Abstract

Description
一种系统被设计为用于通过在交通工具(例如乘用车)的窗户中创建动态图像来向人们提供信息,并且涉及用于再现和传输图像的系统。
已知能够在平坦或弯曲表面上创建彩色动态图像的液晶显示器,例如参见[1-2]。该类型的设备过重并且不够可靠,不足以在交通工具(例如汽车)上使用。
由被安装在卡车后门上的四个大屏幕组成的三星安全卡车系统[3]与所要求保护的用于提供信息的系统最接近。这些屏幕被连接到安装在乘用车的驾驶员的眼睛高度处的相机,并覆盖卡车前面的空间,这显著提高了驾驶员跟随卡车的意识和安全性。该系统的缺点是大面积屏幕的高成本及其高功耗。
本发明的目的是扩展用于在驾驶时提供信息的系统的功能,具体是显示人道主义和商业目的的任意动态图像,这些图像在白天在外部光干扰的条件下是可见的。假定使用具有靠近交通工具的窗户的明亮屏幕的双面监视器作为该系统的主要部件。
所使用的部件的组合允许扩展功能,从而消除并显著减少现有技术方案的缺点。具体地,抗反射涂层将显著减弱外部光源对视频监视器的图像在交通工具外部的可见性和质量的影响。

系统被安装在交通工具主体(9)内部。在工作状态下,使用升降设备(3)将视频监视器(2)相对窗户(1)放置。控制器(6)包括微型计算机、存储设备和收发器设备,该收发器设备允许将系统链接到移动网络和远程控制设备(7),这允许经由Wi-Fi(IEEE 802.11标准)、蓝牙(IEEE 802.15.1标准)和经由长距离移动网络来控制该系统。
视频相机(11a)、(11b)、麦克风(12)、倾斜/位移/加速度/冲击传感器(13)、声音设备(14)和不间断电源(15)被连接到控制器(6),这使系统能够用作照片和视频记录器以及能够记录当前事件(包括故意破坏行为)并发出声音和无线电警报(包括如果超过预定的噪音、振动、倾斜和/或冲击阈值则广播视频)的安全设备。
在信息提供模式下,系统如下地工作。
控制器(6)经由移动网络、Wi-Fi或蓝牙无线地接收并生成由视频和照片资料组成的库,确定交通工具的当前坐标(地理位置)并使用升降设备(3)将视频监视器(2)切换到工作位置。基于地理位置的数据,控制器(6)选择并在监视器上对窗户(1)显示为一天中的具体时间的具体地区设计的视频资料。同时,控制器(6)生成系统的活动日志,包括交通工具的坐标、所显示的视频资料(内容)的编号以及显示的开始、结束和持续时间的时间戳。可以经由移动网络、Wi-Fi或蓝牙远程请求并无线地传输系统的活动日志。
面向窗户(1)的图像被显示给潜在地对获取信息感兴趣的外部观察者/观看者(10)。在交通工具(9)运动时、在操纵时和在停车时,向内面向驾驶员(8)的图像显示面向后方的视频相机(11b)的视场,以创建驾驶员(8)通过标准后视镜(4)可以观察到的“后视”图像。在运动时从视频相机(11a)接收到的图像可以被显示在视频监视器(2)的外侧,以通知跟随交通工具(9)的驾驶员。
由视频相机(11a)和(11b)生成的视频序列可以被记录在控制器(6)的存储器中,该控制器(6)能够执行多通道记录器的功能,该多通道记录器能够同时记录视频、当前坐标、声音和加速度以记录道路上的情况,包括有关道路和街道的质量和状态的信息。
在安全模式下,相机(11a、11b)在运动检测器模式下工作,从而提供对动态图像的记录。如果超过了麦克风(12)所检测到的噪声水平和传感器(13)所检测到的震动/振动/冲击的预定阈值,则系统的快速响应以由远程控制设备(7)接收到的响亮的声音信号和警报无线电信号的形式出现。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于提供信息的移动系统,包括视频监视器以及升降机构,其特征在于,所述视频监视器设置有主控制器,所述主控制器具有收发器设备以及卫星导航系统,所述收发器设备将所述系统链接到移动网络,所述卫星导航系统允许根据交通工具的时间和位置显示当前视频序列;所述升降机构允许将所述监视器紧靠所述交通工具的窗户放置以及将所述监视器从所述交通工具的观察者和驾驶员的视场中移出。
2.如权利要求1所述的视频监视器,其特征在于,所述视频监视器设置有两个矩阵,所述两个矩阵在所述视频监视器的主体的两侧上创建两个图像。
3.如权利要求1所述的视频监视器的升降设备,其特征在于,所述升降设备设置有机电和气动致动器,所述机电和气动致动器允许升降、旋转所述监视器以及将所述监视器紧靠所述交通工具的窗户放置。
4.如权利要求1所述的交通工具窗户,其特征在于,所述交通工具窗户的外侧设置有抗反射涂层,所述抗反射涂层允许提高所述视频监视器的图像在所述交通工具外部的可见性。
