Abstract

本发明公开了一种活性染料。该活性荧光染料是具有如下通式(Ⅰ)结构的化合物。本发明提供的活性染料制备工艺简单,色泽鲜艳,染色过程中性固色,无需加入碱剂,使用方便,是一种环境友好型的活性染料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织用染料,特别是涉及一种活性染料的制备和用途。
背景技术
活性染料的特点是,分子中含有一个或多个活性基团,在一定的条件下能与纤维素、蛋白质等纤维中的羟基、氨基等基团发生化学反应,使染料与纤维形成共价键而牢固结合,从而染料的耐洗牢度大大提高。1956年英国ICI公司首先生产出了含二氯均三嗪活性基的棉用活性染料。此后,世界各国相继开发生产出各种类型的活性染料。
一般活性染料固着过程中,需要加入碱剂(一般为碳酸钠,有时为氢氧化钠或者碳酸氢钠),有利于反应的完成。用量一般为15~25g/L,染深色时则达30g/L。
活性染料染色后生成大量的碱性污水,致使印染厂周边环境受到严重污染,对周边树木庄稼生长都不利。碱剂的存在还会加速活性染料的水解,降低活性染料的利用率,增加染色废水的污染程度和处理难度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种活性染料,可以在无碱条件下对棉和黏胶纤维、纱线和织物进行染色和印花。具体地,本发明提供了下式(Ⅰ) 的化合物:
该化合物合成方法为:
以活性艳橙K-GN和烟酸为原料,在水中反应,反应液通过加入K2CO3保持pH 6.5,90℃搅拌反应6小时,向反应液中加入NaCl,使反应液中NaCl浓度100g/L,化合物(Ⅰ)盐析沉淀出来,过滤,60℃下真空烘干,得到化合物(Ⅰ)。
本发明所生产的活性染料,含有烟酸三嗪反应基,反应基团可以在中性条件下与纤维素纤维上的羟基反应形成共价键,取代反应固着在纤维上,具有良好的染色性能,染色过程不加碱剂固色,有利于环境保护和节省生产成本。

上面对本发明活性染料的结构、制备方法及应用进行了说明,下面将通过实施例对本发明工作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提供了式(Ⅰ)化合物的对棉织物的印花方法:
化合物(Ⅰ)用量2%,8%海藻酸钠原糊用量50%,其余为水。手工台板印花,汽蒸,水洗,皂洗,水洗。
实施例2:
本实施例提供了式(Ⅰ)化合物对棉织物的染色方法:
化合物(Ⅰ)用量2.0%(o.w.f,对织物重),浴比1:50,室温入染,加元明粉15g/L, 2℃/min升温到100℃,保温60min,染毕,水洗,皂洗,水洗。
