双黑饮料因其富含丰富营养的价值而备受大众青睐,自亮相市场以来一直深受大众喜爱。目前市场上销售的饮料,按是否含有酒精分为两大类,一种为含酒精7%(v/v)以上的红酒类产品,另外一种为不含酒精的果汁型饮料。产品种类单一,间接导致消费人群单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述情况而提供一种更适合年轻人的双黑含酒精利口饮料配方及制作方法。
制备方法:1、主料:黑穗醋栗果汁9000ml、木糖醇350g、椴树蜜150g、黑穗醋栗白兰地原酒250ml、黑果腺肋花楸白兰地原酒250ml、山梨酸钾2g、柠檬酸50g,调配成10L饮料。2、按工艺和配料要求,准确称取黑穗醋栗果汁、木糖醇、椴树蜜、黑穗醋栗白兰地原酒、黑果腺肋花楸白兰地原酒、山梨酸钾、柠檬酸,置入调配容器,混合均匀,经膜式过滤器、胶体磨、均质机、真空脱气机处理,通过高温瞬时灭菌剂进行杀菌处理后,无菌条件下灌装,即得成品。
食用方法:产品开瓶后,尽快饮用。
本发明优点是:1、选用营养丰富的黑穗醋栗果汁、椴树蜜以及木糖醇等食品添加剂作为配合物,制成具有一定保健作用,清淡芳香,甜酸适口,口感舒爽,香气浓郁的适合年轻人,特别是女士饮用的低酒精度的饮料。2、黑穗醋栗果汁中含有丰富的钾,其所含的维生素有A、B、C、P、E等,尤以维生素C的含量很高,可防治坏血病,增强抗感染能力,控制乙型肝炎,预防流感,以及降低胆固醇,防止或减轻血管硬化,解毒防癌。3、黑穗醋栗白兰地,具有明显的开胃增食,解除疲劳,解暑提神,补养健身,延缓衰老的作用,是医治心血管等病的优质饮品;黑果腺肋花楸白兰地,清心爽口,多酚及花青素含量极高,对人体健康非常有益,具有抗衰老、抗疲劳、修复、提高性机能、防御疾病、防癌、降糖、降低胆固醇、清除重金属、防辐射及化学毒害物质、强化循环系统、有益于泌尿系统、改善睡眠、助消化、护眼等等多种功效。
所以,适量饮用双黑含酒精利口饮料,能够抗氧化,加强肌肉的兴奋性,稳定心肌肉细胞膜,改律失常,安神养心,对心脑血管疾病等具有一定的辅助功效。

双黑含酒精利口饮料由黑穗醋栗果汁9000ml、木糖醇350g、椴树蜜150g、黑穗醋栗白兰地原酒250ml、黑果腺肋花楸白兰地原酒250ml、山梨酸钾2g、柠檬酸50g,调配成10L饮料。每升双黑含酒精利口饮料含黑穗醋栗果汁(V/V)≥90%,酒精度(V/V)≥5%,木糖醇≥35g,椴树蜜≥15g,黑穗醋栗白兰地原酒≥25ml,黑果腺肋花楸白兰地原酒≥25ml,山梨酸钾≤0.2g,柠檬酸≥5g。

1.双黑含酒精利口饮料,其特征在于由以下体积或重量份数的原料制成:黑穗醋栗果汁9500-8500份、木糖醇400-300份、椴树蜜200-100份、黑穗醋栗白兰地原酒300-200份、黑果腺肋花楸白兰地原酒300-200份、山梨酸钾1-3份、柠檬酸70-30份。

4.按照权利要求3所述的双黑含酒精利口饮料,其特征在于每升双黑饮料含黑穗醋栗果汁(V/V)≥90%,酒精度(V/V)≥5%,木糖醇≥35g,椴树蜜≥15g,黑穗醋栗白兰地原酒≥25ml,黑果腺肋花楸白兰地原酒≥25ml,山梨酸钾≤0.2g,柠檬酸≥5g。
