Abstract
无抗绿色鹅用发酵饲料及制备方法。发酵饲料制作是将饲料、微生物菌剂以一定比例混合,调节水分后放入发酵池、罐、或塑料桶等容器压实进行发酵,同时保持密封厌氧状态,一般情况下发酵5‑15天后可按需求使用。本发明组成包括:该饲料发酵用发酵装置包括发酵罐(8)和设置在所述的发酵罐上部的密封加压盖(1),所述的发酵罐内设置有一组疏松器(3),所述的疏松器上部与连接线(2)固定,所述的疏松器为立体双十字结构,所述的发酵罐底部设置有滤网(4)和排气管(7)。本发明用于玉米秸秆饲料的制备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无抗绿色鹅用发酵饲料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前我国农业的发展还存在很多弊端,如每年的秸秆问题,特别是玉米秸秆,每年秋冬之交,玉米秸秆焚烧污染空气往往成为众矢之的。传统的方法是将秸秆作为牲畜饲料、生活燃料或积沤肥料,这样不仅成本高,还不能使玉米秸秆得到有效的利用,有关试验表明,玉米秸秆含有30%以上的碳水化合物,2-4%的蛋白质和0.5-1%的脂肪,将玉米秸秆转化为生物发酵饲料可以解决农业废弃物焚烧,对于发展生态循环农业具有重要保障作用。
生物发酵饲料是以微生物、复合酶为生物饲料发酵剂菌种,将饲料原料转化为微生物菌体蛋白、生物活性小肽类氨基酸、微生物活性益生菌、复合酶制剂为一体生物发酵饲料。该产品不但可以弥补常规饲料中容易缺乏的氨基酸,而且能使其他粗饲料原料营养成分迅速转化,达到增强消化吸收利用的效果。同时生物发酵饲料中含有大量的氨基酸、菌体蛋白和益生菌等,动物食用后可以增强动物免疫力,减少抗生素的使用,提高养殖产品品质,生物发酵饲料的综合效果显示了它在养殖方面的应用优势和十分良好的市场前景。

本发明的目的是提供一种无抗绿色鹅用发酵饲料的制备方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种无抗绿色鹅用发酵饲料,包括如下原料:玉米秸秆20-25份、玉米粉10-15份、麸皮3-8份、米糠3-8份、畜牧用盐2-3份、甜菜糖渣6-8份、马铃薯渣6-8份、矿物质3-6份、降解菌剂1-3份和大豆益生菌制剂5-9份。
所述的无抗绿色鹅用发酵饲料,包括如下原料:玉米秸秆20份、玉米粉10份、麸皮3份、米糠3份、畜牧用盐2份、甜菜糖渣6份、马铃薯渣6份、矿物质3份、降解菌剂1份和大豆益生菌制剂5份。
所述的无抗绿色鹅用发酵饲料,包括如下原料:玉米秸秆25份、玉米粉15份、麸皮8份、米糠8份、畜牧用盐3份、甜菜糖渣8份、马铃薯渣8份、矿物质6份、降解菌剂3份和大豆益生菌制剂9份。
所述的饲料发酵用发酵装置,包括如下原料:玉米秸秆23份、玉米粉13份、麸皮5份、米糠5份、畜牧用盐2.5份、甜菜糖渣7份、马铃薯渣7份、矿物质4.5份、降解菌剂2份和大豆益生菌制剂7份。
一种无抗绿色鹅用发酵饲料的制备方法,
(1)按照各原料的重量分别称取备用;
(2)将玉米秸秆切成2-3cm的小段,然后将蔬菜加入水混合打成浓浆;
(3)降解秸秆的菌剂、营养添加剂加入生产粮食酒精或啤 酒产生的废液或饮用水中,在普通的具有搅拌机构的容器内进行搅拌混合, 制成发酵复合液;
(4)将所述的浓浆与大豆益生菌制剂混合,加入畜牧用盐,搅拌均匀溶解成混合溶液,将玉米粉、麸皮和米糠混合均匀得到混合粉剂;
(5)将切成的玉米秸秆小段与甜菜糖渣混合均匀制成混合颗粒,将混合颗粒、混合粉剂和混合溶液以及发酵复合液混合均匀,混合过程中加入适量的水,得到混合物料;
(6)将混合物料装入容器密封,在41~55℃下发酵,发酵完成后,得到发料,烘干至水分小于15%,造粒,得到所述的玉米秸秆发酵饲料。
有益效果:
1.本发明的玉米秸秆发酵饲料以玉米秸秆为主要原料,添加玉米粉、麸皮、蔬菜、甜菜糖渣和大豆益生菌制剂等发酵而成,具有营养丰富、适口性好、富含菌体蛋白、吸收转化率高、优质无害、成本低、提高养殖产品品质等特点,该饲料使玉米秸秆等农业废弃物得到有效利用,又降低养殖成本。
2.本发明使用降解菌剂和矿物质,提高饲料转化率6%~10%,有效降低饲养成本,增加经济效益,极大的促进鹅的日增重,有效提高鹅的成活率9%~12%。
3.本发明的玉米秸秆含有30%以上的碳水化合物、2%-4%的蛋白质和0.5%-1%的脂肪,既可青贮,也可直接饲喂。就食草动物而言,2kg的玉米秸秆增重净能相当于1kg的玉米籽粒,特别是经青贮、黄贮、氨化及糖化等处理后,可提高利用率。
4.本发明的甜菜糖渣是甜菜制糖产生的副产品,营养价值较高,含粗蛋白质10%、粗纤维20%、无氮浸出物60%等营养成分,因其含有的糖分含量较高,适口性较好消化吸收快,营养价值高。
5.本发明的大豆益生菌制剂为乳酸菌,乳酸菌是指发酵糖类主要产物为乳酸的一类无芽孢、革兰氏染色阳性细菌的总称。乳酸菌不仅可以提高食品的营养价值,改善食品风味、提高食品的保藏性和附加值。可调节机体胃肠道正常菌群、保持微生态平衡、提高食物消化率和生物价。
