本发明公开了干秸秆生物黄储蓄牧饲料,在进行早稻收割的时候将早稻秸秆不继续切断处理,在早稻收集后通过机器对秸秆进行打包处理,以便于整体的搬运;将打包运输回来的秸秆放入清洗台通过水流进行冲洗,以实现将其表面的泥土去除的目的;将清洗后的秸秆放入到粉碎装置中,达到对秸秆进行粉碎的目的;粉碎后的秸秆放入密封罐中,将益生菌稀释后喷洒到秸秆粉碎料里;然后将其封包密封储存发酵;将发酵后的秸秆碎末倒入制粒机中制造成外观均匀的颗粒状;将上述制粒后的颗粒状成品通过定量称重后进行打包处理。本发明进行精细加工处理,制作成高营养牲畜饲料,不仅有利于发展畜牧业,而且通过秸秆过腹还田,更具有良好的生态效益和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及秸秆再处理技术领域,具体为干秸秆生物黄储蓄牧饲料。
背景技术
秸秆生物饲料它是通过接种一定量,特定的无毒微生物对秸秆进行发酵和酶解,使秸秆部分转化为动物可以利用的糖类,脂类,蛋白质等物质,同时增加了一些原本秸秆没有的营养因子,提高营养价值和消化率,秸秆生物饲料具备的特点主要包括无毒、无残留,在体内完全代谢或被利用;含有大量有益于动物健康的微生物;含有丰富的营养物质和未知生长因子;可以调控动物的消化道生理和免疫机能;改善适口性。
纤维素、半纤维素与木质素紧密结合、相互缠绕构成粗纤维,是植物细胞壁的主要成分。这些天然有机高分子化合物结构很牢固,只能吸水润胀,不能为单胃动物的消化液和酶所分解,消化率很低。纤维素是由β-1,4键的葡萄糖单元所组成的长链状大分子,其葡萄糖亚基排列紧密有序,形成类似晶体的不透水的网状结构,以及分子间结合不甚紧密的无定形区域。半纤维素是由葡萄糖、木糖、甘露糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖等多种单糖残基聚合而成的异型多糖。木质素是由苯基丙烷聚合而成的一种非多糖物质,由对羟基肉桂醇脱氢聚合而成,是秸秆中的抗营养因子。
通过查找专利文献得知:中国发明专利:申请号【CN201510001304.4】,公开号【CN105265749A】一种农作物秸秆饲料的制备方法,本发明公开了一种农作物秸秆饲料的制备方法,该农作物秸秆饲料的制备方法包括制备混合溶液,小苏打、醋、酵母混合溶液的质量比例分别为1%、5%、1%,然后将7%的混合溶液喷洒到粉碎后的农作物秸秆内,发酵一个月即可,喂畜生时拌入高粱米、麸子。本发明将玉米秸秆、桑树叶、鲜草、红薯叶、糜子杆等农作物秸秆回收,放入搅拌机内粉碎,然后喷溶液并发酵,得到的农作物秸秆饲料。本发明发酵后农作物秸秆饲料容易消化、味道好、营养价值比较高,较好的解决了现在秸秆使用方法单一,没有得到广泛应用的问题,一定程度上降低了养殖的成本。
中国发明专利:申请号【CN201410771948.7】,公开号【CN104509682A】一种微生物发酵的秸秆饲料,本发明公开了一种微生物发酵的秸秆饲料,其制备步骤如下:(1)将酵母菌菌种、乳酸杆菌菌种与丁酸梭菌菌种混合后加入葡萄糖,获得混合菌液;(2)用粉碎机将秸秆粉碎后,与混合菌液一起加入搅拌机,搅拌均匀后送入发酵池发酵,获得发酵混合物;(3)将发酵混合物烘干、粉碎后获得微生物发酵的秸秆饲料成品。本发明原料简单易得,成本较低,成品质量稳定可控、无环境污染,无毒副作用、对畜禽无害。
现有中对秸秆的再利用主要还是以还田为主,二次利用中用于制备动物饲料的目的,但是在现有饲料制备一般都是以秸秆为原材料进行发酵,以实现过腹还田的目的,但是在制造的过程中工序复杂繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供干秸秆生物黄储蓄牧饲料。
本发明提供如下技术方案:干秸秆生物黄储蓄牧饲料,包括如下步骤:
S1:原材料筛选:在进行早稻收割的时候将早稻秸秆不继续切断处理,在早稻收集后通过机器对秸秆进行打包处理,以便于整体的搬运;
S2:清洗:将打包运输回来的秸秆放入清洗台通过水流进行冲洗,以实现将其表面的泥土去除的目的;
S3:粉碎:将清洗后的秸秆放入到粉碎装置中,达到对秸秆进行粉碎的目的;
S4:黄储:粉碎后的秸秆放入密封罐中,将益生菌稀释后喷洒到秸秆粉碎料里;然后将其封包密封储存发酵;
S5:制粒:将发酵后的秸秆碎末倒入制粒机中制造成外观均匀的颗粒状;
S6:成品装袋:将上述制粒后的颗粒状成品通过定量称重后进行打包处理。
优选的,加入益生菌稀释液后的秸秆含水量为45%——50%。
优选的,秸秆粉碎程度为10mm—15mm。
优选的,装袋饲料以每袋50Kg进行包装处理。
优选的,制粒中颗粒大小为1cm—1.5cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本发明进行精细加工处理,制作成高营养牲畜饲料,不仅有利于发展畜牧业,而且通过秸秆过腹还田,更具有良好的生态效益和经济效益。

S2:清洗:将打包运输回来的秸秆放入清洗台通过水流进行冲洗,以实现将其表面的泥土去除的目的。
S3:粉碎:将清洗后的秸秆放入到粉碎装置中,达到对秸秆进行粉碎的目的;秸秆粉碎程度为10mm—15mm。
S4:黄储:粉碎后的秸秆放入密封罐中,将益生菌稀释后喷洒到秸秆粉碎料里;然后将其封包密封储存发酵;加入益生菌稀释液后的秸秆含水量为45%——50%。
S5:制粒:将发酵后的秸秆碎末倒入制粒机中制造成外观均匀的颗粒状;可有效改善流动性;制粒中颗粒大小为1cm—1.5cm。
S6:成品装袋:将上述制粒后的颗粒状成品通过定量称重后进行打包处理;装袋饲料以每袋50Kg进行包装处理。

S1:原材料筛选:在进行早稻收割的时候将早稻秸秆不继续切断处理,在早稻收集后通过机器对秸秆进行打包处理,以便于整体的搬运;
S2:清洗:将打包运输回来的秸秆放入清洗台通过水流进行冲洗,以实现将其表面的泥土去除的目的;
S3:粉碎:将清洗后的秸秆放入到粉碎装置中,达到对秸秆进行粉碎的目的;
S4:黄储:粉碎后的秸秆放入密封罐中,将益生菌稀释后喷洒到秸秆粉碎料里;然后将其封包密封储存发酵;
S5:制粒:将发酵后的秸秆碎末倒入制粒机中制造成外观均匀的颗粒状;
S6:成品装袋:将上述制粒后的颗粒状成品通过定量称重后进行打包处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干秸秆生物黄储蓄牧饲料,其特征在于:加入益生菌稀释液后的秸秆含水量为45%——50%。
