技术领域
本发明是有关于一种防微尘组成物。
背景技术
如果灰尘积聚在体内,人体免疫力就会下降,可能会导致各种疾病,诸如心脏病或呼吸系统疾病,甚至会引起支气管狭窄,长期吸入灰尘会增加哮喘和肺部疾病的患病率以及早期死亡率。
皮肤在我们身体最外层与灰尘直接接触,其在生物体和环境之间起着屏障作用。如果经常直接暴露于污染,则这种屏障功能会下降。特别是,由于微尘比毛孔小20倍,因此很容易渗透皮肤。事实上,已知空气污染物(如微尘)对皮肤健康有深远的影响。短期而言,可能会导致过早衰老、缺乏水分、增加皱纹。长期而言,皮肤受损无法修复,失去保护身体免受环境因素影响的能力,可能会导致皮肤癌等严重疾病。
因此,需要研发用于将对皮肤有害(严重时有致命危害)的灰尘与皮肤隔离的化妆品。
近年来,由于频繁的外出,微尘附着在毛发上以及进入皮肤或人体的情况增加,因此,正在不断地努力降低微尘对毛发的附着力。
发明内容
根据一具体实施例的防尘组合物旨在提供一种防尘功能优异的毛发化妆品,其防止微尘附着到毛发上,以阻断微尘附着后从毛发转移进入皮肤或人体内的可能性。
根据一具体实施例提供一种防尘组成物,其作为有效成分包含重均分子量为800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的非挥发性硅油、具有三酸甘油酯结构的油及氢化聚异丁烯,相对于防尘组成物总量,该非挥发性硅油的含量为2重量%以上。
该非挥发性硅油可具有77,000cs至140,000cs的黏度。
该非挥发性硅油可具有下述化学式1所示的结构。

相对于防尘组成物总量,该非挥发性硅油的含量可为3重量%至5重量%。

该具有三酸甘油酯结构的油可包含辛酸/癸酸三酸甘油酯(Caprylic/CapricTriglyceride)、椰子油(Coconut Oil)、葵花籽油(Sunflower Seed Oil)或其组合。
相对于防尘组成物总量,该氢化聚异丁烯的含量可为0.1重量%至10重量%。
该防尘组成物可为毛发化妆品组成物。
该毛发化妆品组成物可为洗发精(shampoo)、护发素(treatment)或精华素(essence)。
根据一具体实施例,本发明的防尘组成物可以尽量减少灰尘(特别是微尘)附着于毛发的现象。具体地,透过限制防尘组成物中作为有效成分所包含的非挥发性硅油的化学结构、分子量及黏度,可以大大降低对毛发的微尘附着力。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施例进行详细描述,以使本发明所属技术领域中具有通常知识者容易实施。然而,本发明能够以各种不同方式实施,不限于下述具体实施例。
在本说明书中,防尘是指预防或尽量减少灰尘附着到皮肤或毛发上,或暂时附着在毛发上的灰尘从毛发渗透到皮肤或人体内。亦即,将本说明书的防尘组成物应用于毛发时,可以尽量减少灰尘附着到毛发上,即使灰尘附着到毛发上,也可藉以风等物理力容易清除,进而纵然灰尘进入涂在皮肤上的化妆品组成物中,灰尘也会在化妆品组成物中漂浮,从而可以防止渗透到皮肤中。
在本说明书中,灰尘是混合在空气中的微粒的总称,通常是指粒径为0.1μm至10μm的悬浮物。特别是,当粒径为10μm或更小时,其被称为微尘,并且当粒径为0.1μm或更小时,也被称为超微尘。在本文中,粒径可能是指每个粒子直径的平均值。灰尘包含来自自然的物质(如沙子、土壤和花粉)或者来自工业生产的物质(如碳、碳燃烧物、金属盐和重金属)。灰尘的形态可为熏烟(fume)、雾滴(mist)、烟气、蒸汽或烟雾等。
在本说明书中,当层、膜、区域、板等部分被描述为在另一部分之「上」时,不仅包含「直接」在另一部分之上的情形,还包含其间存在其他部分的情形。相反地,当某一部分被描述「直接」在另一部分之上时,将意味着其间不存在其他部分。
下面对根据一具体实施例的防尘组成物进行描述。
根据一具体实施例的防尘组成物,其作为有效成分包含重均分子量为800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的非挥发性硅油、具有三酸甘油酯结构的油及氢化聚异丁烯,相对于防尘组成物总量,该非挥发性硅油的含量为2重量%以上。
根据一具体实施例的防尘组成物,其中与该具有三酸甘油酯结构的油及氢化聚异丁烯一起包含重均分子量为800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的非挥发性硅油时,对毛发的该防尘组成物的包覆(coating)力增强,从而可以大大降低对毛发的微尘附着力。
如果该非挥发性硅油的重均分子量小于800,000g/mol,则对毛发的防尘组成物的包覆力下降,进而发生黏着,因此导致对毛发的微尘附着力上升。此外,同时会产生亮度减少的负面效果。
如果该非挥发性硅油的重均分子量大于1,100,000g/mol,就会成为超高分子物质,难以调制成液体,进而不能制成洗发精、护发素或精华素,因此不适合作为毛发化妆品组成物。
此外,相对于防尘组成物总量,该非挥发性硅油的含量小于2重量%时,也因对毛发的防尘组成物的包覆效果不明显,导致对毛发的微尘附着力上升。
该非挥发性硅油可具有800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的重均分子量,同时可具有77,000cs(centi stock)至140,000cs的黏度。
当该非挥发性硅油同时具有上述范围的重均分子量和上述范围的非常高的黏度时,对毛发的该防尘组成物的包覆力会进一步增强,从而可以进一步大大降低对毛发的微尘附着力。
即使该非挥发性硅油具有上述范围的重均分子量,如果具有小于77,000cs的黏度,则对毛发的防尘组成物的包覆力会稍微降低,如果具有大于140,000cs的黏度,则难以调制成液体,因此不适合作为毛发化妆品组成物。
具体地,该非挥发性硅油可具有下述化学式1所示的结构。

将具有上述化学式1所示的结构的化合物的重均分子量及黏度限制在上述范围时,对毛发的防尘组成物的包覆力会非常优异。
具体地,相对于组成物总量,重均分子量为800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的该非挥发性硅油可包含2重量%至5重量%,更具体地可包含3重量%至5重量%。相对于防尘组成物总量,重均分子量为800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的该非挥发性硅油的含量大于5重量%时,亮度及防微尘效果会达到几乎饱和。因此,相对于防尘组成物总量,该非挥发性硅油的含量大于5重量%,并不经济。
相对于毛发化妆品组成物总量,该具有三酸甘油酯结构的油可包含0.1重量%至10重量%。当以此含量包含该具有三酸甘油酯结构的油时,具有组成物的扩散性变得优异的效果。
该具有三酸甘油酯结构的油可包含辛酸/癸酸三酸甘油酯(Caprylic/CapricTriglyceride)、椰子油、澳洲坚果籽油(MACADAMIA TERNIFOLIA SEED OIL)、葵花籽油、葡萄籽油、琉璃苣种籽油(BORAGO OFFICINALIS SEED OIL)、白芒花籽油或其组合。
具体地,该具有三酸甘油酯结构的油可包含辛酸/癸酸三酸甘油酯(Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride)、椰子油(Coconut Oil)、葵花籽油(Sunflower Seed Oil)或其组合。
更具体地,该具有三酸甘油酯结构的油可为辛酸/癸酸三酸甘油酯(Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride)或椰子油(Coconut Oil)。
与重均分子量为800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的该非挥发性硅油相比,该具有三酸甘油酯结构的油具有较小的分子量以及巨大(bulky)的结构,因此,相较于使用具有其他结构而非三酸甘油酯结构的油的情形,组成物的扩散性会更优异。
相对于毛发化妆品组成物总量,可包含0.1重量%至10重量%氢化聚异丁烯。氢化聚异丁烯具有线型链,因此,适用于毛发时,可以有效地包覆毛发表面,当以上述范围包含氢化聚异丁烯时,可以进一步提高对毛发的包覆效果。
对于根据一具体实施例的防尘组成物,当代替该氢化聚异丁烯包含未氢化的聚异丁烯时,未氢化的聚异丁烯具有非线型的巨大(bulky)结构的链,因此对毛发的包覆效果会下降。
根据一具体实施例的防尘组成物可以防止粒径为10μm以下的微尘。粒径大小不受限制,粒径可为100μm以下、90μm以下、70μm以下、50μm以下、30μm以下、20μm以下、15μm以下或10μm以下。
就如上所述的方面而言,该防尘组成物可为毛发化妆品组成物,该毛发化妆品组成物可为洗发精、护发素或精华素。
在本说明书中,「化妆品」是指除了美容功能之外,还可指具有医学功能的所有物质。
该毛发化妆品组成物的剂型不受特别限制,根据目的可以适当选择。
可以对该毛发化妆品组成物进行剂型化,例如溶液、悬浮液、乳液、糊剂(paste)、凝胶剂(gel)、霜剂(cream)、洗剂(lotion)、粉剂(powder)、肥皂(soap)、含界面活性剂的清洁剂(Cleansing)、油剂、粉状粉底(powder foundation)、乳状粉底(emulsionfoundation)、蜡状粉底(wax foundation)及喷雾剂(spray)等,但不限于此。更详细地,可以剂型化为毛发用化妆品组成物如洗发精、润丝精(rinse)等清洗剂、生发油(hairtonic)、凝胶或慕斯等定型剂、毛发营养化妆水、护发精华素(hair essence)、护发精油(hair serum)、护发素、润发乳、洗发精、洗发剂、养发剂或染发剂等;基础化妆品如水中油(O/W)型、油中水(W/O)型等。此外,对于该组成物,除了每个剂型中上述必要成分之外,其他成分可根据其他外用制剂的种类或使用目的等适当选择。例如,可进一步包含紫外线屏蔽剂、护发调理剂、香料等。
该化妆品组成物可包含化妆品学上可接受的媒剂或载剂。该化妆品组成物能够以适用于局部的所有剂型的形式提供,诸如溶液、凝胶剂、固体或搅拌无水生成物、乳状物分散于水状物而得到的乳剂、悬浮液、微乳剂(micro emulsion)、微胶囊(microcapsule)、微颗粒球或离子型(脂质体,liposome)和/或非离子型小囊分散剂、或者霜剂、化妆水(skin)、洗剂、粉剂、软膏、喷雾剂或遮瑕棒(concealer stick)。该些组成物可按照所属领域中的常规方法来制备。
当本发明的剂型为溶液或乳液时,作为载体成分可利用溶剂、增溶剂或乳化剂,诸如水、乙醇、异丙醇、碳酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯、芐醇、苯甲酸芐酯、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇油、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚乙二醇或山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯。
当本发明的剂型为悬浮液时,作为载体成分可利用液态稀释剂如水、乙醇或丙二醇、悬浮剂如乙氧基化异硬脂醇(ethoxylated isostearyl alcohol)、聚氧乙烯山梨酯(polyoxyethylene sorbitol ester)和聚氧乙烯山梨酸酐酯(polyoxyethylene sorbitanester)、微晶纤维素、偏氢氧化铝(aluminummetahydroxide)、膨润土、琼脂(agar)、黄蓍胶(tragacanth)等。
当本发明的剂型为糊剂、霜剂或凝胶剂时,作为载体成分可利用动物性油、植物性油、蜡、石蜡、淀粉、黄蓍胶、纤维素衍生物、聚乙二醇、硅酮、膨润土、氧化硅、滑石或氧化锌等。
当本发明的剂型为粉剂或喷雾剂时,作为载体成分可利用乳糖、滑石、氧化硅、氢氧化铝、硅酸钙或聚酰胺粉剂,特别是剂型为喷雾剂时,可进一步包含氯氟烃(chlorofluorohydrocarbon)、丙烷/丁烷或二甲醚等推进剂。
在本发明一实施态样中,该化妆品组成物中可进一步包含增稠剂。本发明的化妆品组成物中包含的增稠剂可使用甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基羟基鸟嘌呤、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羧基乙烯基聚合物、聚季铵盐、鲸蜡硬脂醇、硬脂酸、卡拉胶等,优选使用羧甲基纤维素、羧基乙烯基聚合物、聚季铵盐中的至少一种,最优选使用羧基乙烯基聚合物。
在本发明一实施态样中,该化妆品组成物根据需要可包含适当的各种载剂和添加剂,该些成分的种类及量可由发明人容易选择。可以根据需要包含可接受的添加剂,例如可进一步包含本领域常规的防腐剂、色素、添加剂等成分。
防腐剂具体可为苯氧基乙醇(Phenoxyethanol)或1,2-己二醇(1,2-Hexanediol)等,香料可为合成香料等。
此外,在本发明一实施态样中,化妆品组成物可包含选自水溶性维他命、油溶性维他命、多肽、多醣、鞘脂和海藻萃取物中的组成物。除此之外,可添加的混合成分例如有油脂成分、保湿剂、润肤剂(emollients)、界面活性剂、有机和无机颜料、有机粉末、紫外线吸收剂、防腐剂、杀菌剂、抗氧化剂、植物萃取物、pH调节剂、乙醇、色素、香料、血液循环促进剂、冷感剂、止汗剂、纯净水等。
另外,可添加的混合成分不限于此,在对本发明的目的及效果没有负面影响的范围内,可以混合上述的任何成分。
下面透过实施例进一步详细描述本发明的具体实施例。惟,下述实施例只是用于描述本发明,不是用于限制本发明的范围。
制备防尘组成物
以如表1所示的组分和含量制备了实施例1至实施例9及比较例1至比较例3。原料按顺序分散加入,各原料加入后进行搅拌直至成为均匀相,上述的实施例及比较例的制备方法系为本领域中的常规方法。

选择微尘替代物
微尘一般由有机碳化合物22%、碳元素8%、硝酸盐22%、硫酸盐15%、地壳土壤成分15%、其他成分18%组成(国立科学院),因此,本发明中选择微尘组成成分中约占30%(有机碳化合物和碳元素)且类似于微尘具有ζ电位的碳黑作为微细物质的替代物。
评估1:测定防尘效果(1)
将毛发束(tress)用市场上购买的标准洗发精清洗冲净后,透过分成(i)未暴露于碳黑的情形;(ii)没有用实施例1的组成物进行护发处理并暴露于碳黑的情形;以及(iii)用实施例1的组成物进行护发处理并暴露于碳黑的情形,将毛发束进行分类,然后拍照确认碳黑附着程度,其结果示于图1中。将属于上述(ii)情形及(iii)情形的毛发束用3D雷射显微镜拍摄毛发表面图像,其结果示于图3(属于上述(ii)情形的毛发束)及图4(属于上述(iii)情形的毛发束)中。透过图像分析程序(Image J)测定(n=20)从以相同照明条件拍摄的毛发图像中按照相同区块、尺寸撷取的图像的亮度值(I=(R+G+B)/3)后,按百分比(100%)换算针对属于上述(ii)情形的毛发束的碳黑附着量,并确认相对碳黑附着量,其结果示于图2中。
由图1至图4可以确认,用根据一具体实施例的组成物进行护发处理的毛发与没有进行护发处理的毛发相比,微尘附着量减少约55%。
评估2:测定防尘效果(2)
将毛发束用市场上购买的标准洗发精清洗冲净后,用实施例1至实施例9及比较例1至比较例3的组成物进行护发处理,再挂到碳黑对流装置(设置有空气循环装置、真空泵、微尘测定器、碳黑粉末及粉剂(粉末)投放口的横向长度为1m、纵向长度为1m、高度为1.5m的透明压克力箱)内部,暴露于碳黑10分钟(条件为400μg/m3至600μg/m3;以环境部微尘预报等级的稍差(PM10=81μg/m3至120μg/m3)级别为准约5倍)。
取出暴露于碳黑的毛发束,透过毛发图像分析测定出针对毛发的碳黑附着程度,将测定结果利用微软公司Excel软件的T-test来检验数据的显著性。将上述测定结果示于表2中。实施例7及比较例3无法调制成液体。

由表2可以确认,由于将根据一具体实施例的组成物中由化学式1表示的非挥发性硅油的分子量及黏度限制在特定范围,因此,具有微尘附着量减少的效果。
尽管详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,然熟习本项技术者应理解,在不脱离所附的申请专利范围中揭露的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可以进行各种修改、添加和替换。
Claims (10)
1.一种防尘组成物,其作为有效成分包括:
重均分子量为800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的非挥发性硅油;
具有三酸甘油酯结构的油;以及
氢化聚异丁烯,
其中相对于所述防尘组成物的总量,所述非挥发性硅油的含量为2重量%以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的防尘组成物,其中所述非挥发性硅油具有77,000cs至140,000cs的黏度。
4.如权利要求1所述的防尘组成物,其中相对于所述防尘组成物的总量,所述非挥发性硅油的含量为2重量%至5重量%。
5.如权利要求4所述的防尘组成物,其中相对于所述防尘组成物的总量,所述非挥发性硅油的含量为3重量%至5重量%。
6.如权利要求1所述的防尘组成物,其中相对于所述防尘组成物的总量,所述具有三酸甘油酯结构的油的含量为0.1重量%至10重量%。
7.如权利要求1所述的防尘组成物,其中所述具有三酸甘油酯结构的油包括辛酸/癸酸三酸甘油酯、椰子油、葵花籽油或其组合。
8.如权利要求1所述的防尘组成物,其中相对于所述防尘组成物的总量,所述氢化聚异丁烯的含量为0.1重量%至10重量%。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的防尘组成物,其为毛发化妆品组成物。
