is small. The labor intensity of workers is high, the packing efficiency is low, the service life of the machine is short, and the machine is gradually eliminated by the market at present. The semi-automatic packing machine is a hanging basket type packing machine at present and is also the packing equipment which is most widely applied at present at home. Although the labor intensity of workers is reduced and the packing efficiency is improved, the hanging basket type packing machine still needs manual stacking. The full-automatic packaging machine can save a large amount of labor, liberate most of labor force and has low labor intensity. However, the current full-automatic packing machine has incomplete process flow, higher requirements on the production process of a brickyard, large occupied area and great limitation on the machine due to the brick type diversity of the brickyard. Therefore, the process flow of designing a brand-new full-automatic packer is urgent.

The invention aims to solve the problems that: the automatic brick pile packaging process is capable of achieving cross stacking, high in stability, small in number of operators, simple to operate and easy to master.

1. placing the preliminarily stacked brick piles with gaps on an elevation type blank shaping machine by using a brick holding machine in a single-small-pile grabbing mode;
2. after the single-layer green bricks are folded layer by the lifting type green brick shaping machine, the intelligent green brick moving machine is used for grabbing piled bricks which are finished by the lifting type green brick shaping machine and placing the piled bricks on the transverse conveying mechanism;
3. the grouping and conveying of the green bricks are completed through a transverse conveying mechanism and a longitudinal conveying mechanism;
4. the intelligent stacker crane performs cross stacking layer by layer and performs transverse packing on the transverse packing conveying mechanism by a transverse packing machine;
5. and the finished transverse packed brick piles are conveyed to a longitudinal packing machine for longitudinal packing through a longitudinal packing conveying mechanism, and finally the brick piles which are integrally packed are conveyed to a fixed position by a forklift for stacking.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the modular design is adopted, and the universality is high;
2. the single small pile brick unloading is suitable for various brick types and different setting schemes;
3. the cross stacking is realized, and the stability is strong;
4. the number of operators is small, the operation is simple, and the operation is easy to master;

(2) after single-layer green bricks are folded layer by the lifting type green brick shaping machine (2), a piled brick which is finished by the lifting type green brick shaping machine (2) is grabbed by the intelligent green brick moving machine (3) and placed on the transverse conveying mechanism (4);
(3) the grouping and conveying of the green bricks are completed through a transverse conveying mechanism (4) and a longitudinal conveying mechanism (5);
(4) the intelligent piled brick stacking machine (6) conveyed by the longitudinal conveying mechanism (5) is stacked in a cross mode layer by layer, and transverse packing is carried out on the transverse packing conveying mechanism (7) through a transverse packing machine (8);
