Preferably, the width of each second turnover part 53 is less than half of the side length of the square, so that after each second turnover part 53 is turned over, an opening is formed in the middle of the second turnover parts 53, thereby facilitating the labeling of the labeling device 95 through the opening.
In the embodiment, the meal delivery device is used for delivering meals to hamburgers, and a plurality of packaging sheets 510 are arranged on the conveying mechanism 1 along the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 1; the eating apparatus includes a plurality of stacking mechanisms 96, the stacking mechanism 96 has a stacking outlet 961, and the stacking outlet 961 is disposed above the conveying mechanism 1 to stack the respective layers of materials constituting the hamburger on the respective packaging sheets 510 through the stacking outlet 961 of the stacking mechanism 96, thereby realizing the hamburger making during the conveying process by the conveying mechanism 1.
In the specific using process, taking the preparation of hamburgers as an example, the first food materials are lower-layer hamburger slices, the second food materials are meat patties, after the meat patties are subjected to sauce smearing, another baking mechanism is further arranged on the side of the sauce smearing mechanism and used for baking upper-layer hamburger slices, after the sauce of the meat patties is smeared, the semi-finished product is conveyed to the lower side of the other baking mechanism by using the conveying mechanism 1, so that the upper-layer hamburger slices are covered on the meat patties, and the preparation of one hamburger is completed. Thereafter, the hamburgers are packaged by a packaging mechanism. The whole process does not need manual work, and the hamburger making efficiency is greatly improved.
Taking hamburgers as an example, firstly, a packaging feeding mechanism is utilized to convey packaging paper to a conveying belt, the packaging paper is conveyed to the lower part of a baking mechanism, meanwhile, a first food material storage device conveys lower bread slices of the hamburgers to the baking mechanism, the lower bread slices are baked by the baking mechanism and fall onto the packaging paper, then the packaging paper is conveyed to the lower part of a vegetable adding mechanism, vegetables are placed on the lower bread slices, then the lower bread slices are conveyed to the lower part of a sauce smearing mechanism to be smeared with sauce materials required for making the hamburgers, the conveying belt continuously conveys the packaging paper and the food materials on the packaging paper to the lower part of a frying mechanism, the fried and baked meat cakes are stacked on the vegetables to form semi-finished products, meanwhile, the baking mechanism on the other side of the frying mechanism bakes the lower bread slices, when the semi-finished products of the hamburgers are continuously conveyed along the extending direction of the conveying belt until the semi-finished products are conveyed to the lower part of the baking mechanism on the other side of the frying mechanism, the upper layer of bread slices was stacked on the patty to complete the whole hamburger. And then, continuously transporting the hamburgers by using a conveyor belt, transporting the prepared hamburgers to a packaging mechanism, packaging the hamburgers by using the packaging mechanism, and transporting the packaged hamburgers to the next station by using a transfer mechanism 93. In the whole process, the control system controls the matching rhythm among all mechanisms so as to finish the automatic production of the hamburgers.
