Description

Rose fragrance body lotion and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and in particular relates to rose fragrance body lotion and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The body lotion is cosmetic lotion applied on body after bath, and has effects of moisturizing whole body, whitening skin, and moistening. With the maturity and development of the technology, the body lotion can be subdivided into the functions of smoothing, sun-screening, slimming, repairing and maintaining, perfuming and getting lost and the like.
The rose is a plant of rosa in rosaceae, is originally produced in north China, Japan, Korean and the like, has bright color and strong fragrance of flowers, and is mainly used for processing food and extracting rose essential oil. Therefore, the method is widely applied to the aspects of cosmetics, foods, fine chemical engineering and the like. The rose also has high medicinal value and economic value, contains flavone, organic acid, phenols, vitamins, soluble sugar, alkaloid, and nutrient components such as more than 10 amino acids and more than mineral elements. The rose is rich in color, the pigment of the rose is anthocyanin, the rose belongs to polyphenol compounds, is an effective component of health food approved by China, and has the effects of resisting oxidation, resisting free radicals, protecting cardiovascular and central nervous systems and the like.
The common methods for extracting rose essential oil at present comprise a water vapor extraction method, an organic solvent extraction method, a squeezing method, an adsorption extraction method, an enzyme fermentation method, a lipolysis method and a supercritical CO extraction method2Extraction methods, etc. Among the methods, the steam distillation method is convenient to operate, but takes longer time and is easy to decompose at high temperature, so that the yield is not high; the obtained essential oil has many impurities and the organic solvent is not easy to remove by an organic solvent extraction method; supercritical CO2The extraction method has higher requirements on test equipment and larger investment.

The details are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 stability Table
Figure 891964DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
As can be seen from Table 1, the rose-fragrance body milks obtained in examples 3 to 5 passed the one-month stability test and did not suffer from abnormal conditions such as discoloration of the petals. The rose fragrance body lotion prepared by the embodiment of the invention has good stability, and the prepared rose petals can be used as an active substance to be added into a skin care product without influencing the quality of the skin care product.
Experiment 2 evaluation of efficacy of volunteers
The rose-fragrance body milks obtained in examples 3 to 5 were evaluated for efficacy, and comparative examples 1 to 6 were set as controls. Wherein comparative example 1 differs from example 5 in that the formulation does not contain ingredients of the whitening composition; comparative example 2 differs from example 5 in that the whitening composition active ingredient in its formulation contains only 3wt% rose petals; comparative 3 differs from example 5 in that the formulation contains only 8% by weight of niacinamide as the active ingredient of the whitening composition; comparative example 4 is different from example 5 in that the whitening composition active ingredient in the formulation thereof contains only oldenlandia DIFFUSA (HEDYOTIS DIFFUSA) extract 3 wt%; comparative example 5 differs from example 5 in that the formulation of the whitening composition contains only 3wt% of the extract of the flowers of the ORCHIS MACULATA (ORCHIS MACULATA) plant; comparative example 6 differs from example 5 in that the formulation of the whitening composition contains only 3wt% of the extract of the flowers of SESBANIA grandiflorum (SESBANIA GRANDIFLORA).
90 volunteers were summoned in 9 groups of 10 persons each. Inclusion criteria were: the complexion of the face is dull, the eye corners have obvious fine lines, and the skin lacks elasticity; the test can be well matched, and the life rule can be kept during the research period; all the contents of the informed consent can be read and understood and signed voluntarily; during the test period, the skin care products were discontinued, no further clinical trials were involved in any other research center, and no use of any cosmetics, drugs and nutraceuticals affecting the outcome was agreed to. Exclusion criteria: the skin disease at the tested part may affect the judgment of the test result; those with high allergic constitution; a female who is pregnant, lactating, or intended to be pregnant during the test; severe center of gravity, liver and kidney function damage and severe immunologic hypofunction; those with mental disorders, severe endocrine disorders, and oral contraceptives; adding drugs into clinical testers or other testers of the drugs within 30 days, or patients who have systemic effect on the test result within nearly 1 week; those who had oral and topical cosmetic products within 2 weeks that may have an effect on the outcome of the test; the test person can not be matched; researchers considered unsuitable participants.
After bathing, a proper amount of sample to be tested is smeared on the skin of the body for 1 time every day and is continuously used for 3 months. The elasticity of the back skin of the volunteer before and after the test was measured by a skin elasticity measuring instrument Cutomer MPA580, R2 was measured and averaged for 3 times, the R2 value is the ratio of the amount of springback of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum amount of stretching with negative pressure, and the R2 value is closer to 1, indicating that the skin elasticity is better. Meanwhile, a skin melanin tester MX 18 instrument is used for detecting the melanin content of the back skin of the volunteer before and after the test. The results of the test for the change rate of the specific R2 values are shown in FIG. 1, and the results of the test for the change rate of the melanin content are shown in FIG. 2. Rate of change = (post test value-pre test value)/post test value 100%.
As can be seen in FIG. 1, examples 3-5, which had the complete whitening composition added thereto, had better skin elasticity.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the skin whitening effects of examples 3 to 5, to which the complete whitening composition was added, were more excellent.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only show some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
