在首先借助于驱动小齿轮操纵根据本发明的驱动缆索时通过驱动小齿轮的齿部的啮合将齿线以足够的深度压入到缆索护套中,该缆索护套在这里施加到尤其由金属制成的螺旋部的侧壁上。缆索护套在驱动小齿轮啮合时根据需要而变形,以便能够实现驱动缆索的不打滑的操纵。缆索护套的变形仅在沿着在轴向上延伸的周线的区域中进行,驱动小齿轮以其齿部啮合到该区域中。
在驱动小齿轮的齿部的啮合之后,驱动缆索的缆索护套可以保持变形,使得由缆索护套形成的缆索周面设有相应的凹口。在齿部啮合之前,由缆索护套形成的缆索周面完整地、即连贯地构造。缆索护套也跨越在螺旋部的螺纹之间的中间空间。
驱动缆索在运行中的啪嗒声由此避免:驱动缆索由于其固有刚性贴靠到相关缆索引导通道的壁上。缆索引导通道的走向和构型在运行中也承担重要的功能。
在根据本发明的驱动缆索的优选实施方式中,缆索护套、螺旋部和缆索芯限界空腔,该空腔遵从螺旋线或者说螺旋部的走向,并且沿缆索纵向方向观察,缆索护套在其背离缆索芯的一侧上具有无波形的表面、即至少在很大程度上平行于缆索纵向方向走向的外面。因此,缆索护套在驱动缆索的延伸尺度上具有恒定不变的周边轮廓并且形成软管,该软管以其内侧贴靠在缆索体的螺旋部上。由缆索护套和螺旋部限界的空腔保持为空,即所述空腔没有填充物或类似物。相比于传统的斜坡通道,不再需要驱动缆索的改型以用于对驱动缆索进行驱动。
在根据本发明的驱动缆索的特定实施方式中,缆索护套包括覆盖层和粘附层,该覆盖层形成驱动缆索的周面,该粘附层与螺旋部粘接并且由此确保缆索体和缆索护套之间的可靠连接。可以具有十分之几毫米并且因此可以容易地冲压的覆盖层是能滑动的并且同时能延展的层,该层尤其由聚酰胺、例如由PA6制成。粘附层例如由长链聚乙烯形成并且可以用作为剪切柔性的中间层或缓冲层,其可以减小由于驱动小齿轮的齿部的啮合而产生的局部应力,这又可以防止缆索护套从缆索体的脱离。覆盖层和粘附层可以在共挤出成型过程之后施加到缆索体上。
为了进一步改善缆索护套在缆索体上的粘附,缆索体在根据本发明的驱动缆索的优选实施方式中设有塑料涂层,该塑料涂层形成与缆索护套的接触面。力锁合并且形状锁合地施加到缆索体上的塑料涂层尤其由聚酰胺、优选由PA11制成,该塑料涂层是用于缆索护套的好的粘接对。
在根据本发明的驱动缆索的特定实施方式中,为了增大缆索体和缆索护套之间的接触面,塑料涂层在螺旋部的周边上具有尤其环绕的削平部。由此增大在形状锁合和力锁合地粘附在缆索体上的塑料涂层和缆索护套之间的螺旋形的接触面。
在根据本发明的驱动缆索的另外的特定实施方式中,缆索护套在它的周面上具有棱条(Rippen),所述螺纹布沿缆索纵向方向延伸。根据构型,这些棱条可以在缆索引导装置中引导驱动缆索时减小摩擦、消除啪嗒声并且必要时也设计为所谓的牺牲棱条,所述牺牲棱条在使用驱动缆索时磨合。随着使用持续时间的进行,由此甚至可以改善在缆索引导装置中操纵驱动缆索时所述驱动缆索的噪声情况。棱条可以具有直的或螺旋形的走向。
此外,为了改善驱动缆索在缆索引导装置中的滑动情况,缆索护套的塑料可以渗入增强滑动的物质、如PTFE或类似物。
本发明也涉及一种用于制造用于操纵相对于车身能运动的车辆元件的驱动缆索的方法。该方法包括下列步骤:
-提供缆索体,该缆索体包括柔性的缆索芯,该缆索芯设有遵从螺旋线走向的螺旋部;
-将缆索体导入到挤出成型工具中;并且
-借助于挤出成型工具使塑料软管挤出成型并且使塑料软管与缆索体的螺旋部粘接以构造缆索护套,该缆索护套包围缆索体。
因此,在根据本发明的方法中,缆索护套在连续的过程中借助于挤出成型工具制成并且与缆索体的螺旋部粘接,由此所产生的驱动缆索具有高耐磨性并且可以持久低噪音地在缆索引导装置中受引导。
在根据本发明的方法的特定实施方式中,塑料软管包括共挤出成型的覆盖层和粘附层,其中,粘附层与螺旋部粘接。在这样设计的方法中,优选两个挤压器将材料以合适的体积比输送到一个共同的挤压头中,在该挤压头中使两层的塑料软管成形。供应给挤压头或挤出成型工具的缆索体由此连续地设有两层的塑料软管,该塑料软管施加到缆索体的螺旋部上并且通过粘附层粘附在缆索体上。也可以考虑,缆索护套或者说缆索护套的层的挤出成型多阶地进行。也可以考虑,粘附层预先施加在缆索体上并且在挤出成型工具中仅使覆盖层挤出成型。
为了提升缆索护套或塑料软管在缆索体上的粘附,缆索体优选设有塑料涂层并且在导入到挤出成型工具中之间加热所述塑料涂层。可选地,可以通过使用等离子方法、火焰方法或类似方法进行塑料涂层的表面的附加激活或在缆索体无涂层的情况下进行螺旋部的钢的附加激活。
在根据本发明的方法的特定实施方式中,为了增大缆索体和缆索护套之间的接触面,在将塑料软管施加在螺旋部的区域中之前在周边上环绕地削平塑料涂层,即在直径方面减小。
为了防止塑料软管在挤出成型之后沿缆索纵向方向产生波形表面,该塑料软管在施加到缆索体之后优选借助于校准装置这样冷却,使得所述塑料软管的直径沿驱动缆索的纵向方向连贯地保持恒定。塑料软管的周面由此在冷却之后沿缆索纵向方向具有恒定的横剖面积。
校准装置优选是真空校准装置,借助于该真空校准装置将低压施加到驱动缆索上,由此塑料软管或缆索护套被径向向外拉抵校准装置或贴靠面,更确切地说直至塑料软管如此程度地冷却和硬化,使得保持得到期望的周边形状。
此外,校准装置优选包括冷却池,设有塑料软管的缆索体为了冷却而被牵拉经过该冷却池。
塑料软管或缆索护套的表面的形状和结构既可以通过挤出成型工具的喷嘴的构型也可以通过校准装置预给定。这样尤其可以产生覆盖层的在横截面中呈圆形的或也设有棱条的周面。
替代于真空校准装置也可以使用在驱动缆索的空腔中产生过压的校准装置,该空腔由缆索护套、螺旋部和缆索芯限界并且该空腔遵从螺旋线或者说螺旋部的走向。如果针对缆索护套使用在冷却时不收缩或仅不明显地收缩的塑料时,甚至可以取消校准步骤和由此校准工具的使用。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出并未详细显示的轿车的车顶10,该车顶具有车顶开口12,该车顶开口可以借助于盖元件14可选地关闭或至少部分打开。因此,盖元件14是相对于车身可运动的车辆元件。
为了能够调整盖元件14,使该盖元件与调整运动装置连接,该调整运动装置关于垂直的顶部纵向中心平面在两侧分别具有驱动滑座16A或16B,所述驱动滑座在相应的、沿顶部纵向方向延伸的导轨18A或18B受引导。
各一个耐压的驱动缆索20接合到驱动滑座16A和16B上。驱动缆索20通过相应的引导管或缆索通道引导至共同的驱动马达22并且与同一个驱动小齿轮24啮合。在图2中,驱动小齿轮24的齿部到所述驱动缆索20的一个驱动缆索中的啮合与前面提到的其他构件无关地示出。
驱动缆索20可以根据在图3至22中示出的实施方式构造。
在图3至7中示出驱动缆索30,该驱动缆索具有缆索体32,该缆索体由柔性的缆索芯34和螺旋部36形成,该螺旋部遵从螺旋线走向围绕缆索芯34。缆索芯34由一件式的钢丝或钢索形成。螺旋部36由钢丝制成。
形成所谓的斜坡缆索的缆索体32设有塑料涂层38,该塑料涂层由聚酰胺、尤其是PA11制成。在螺旋部36的区域中,塑料涂层38设有削平部40,该削平部限定塑料涂层38和由此螺旋部36的周面并且该削平部同样具有螺旋形的走向。
驱动缆索30还具有缆索护套42,该缆索护套两层式地构造并且具有粘附层44和覆盖层46。由长链聚乙烯形成的粘附层44用于使缆索护套42与缆索体32粘接。覆盖层46形成驱动缆索30的周面并且由聚酰胺、尤其是PA6形成。如从图7中可看出,覆盖层46具有棱条48,所述棱条可以沿缆索纵向方向延伸并且构造为牺牲棱条,所述牺牲棱条在使用驱动缆索或引导驱动缆索时在缆索引导部中磨合,使得驱动缆索30最理想地适配于安装条件。
在图8至12中示出驱动缆索50,该驱动缆索在很大程度上相应于根据图3至7的那个驱动缆索,但是区别在于,缆索体32不具有塑料涂层。更确切地说,驱动缆索50具有缆索护套42,该缆索护套在没有另外的中间层的情况下借助于粘附层44与螺旋部36的钢直接粘接。
驱动缆索50在其余方面相当于根据图3至7的那个驱动缆索。
在图13至17中示出驱动缆索60,该驱动缆索又在很大程度上相当于根据图3至7的那个驱动缆索,但是区别在于,所述驱动缆索具有缆索护套42',该缆索护套仅仅由覆盖层46形成,该覆盖层具有粘性特性并且在没有其他粘附层或增附剂层的情况下在削平部40的区域中直接与缆索体32的塑料涂层38粘接。
驱动缆索60在其余方面相当于根据图3至7的那个驱动缆索。
在图18至22中示出驱动缆索70,该驱动缆索在很大程度上相当于根据图13至17的驱动缆索,但区别在于(相应于根据图8至12的实施方式),所述驱动缆索具有单层的缆索护套42',该缆索护套仅包括覆盖层46,该覆盖层具有粘性特性并且在没有另外的增附剂层并且没有缆索体32的塑料涂层的情况下直接与缆索体32的由钢丝制成的螺旋部36粘接。
驱动缆索70在其余方面相当于根据图13至17的驱动缆索。
在图3至7中示出的驱动缆索的制造能够以下面描述的方式在使用图23中示出的设施的情况下进行。
在第一步骤中由缆索芯34和螺旋部36形成的缆索体32设有薄的、由PA11聚酰胺制成的塑料涂层并且在滚子80上提供。缆索体32由滚子80展开并且供应给加热站2并且在该加热站中被加热以用于预处理。随后被加热的并且设有塑料涂层38的缆索体32供应给挤出成型工具84,在该挤出成型工具中首先使螺旋部36的区域中的塑料涂层38设有削平部40以用于建立增大的接触面并且随后根据共挤出成型方法将用于构造缆索护套42的塑料软管施加到缆索体32上并且与该缆索体粘接。塑料软管由粘附层44和覆盖层46组成。粘附层46由聚乙烯制成并且建立在缆索护套42和缆索体32之间的粘接连接。在挤出成型工具84中的挤出成型过程必要时可以在使用支持空气的情况下进行,使得在缆索体32上构造缆索护套,该缆索护套在驱动缆索的延伸尺度上具有恒定的外直径或外横剖面积。随后将由缆索体32和缆索护套42组成的驱动缆索20供应给校准装置86,该校准装置构造为真空校准装置并且在该校准装置中使驱动缆索20冷却并且同时暴露给低压,由此缆索护套42在缆索体32的螺旋部中间空间的区域中不比在螺旋部36的区域中更强烈地收缩。缆索护套42的还未硬化的塑料层的这种校准进行到直至出现足够的硬化并且不期望缆索护套42的进一步收缩。通过在校准装置中的低压使构造为软管的缆索护套82径向向外拉抵校准界限,该校准界限一方面规定缆索护套42的周面的结构并且另一方面确保,保持得到缆索护套42的期望形状。此外,在校准单元86中将驱动缆索20引导通过水填充的冷却池88。冷却池88通常长于校准单元86的驱动缆索20暴露给低压的区域。
在校准装置下游借助于输送装置90将驱动缆索20卷绕到滚子92上。然后可以进一步加工所述驱动缆索。
通过前面所述过程能够准确地确定驱动缆索20的外直径和外结构并且给其规定公差。

Claims (14)

1.用于操纵相对于车身能运动的车辆元件的驱动缆索,该驱动缆索包括具有柔性的缆索芯(34)的缆索体(32),该缆索芯由遵从螺旋线走向的螺旋部(36)缠绕,该螺旋部用于与齿轮(24)啮合,其中,所述缆索体(32)设有缆索护套(42),其特征在于,所述缆索护套(42)与所述螺旋部(36)粘接,其中所述缆索护套(42)包括覆盖层(46)和粘附层(44),该粘附层与所述螺旋部(36)粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动缆索,其特征在于,所述缆索护套(42)、所述螺旋部(36)和所述缆索芯(34)限界空腔,该空腔遵从螺旋线走向,并且沿缆索纵向方向观察,所述缆索护套(42)在它的背离所述缆索芯(34)的一侧上具有无波形的表面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动缆索,其特征在于,所述缆索体(32)设有塑料涂层(38),该塑料涂层形成与所述缆索护套(42)的接触面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的驱动缆索,其特征在于,所述塑料涂层(38)由聚酰胺制成。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的驱动缆索,其特征在于,所述塑料涂层(38)为了增大所述接触面而在所述螺旋部(36)的周边上具有削平部(40)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的驱动缆索,其特征在于,所述缆索护套(42)包括由聚酰胺制成的层。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的驱动缆索,其特征在于,所述缆索护套(42)在它的周面上具有棱条(48),所述棱条沿缆索纵向方向延伸。
8.用于制造用于操纵相对于车身能运动的车辆元件的驱动缆索(20、30、60、70)的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-提供缆索体(32),该缆索体包括柔性的缆索芯(34),该缆索芯设有螺旋部(36),该螺旋部遵从螺旋线走向;
-将所述缆索体(32)导入到挤出成型工具(84)中;并且
-借助于所述挤出成型工具(84)使塑料软管挤出成型并且使所述塑料软管与所述缆索体(32)的所述螺旋部(36)粘接以构造缆索护套(42),该缆索护套围绕所述缆索体(32),其中所述塑料软管包括共挤出成型的覆盖层(46)和粘附层(44),并且使所述粘附层(44)与所述螺旋部(36)粘接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述缆索体(32)设有塑料涂层(38)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述缆索体(32)在导入到所述挤出成型工具(84)中之前被加热。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,在施加所述塑料软管之前,在所述螺旋部(36)的区域中为了增大在所述塑料软管和所述塑料涂层(38)之间的接触面而削平所述塑料涂层(38)。
12.根据权利要求8至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料软管在施加到所述缆索体(32)上之后借助于校准装置(86)冷却,使得该塑料软管的直径沿所述驱动缆索的纵向方向连贯地保持恒定并且是无波形的。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述校准装置(86)是真空校准装置。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述校准装置(86)包括冷却池(88),设有所述塑料软管的所述缆索体(32)被牵拉经过该冷却池。
