本发明公开了一种纱线涂料染色用涂料组合物,按照质量份数,其组成为:化合物(A)10~20份、化合物(B)5~10份、化合物(C)2~8份、化合物(D)2~5份、粘合剂0.2~1.2份、偶联剂0.05~0.5份、固色剂0.05~0.8份;本申请公开的纱线涂料染色用涂料组合物,其综合性能:固色率、耐摩擦、耐水洗和耐汗渍色牢度等方面完全满足印染需求。印染过程中,废水产生量少,减少环境污染。

技术领域
属于染料领域,具体涉及一种纱线涂料染色用涂料组合物。
背景技术
涂料染色用涂料代替染料,依靠黏合剂及交联剂固着在织物上。与传统染色工艺相比,具有流程短、色谱广、成本低、能耗省、用水少、污水少等优点。新型涂料染色工艺的特点是,用湿摩擦牢度提高剂替代传统的黏合剂;采用纤维增深技术,使纤维带正电荷,无需高温焙烘,明显增强对涂料的吸附,从而提高涂料的上染率;涂料利用率比传统的黏合剂方法高20%~30%,使涂料染色、固着和柔软整理一步完成,改善了手感,解决了黏辊等问题。因此,采用新型涂料替代部分活性、还原染料,可以大大简化工艺,节能、节水、减少用料,基本达到零排放要求。
目前现有的染料综合性能,如固色率、耐摩擦、耐水洗和耐汗渍色牢度等方面总是不能同时完全满足印染要求,因此需要开发一种同时满足上述性能要求的涂料组合物。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种耐摩擦、耐水洗的纱线涂料染色用涂料组合物。
为解决上述技术问题,提供的技术方案是一种纱线涂料染色用涂料组合物,按照质量份数,其组成为:化合物(A)10~20份、化合物(B)5-10份、化合物(C)2~8份、化合物(D)2~5份;粘合剂0.2~1.2份,偶联剂0.05~0.5份,固色剂0.05~0.8份;
