Abstract
本發明提供一種防塵組成物,其作為有效成分包含重均分子量為800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的非揮發性矽油、具有三酸甘油酯結構的油及氫化聚異丁烯,相對於防塵組成物總量,該非揮發性矽油的含量為2重量%以上。
Description
本發明是有關於一種防微塵組成物。
如果灰塵積聚在體內,人體免疫力就會下降,可能會導致各種疾病,諸如心臟病或呼吸系統疾病,甚至會引起支氣管狹窄,長期吸入灰塵會增加哮喘和肺部疾病的患病率以及早期死亡率。
皮膚在我們身體最外層與灰塵直接接觸,其在生物體和環境之間起著屏障作用。如果經常直接暴露於污染,則這種屏障功能會下降。特別是,由於微塵比毛孔小20倍,因此很容易滲透皮膚。事實上,已知空氣污染物(如微塵)對皮膚健康有深遠的影響。短期而言,可能會導致過早衰老、缺乏水分、增加皺紋。長期而言,皮膚受損無法修復,失去保護身體免受環境因素影響的能力,可能會導致皮膚癌等嚴重疾病。
因此,需要研發用於將對皮膚有害(嚴重時有致命危害)的灰塵與皮膚隔離的化妝品。
近年來,由於頻繁的外出,微塵附著在毛髮上以及進入皮膚或人體的情況增加,因此,正在不斷地努力降低微塵對毛髮的附著力。
根據一具體實施例的防塵組合物旨在提供一種防塵功能優異的毛髮化妝品,其防止微塵附著到毛髮上,以阻斷微塵附著後從毛髮轉移進入皮膚或人體內的可能性。
根據一具體實施例提供一種防塵組成物,其作為有效成分包含重均分子量為800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的非揮發性矽油、具有三酸甘油酯結構的油及氫化聚異丁烯,相對於防塵組成物總量,該非揮發性矽油的含量為2重量%以上。
該非揮發性矽油可具有77,000cs至140,000cs的黏度。

該防塵組成物可為毛髮化妝品組成物。
該毛髮化妝品組成物可為洗髮精(shampoo)、護髮素(treatment)或精華素(essence)。
根據一具體實施例,本發明之防塵組成物可以盡量減少灰塵(特別是微塵)附著於毛髮的現象。具體地,透過限制防塵組成物中作為有效成分所包含的非揮發性矽油的化學結構、分子量及黏度,可以大大降低對毛髮的微塵附著力。
下面對本發明之具體實施例進行詳細描述,以使本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者容易實施。然而,本發明能夠以各種不同方式實施,不限於下述具體實施例。
在本說明書中,防塵是指預防或盡量減少灰塵附著到皮膚或毛髮上,或暫時附著在毛髮上的灰塵從毛髮滲透到皮膚或人體內。亦即,將本說明書之防塵組成物應用於毛髮時,可以盡量減少灰塵附著到毛髮上,即使灰塵附著到毛髮上,也可藉以風等物理之力容易清除,進而縱然灰塵進入塗在皮膚上的化妝品組成物中,灰塵也會在化妝品組成物中漂浮,從而可以防止滲透到皮膚中。
在本說明書中,灰塵是混合在空氣中的微粒的總稱,通常是指粒徑為0.1μm至10μm的懸浮物。特別是,當粒徑為10μm或更小時,其被稱為微塵,並且當粒徑為0.1μm或更小時,也被稱為超微塵。在本文中,粒徑可能是指每個粒子直徑的平均值。灰塵包含來自自然的物質(如沙子、土壤和花粉)或者來自工業生產的物質(如碳、碳燃燒物、金屬鹽和重金屬)。灰塵的形態可為燻煙(fume)、霧滴(mist)、煙氣、蒸汽或煙霧等。
在本說明書中,當層、膜、區域、板等部分被描述為在另一部分之「上」時,不僅包含「直接」在另一部分之上的情形,還包含其間存在其他部分的情形。相反地,當某一部分被描述「直接」在另一部分之上時,將意味著其間不存在其他部分。
下面對根據一具體實施例之防塵組成物進行描述。
根據一具體實施例之防塵組成物,其作為有效成分包含重均分子量為800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的非揮發性矽油、具有三酸甘油酯結構的油及氫化聚異丁烯,相對於防塵組成物總量,該非揮發性矽油的含量為2重量%以上。
根據一具體實施例之防塵組成物,其中與該具有三酸甘油酯結構的油及氫化聚異丁烯一起包含重均分子量為800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的非揮發性矽油時,對毛髮的該防塵組成物的包覆(coating)力增強,從而可以大大降低對毛髮的微塵附著力。
如果該非揮發性矽油的重均分子量小於800,000g/mol,則對毛髮的防塵組成物的包覆力下降,進而發生黏著,因此導致對毛髮的微塵附著力上升。此外,同時會產生亮度減少的負面效果。
如果該非揮發性矽油的重均分子量大於1,100,000g/mol,就會成為超高分子物質,難以調製成液體,進而不能製成洗髮精、護髮素或精華素,因此不適合作為毛髮化妝品組成物。
此外,相對於防塵組成物總量,該非揮發性矽油的含量小於2重量%時,也因對毛髮的防塵組成物的包覆效果不明顯,導致對毛髮的微塵附著力上升。
該非揮發性矽油可具有800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的重均分子量,同時可具有77,000cs(centi stock)至140,000cs的黏度。
當該非揮發性矽油同時具有上述範圍的重均分子量和上述範圍的非常高的黏度時,對毛髮的該防塵組成物的包覆力會進一步增強,從而可以進一步大大降低對毛髮的微塵附著力。
即使該非揮發性矽油具有上述範圍的重均分子量,如果具有小於77,000cs的黏度,則對毛髮的防塵組成物的包覆力會稍微降低,如果具有大於140,000cs的黏度,則難以調製成液體,因此不適合作為毛髮化妝品組成物。

將具有上述化學式1之結構的化合物的重均分子量及黏度限制在上述範圍時,對毛髮的防塵組成物的包覆力會非常優異。
具體地,相對於組成物總量,重均分子量為800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的該非揮發性矽油可包含2重量%至5重量%,更具體地可包含3重量%至5重量%。相對於防塵組成物總量,重均分子量為800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的該非揮發性矽油的含量大於5重量%時,亮度及防微塵效果會達到幾乎飽和。因此,相對於防塵組成物總量,該非揮發性矽油的含量大於5重量%,並不經濟。
相對於毛髮化妝品組成物總量,該具有三酸甘油酯結構的油可包含0.1重量%至10重量%。當以此含量包含該具有三酸甘油酯結構的油時,具有組成物的擴散性變得優異的效果。
該具有三酸甘油酯結構的油可包含辛酸/癸酸三酸甘油酯(Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride)、椰子油、澳洲堅果籽油(MACADAMIA TERNIFOLIA SEED OIL)、葵花籽油、葡萄籽油、琉璃苣種籽油(BORAGO OFFICINALIS SEED OIL)、白芒花籽油或其組合。
具體地,該具有三酸甘油酯結構的油可包含辛酸/癸酸三酸甘油酯(Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride)、椰子油(Coconut Oil)、葵花籽油(Sunflower Seed Oil)或其組合。
更具體地,該具有三酸甘油酯結構的油可為辛酸/癸酸三酸甘油酯(Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride)或椰子油(Coconut Oil)。
與重均分子量為800,000g/mol至1,100,000g/mol的該非揮發性矽油相比,該具有三酸甘油酯結構的油具有較小的分子量以及巨大(bulky)的結構,因此,相較於使用具有其他結構而非三酸甘油酯結構的油的情形,組成物的擴散性會更優異。
相對於毛髮化妝品組成物總量,可包含0.1重量%至10重量%氫化聚異丁烯。氫化聚異丁烯具有線型鏈,因此,適用於毛髮時,可以有效地包覆毛髮表面,當以上述範圍包含氫化聚異丁烯時,可以進一步提高對毛髮的包覆效果。
對於根據一具體實施例之防塵組成物,當代替該氫化聚異丁烯包含未氫化的聚異丁烯時,未氫化的聚異丁烯具有非線型的巨大(bulky)結構的鏈,因此對毛髮的包覆效果會下降。
根據一具體實施例之防塵組成物可以防止粒徑為10μm以下的微塵。粒徑大小不受限制,粒徑可為100μm以下、90μm以下、70μm以下、50μm以下、30μm以下、20μm以下、15μm以下或10μm以下。
就如上所述的方面而言,該防塵組成物可為毛髮化妝品組成物,該毛髮化妝品組成物可為洗髮精、護髮素或精華素。
在本說明書中,「化妝品」是指除了美容功能之外,還可指具有醫學功能的所有物質。
該毛髮化妝品組成物的劑型不受特別限制,根據目的可以適當選擇。
可以對該毛髮化妝品組成物進行劑型化,例如溶液、懸浮液、乳液、糊劑(paste)、凝膠劑(gel)、霜劑(cream)、洗劑(lotion)、粉劑(powder)、肥皂(soap)、含界面活性劑的清潔劑(Cleansing)、油劑、粉狀粉底(powder foundation)、乳狀粉底(emulsion foundation)、蠟狀粉底(wax foundation)及噴霧劑(spray)等,但不限於此。更詳細地,可以劑型化為毛髮用化妝品組成物如洗髮精、潤絲精(rinse)等清洗劑、生髮油(hair tonic)、凝膠或慕斯等定型劑、毛髮營養化妝水、護髮精華素(hair essence)、護髮精油(hair serum)、護髮素、潤髮乳、洗髮精、洗髮劑、養髮劑或染髮劑等;基礎化妝品如水中油(O/W)型、油中水(W/O)型等。此外,對於該組成物,除了每個劑型中上述必要成分之外,其他成分可根據其他外用製劑的種類或使用目的等適當選擇。例如,可進一步包含紫外線屏蔽劑、護髮調理劑、香料等。
該化妝品組成物可包含化妝品學上可接受之媒劑或載劑。該化妝品組成物能夠以適用於局部的所有劑型的形式提供,諸如溶液、凝膠劑、固體或攪拌無水生成物、乳狀物分散於水狀物而得到的乳劑、懸浮液、微乳劑(micro emulsion)、微膠囊(microcapsule)、微顆粒球或離子型(脂質體,liposome)和/或非離子型小囊分散劑、或者霜劑、化妝水(skin)、洗劑、粉劑、軟膏、噴霧劑或遮瑕棒(concealer stick)。該些組成物可按照所屬領域中的常規方法來製備。
當本發明之劑型為溶液或乳液時,作為載體成分可利用溶劑、增溶劑或乳化劑,諸如水、乙醇、異丙醇、碳酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯、芐醇、苯甲酸芐酯、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇油、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚乙二醇或山梨醇酐單硬脂酸酯。
當本發明之劑型為懸浮液時,作為載體成分可利用液態稀釋劑如水、乙醇或丙二醇、懸浮劑如乙氧基化異硬脂醇(ethoxylated isostearyl alcohol)、聚氧乙烯山梨酯(polyoxyethylene sorbitol ester)和聚氧乙烯山梨酸酐酯(polyoxyethylene sorbitan ester)、微晶纖維素、偏氫氧化鋁(aluminum metahydroxide)、膨潤土、瓊脂(agar)、黃蓍膠(tragacanth)等。
當本發明之劑型為糊劑、霜劑或凝膠劑時,作為載體成分可利用動物性油、植物性油、蠟、石蠟、澱粉、黃蓍膠、纖維素衍生物、聚乙二醇、矽酮、膨潤土、氧化矽、滑石或氧化鋅等。
當本發明之劑型為粉劑或噴霧劑時,作為載體成分可利用乳糖、滑石、氧化矽、氫氧化鋁、矽酸鈣或聚醯胺粉劑,特別是劑型為噴霧劑時,可進一步包含氯氟烴(chlorofluorohydrocarbon)、丙烷/丁烷或二甲醚等推進劑。
在本發明一實施態樣中,該化妝品組成物中可進一步包含增稠劑。本發明之化妝品組成物中包含的增稠劑可使用甲基纖維素、羧甲基纖維素、羧甲基羥基鳥嘌呤、羥甲基纖維素、羥乙基纖維素、羧基乙烯基聚合物、聚季銨鹽、鯨蠟硬脂醇、硬脂酸、卡拉膠等,優選使用羧甲基纖維素、羧基乙烯基聚合物、聚季銨鹽中的至少一種,最優選使用羧基乙烯基聚合物。
在本發明一實施態樣中,該化妝品組成物根據需要可包含適當的各種載劑和添加劑,該些成分的種類及量可由發明人容易選擇。可以根據需要包含可接受之添加劑,例如可進一步包含本領域常規的防腐劑、色素、添加劑等成分。
防腐劑具體可為苯氧基乙醇(Phenoxyethanol)或1,2-己二醇(1,2-Hexanediol)等,香料可為合成香料等。
此外,在本發明一實施態樣中,化妝品組成物可包含選自水溶性維他命、油溶性維他命、多肽、多醣、鞘脂和海藻萃取物中的組成物。除此之外,可添加的混合成分例如有油脂成分、保濕劑、潤膚劑(emollients)、界面活性劑、有機和無機顏料、有機粉末、紫外線吸收劑、防腐劑、殺菌劑、抗氧化劑、植物萃取物、pH調節劑、乙醇、色素、香料、血液循環促進劑、冷感劑、止汗劑、純淨水等。
另外,可添加的混合成分不限於此,在對本發明之目的及效果沒有負面影響的範圍內,可以混合上述的任何成分。
下面透過實施例進一步詳細描述本發明之具體實施例。惟,下述實施例只是用於描述本發明,不是用於限制本發明之範圍。
製備防塵組成物
以如表1所示的組分和含量製備了實施例1至實施例9及比較例1至比較例3。原料按順序分散加入,各原料加入後進行攪拌直至成為均勻相,上述的實施例及比較例的製備方法係為本領域中的常規方法。 [表1] (單位:wt%)

選擇微塵替代物
微塵一般由有機碳化合物22%、碳元素8%、硝酸鹽22%、硫酸鹽15%、地殼土壤成分15%、其他成分18%組成(國立科學院),因此,本發明中選擇微塵組成成分中約佔30%(有機碳化合物和碳元素)且類似於微塵具有ζ電位的碳黑作為微細物質的替代物。

:測定防塵效果
(1)
將毛髮束(tress)用市場上購買的標準洗髮精清洗沖凈後,透過分成(i)未暴露於碳黑的情形;(ii)沒有用實施例1之組成物進行護髮處理並暴露於碳黑的情形;以及(iii)用實施例1之組成物進行護髮處理並暴露於碳黑的情形,將毛髮束進行分類,然後拍照確認碳黑附著程度,其結果示於圖1中。將屬於上述(ii)情形及(iii)情形的毛髮束用3D雷射顯微鏡拍攝毛髮表面圖像,其結果示於圖3(屬於上述(ii)情形的毛髮束)及圖4(屬於上述(iii)情形的毛髮束)中。透過圖像分析程式(Image J)測定(n=20)從以相同照明條件拍攝的毛髮圖像中按照相同區塊、尺寸擷取的圖像的亮度值(I=(R+G+B)/3)後,按百分比(100%)換算針對屬於上述(ii)情形的毛髮束的碳黑附著量,並確認相對碳黑附著量,其結果示於圖2中。
由圖1至圖4可以確認,用根據一具體實施例之組成物進行護髮處理的毛髮與沒有進行護髮處理的毛髮相比,微塵附著量減少約55%。
評估

:測定防塵效果

將毛髮束用市場上購買的標準洗髮精清洗沖凈後,用實施例1至實施例9及比較例1至比較例3之組成物進行護髮處理,再掛到碳黑對流裝置(設置有空氣循環裝置、真空泵、微塵測定器、碳黑粉末及粉劑(粉末)投放口的橫向長度為1m、縱向長度為1m、高度為1.5m的透明壓克力箱)內部,暴露於碳黑10分鐘(條件為400μg/m3至600μg/m3;以環境部微塵預報等級之稍差(PM10 = 81μg/m3至120μg/m3)級別為準約5倍)。
取出暴露於碳黑的毛髮束,透過毛髮圖像分析測定出針對毛髮的碳黑附著程度,將測定結果利用微軟公司Excel軟體的T-test來檢驗數據的顯著性。將上述測定結果示於表2中。實施例7及比較例3無法調製成液體。 [表2]
由表2可以確認,由於將根據一具體實施例之組成物中由化學式1表示的非揮發性矽油的分子量及黏度限制在特定範圍,因此,具有微塵附著量減少的效果。
