Firstly, sample preparation:
example 1: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of erythritol, 150 parts of sorbitol, 150 parts of xylitol, 40 parts of kumquat, 20 parts of red date, 20 parts of hawthorn, 10 parts of medlar, 4 parts of honeysuckle, 4 parts of liquorice, 4 parts of sea buckthorn and 0.02 part of ammonium glycyrrhizinate.
(1) Preparation of the extract: weighing red date, hawthorn, medlar, honeysuckle and liquorice according to the weight parts, adding water for decocting twice, wherein 10 times of water is added in the two times of decoction, decocting for half an hour at 90 ℃, combining extracting solutions and filtering; weighing kumquat according to the weight part, adding 20 times of water, decocting for half an hour at 90 ℃, soaking for 2 hours at room temperature, and filtering; weighing fresh sea-buckthorn according to the weight parts, juicing and filtering; combining the three filtrates, and standing.
(2) Spray drying: and (3) taking the supernatant obtained in the step (1), concentrating until the solid content of the solution is 30%, and performing spray drying to obtain extract powder for later use.
(3) Mixing and granulating: weighing erythritol, sorbitol, xylitol and ammonium glycyrrhizinate according to parts by weight, mixing with the extract powder in the step (2), granulating by one step, drying, sterilizing, grading, and sieving with a 20-60-mesh sieve.

Secondly, detecting results:
sensory evaluation test for Shaxiaoman solid beverage
An equivalent amount of 20-60 mesh Shaxiaoman solid beverage of examples 1-3 was selected and subjected to sensory evaluation tests.
The sensory evaluation method comprises the following steps: selecting 10 sensory evaluation personnel who are evaluated through professional sensory analysis knowledge, scoring according to specific scoring standards, scoring each example sample for 3 times, and then determining a sensory evaluation result by processing and analyzing data, wherein the sensory evaluation result is full of 100 points. Sensory scoring criteria are shown in table 1.

According to the sensory evaluation test results in table 2, the Shaxiao sweet solid beverages of examples 1-3 all have higher scores, so that the Shaxiao sweet solid beverage of the invention has better mouthfeel, sweet aftertaste, slight fruity flavor, no peculiar smell, uniform color and uniform particles.
(II) the experiment for comparing the dissolution rates of the Shaxiao sweet solid beverages of examples 1-3 was conducted with sucrose as a reference
Two 20-60 mesh portions of each 8g of the Shaxiao licorice solid beverage granules of examples 1, 2 and 3 and the sucrose granules of examples were weighed, and added to 150ml of water at 25 ℃ and 60 ℃ respectively, and the time required for complete dissolution was observed under stirring and in a state of no stirring at 50 rpm. The results of the dissolution rate comparison experiments are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the results of the comparative experiment on dissolution rate in Table 3, the solid beverage of Saxaaglu in examples 1 to 3 has a higher dissolution rate in normal temperature water or warm water of about 60 ℃ under stirring or natural dissolution conditions, and the dissolution time under the same conditions is significantly shorter than that of sucrose.
(III) Sha Xiaogan solid beverage stability observation experiment
The same amount of 20-60 mesh Shaxiao sweet solid beverage and sucrose of example 1-3 were taken and placed in the environment of 4 deg.C, 25 deg.C and 38 deg.C respectively for one month, and color, smell and taste changes were recorded. The results of the stability experiments are shown in tables 4-6.

As can be seen from the results of the stability tests shown in tables 4 to 6, the Shaxiamgan solid beverages of examples 1 to 3 were stored at 4 ℃, 25 ℃ and 38 ℃ for one month without any change in color, smell and taste, and the Shaxiamgan solid beverage was not added with any preservative, which indicates that the Shaxiamgan solid beverage itself had better stability.
Analysis test for health efficacy of (IV) Sha Xiaogan solid beverage
The Shaxiao sweet solid beverages of the above examples 1, 2, 3 were used for health efficacy analysis:
1. test object
600 cases of the following people aged 12-80 years are selected: 200 cases of insomnia and dreaminess, 200 cases of long-term exercise, and 200 cases of weak and sick people.
The groups were randomly divided into 150 cases for test groups 1, 2, 3 and control group, 50 cases for insomnia and dreaminess, 50 cases for long-term exercise, and 50 cases for weak and sick.
2. Method of administration
The solid Shaxiao gan drinks obtained in examples 1, 2 and 3 were taken in turn in each of test groups 1, 2 and 3, respectively, 2 times a day in the morning and evening, and 8g of the solid Shaxiao gan drinks were taken each time after being mixed with 150mL of water at 60 ℃; after 30 consecutive days, the results were observed and recorded.
The patients in the control group take warm boiled water with the same amount 2 times in the morning and at the evening for 30 consecutive days, and the results are observed and recorded.
3. Test results
3.1 test results of insomnia and dreaminess patients
45 of the 50 cases of the control group indicated no improvement in the symptoms of insomnia and dreaminess, 47 of the 50 cases of the test group 1 indicated substantial disappearance of the symptoms of insomnia and dreaminess and marked increase in the quality of sleep, 45 of the 50 cases of the test group 2 indicated substantial disappearance of the symptoms of insomnia and dreaminess and marked increase in the quality of sleep, and 48 of the 50 cases of the test group 3 indicated substantial disappearance of the symptoms of insomnia and dreaminess and marked increase in the quality of sleep.
3.2 Experimental results of Long-term athletes
47 of the 50 cases of the control group indicated significant fatigue after prolonged exercise, 43 of the 50 cases of test group 1 indicated no significant fatigue after prolonged exercise or rapid loss of fatigue after appearance, 39 of the 50 cases of test group 2 indicated no significant fatigue after prolonged exercise or rapid loss of fatigue after appearance, and 42 of the 50 cases of test group 3 indicated no significant fatigue after prolonged exercise or rapid loss of fatigue after appearance.
3.3 test results of physically weak and sick person
In the control group, 46 of 50 cases indicated that the physical health status was not improved, and remained weak, listlessness, fatigue, weakness, decreased appetite, sleep disorder, etc.; while 42 of 50 cases in the test group 1 indicated that the physical health condition was significantly improved, which was manifested as being full of spirit, increased appetite, high sleep quality, etc., 38 of 50 cases in the test group 2 indicated that the physical health condition was significantly improved, which was manifested as being full of spirit, increased appetite, high sleep quality, etc., and 39 of 50 cases in the test group 3 indicated that the physical health condition was significantly improved, which was manifested as being full of spirit, increased appetite, high sleep quality, etc.
Therefore, the health care effect of the Shaxiagan solid beverage provided by the invention can be obtained: the effective rate for insomnia and dreaminess patients reaches 93.3 percent; the effective rate of relieving fatigue of long-term sporters after long-term exercise reaches 82.6 percent; the effective rate of improving the physique of the weak and sick people reaches 79.3 percent.
The effective rate of the contrast group to insomnia and dreaminess patients reaches 10 percent; the effective rate of relieving fatigue of long-term sporters after long-term exercise reaches 6 percent; the effective rate of improving the physique of the weak and sick people reaches 8 percent.
The results show that the Shaxiaoman solid beverage provided by the invention has the effects of tonifying qi, soothing the nerves, nourishing liver and kidney, relieving fatigue, enhancing the immunity of the organism and improving the physique of the organism, is mellow and sweet in taste, convenient to carry, free of preservative and low in calorie, and is a good product for tonifying qi, soothing the nerves, relieving fatigue and improving the immunity for all people.
The technical principles of the present invention have been described above with reference to specific embodiments, but should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. Various modifications and additions may be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the invention in its broader aspects and as set forth in the following claims.
Claims (5)
1. An extract for preparing a solid beverage, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of kumquat, 15-25 parts of red dates, 15-25 parts of hawthorns, 5-15 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 2-6 parts of honeysuckle, 2-6 parts of liquorice and 2-6 parts of sea-buckthorns, wherein the extract is prepared by the following method:
(1a) weighing red date, hawthorn, medlar, honeysuckle and liquorice according to the weight parts, adding water for decocting for 2-3 times, each time adding 5-10 times of water, decocting for half an hour at 85-90 ℃, combining the extracting solutions and filtering;
(1b) weighing kumquat according to the weight part, adding 15-20 times of water, decocting for half an hour at 80-90 ℃, soaking for 2-3 hours at room temperature, and filtering;
(1c) weighing fresh sea-buckthorn according to the weight parts, juicing and filtering;
(1d) mixing the three filtrates, and standing;
(1e) spray drying: and (4) taking the supernatant obtained in the step (1d), concentrating until the solid content of the solution is 28-35%, and performing spray drying to obtain extract powder.
2. The Shaxiaoman solid beverage prepared from the extract as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150-250 parts of erythritol, 100-200 parts of sorbitol, 100-200 parts of xylitol, 30-50 parts of kumquat, 15-25 parts of red date, 15-25 parts of hawthorn, 5-15 parts of medlar, 2-6 parts of honeysuckle, 2-6 parts of liquorice, 2-6 parts of sea buckthorn and 0.01-0.03 part of ammonium glycyrrhizinate.
3. The Shaxiaganai solid beverage as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 parts of erythritol, 150 parts of sorbitol, 150 parts of xylitol, 40 parts of kumquat, 20 parts of red date, 20 parts of hawthorn, 10 parts of medlar, 4 parts of honeysuckle, 4 parts of liquorice, 4 parts of sea buckthorn and 0.02 part of ammonium glycyrrhizinate.
4. A sha xiao gan solid beverage as claimed in claim 2, prepared by the method comprising:
(2a) weighing red date, hawthorn, medlar, honeysuckle and liquorice according to the weight parts, adding water for decocting for 2-3 times, each time adding 5-10 times of water, decocting for half an hour at 85-90 ℃, combining the extracting solutions and filtering;
(2b) weighing kumquat according to the weight part, adding 15-20 times of water, decocting for half an hour at 80-90 ℃, soaking for 2-3 hours at room temperature, and filtering;
(2c) weighing fresh sea-buckthorn according to the weight parts, juicing and filtering;
(2d) mixing the three filtrates, and standing;
(2e) spray drying: taking the supernatant in the step (2d), concentrating until the solid content of the solution is 28-35%, and performing spray drying to obtain extract powder;
(2f) weighing erythritol, sorbitol, xylitol and ammonium glycyrrhizinate according to the weight parts, uniformly mixing with the extract powder in the step (2e), granulating by one step, drying, sterilizing, grading, and sieving with a 20-60-mesh sieve.
5. A method for preparing the sha xiao gan solid drink as claimed in claim 2, comprising the following preparation steps:
(3a) weighing red date, hawthorn, medlar, honeysuckle and liquorice according to the weight parts, adding water for decocting for 2-3 times, each time adding 5-10 times of water, decocting for half an hour at 85-90 ℃, combining the extracting solutions and filtering;
(3b) weighing kumquat according to the weight part, adding 15-20 times of water, decocting for half an hour at 80-90 ℃, soaking for 2-3 hours at room temperature, and filtering;
(3c) weighing fresh sea-buckthorn according to the weight parts, juicing and filtering;
(3d) mixing the three filtrates, and standing;
(3e) spray drying: taking the supernatant in the step (3d), concentrating until the solid content of the solution is 28-35%, and performing spray drying to obtain extract powder;
(3f) weighing erythritol, sorbitol, xylitol and ammonium glycyrrhizinate according to the weight parts, uniformly mixing with the extract powder in the step (3e), granulating by one step, drying, sterilizing, grading, and sieving with a 20-60-mesh sieve;
(3g) and (6) packaging and inspecting finished products.
